The Princess is 4

My little Princess has turned FOUR! I can't believe it! She wanted to have a Princess Party so we made candy necklaces and played stick the tiara on the Princess.

Next she opened her presents and LOVED everyone of them and wished there were more....

Then onto the Castle Cake.

Four things about Raylie:
She LOVES to help out unless she is asked to clean her room.
She REALLY wants a baby sister. She PRAYS every night for one named Alyssa.
She LOVES to cuddle.
She LOVES preschool and can't wait til she goes everyday!

Time Out for Women

My mom, Desirae, Chantelle, Sharise, Jenny, Libby, Laurel and I were able to go to the TOFW in Las Vegas in October. It was great. We stayed at the Stratosphere Friday night.

Mom, Des and I slept in one bed. Sharise slept on the entertainment center and Chantelle had a bed all to herself.....
Not really Sharise and Chantelle shared a bed. Jenny, Laurel and Libby were at Jenny's sister Sandy's house.

They had some great speakers this year my personal favs were John Bytheway (friday night) and Chris Becker (sat afternoon). I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.

1st Day of School

I know it is almost Thanksgiving so I thought I better try and catch up on my blog before the holidays are over. I have been so busy with life that I just haven't had much time to blog :-(

Logan started the 1st grade on Aug 11th, his teacher is Mrs Barton and she is wonderful. He is having a super fun time, now that he has adjusted to the all day schedule.

Raylie started Preschool on Aug 17th. She LOVES her teachers and class. They do a TON of stamping, painting and coloring.

Lucas wanted in on the picture taking so he cheesed it for me.

I am hoping to be able to blog more, a little at a time I guess. I have been working more and when I come home being on the computer is not at the top of my list.

The ZOO!

We went to the zoo while we were up in Provo at the beginning of August. The kids loved it! My parents and sister Desirae and her kids met us there.

My little girl, who is getting to big!

My boy who is also getting WAY to big.

The Carousel! The kids all loved it! Grandpa and I were the only two that didn't go on it. They make me a little queasy.

My cute Family!

Cousins are so fun! Thanks for help watching little Luke!

I don't know who was more amused by each other, him or the monkey!

Logan was fascinated by the reptiles!

Mama monkey and baby monkey!

Just missing two of our wild monkeys!

We had a super time at the zoo and can't wait to go back again when Danette is in town!!

The Wedding!

The Happy Couple!

These two were married for time and all eternity the beginning of August. We went up to Provo to celebrate that event. This is Josh's brother Aaron, his beautiful bride is Sara. We are so happy for the both of them!!

Just a few pictures of family enjoying the reception. The cute sleeping baby belongs to Josh's sister Heather who is in the green shirt (top rt picture).

Funny Meatloaf

Who new that meatloaf could be so funny(yes that is a chunk of meat in his hand)! Notice how he has to take a bite in the middle of it all.

Baseball

Earlier this summer Logan played coach pitch baseball. This was his first experience with playing. He did pretty good. Here he is in the outfield.

He hit the ball on the first pitch most of the time! He did great!

This is when he made it to first base. Waiting patiently to run to second. They would just bat through the line and then switch sides so sometimes he only made it to first or second because he was usually one of the last in line.

He liked playing but he wants to try football next so we will see what that brings!

4th of July

I finally have the time to put the 4th of July pictures up. I CAN'T believe how much this cute kid has grown in the past year. He was so tiny last year now he is a big boy!
We went out to Leeds Park and ate breakfast there. Then we went to Grandmas and played.

We had a BBQ then went to the Sunbowl in St.George to see the fireworks! It was a great spot(thanks to Sharise for suggesting it)! I didn't get any pictures of the fireworks.

I decided to take some pictures of the kids in their 4th of July at Grandmas house.
Lucas had so many cute ones I couldn't decide which on to put on.

My cute cheesey kids.

Park Days

It gets to hot here in the summer to just play outside. So I try and go to a park that has some sort of water for the kids to play in. This is the main street water park in St. George. Lauren and kids, Denise and kids and my kids and I went there last week. Our kids are really close in age so it is fun to get them together and play. Logan wasn't with me this day because he was at Lagoon with Grandma, Grandpa and Desirae and family.

Two days later we went to Little Valley Park with my friend Elisa and her two cute kiddos. It was even to hot at 1030 in the morning. So next time we will have to go earlier. Raylie got a hold of my camera (again) and these are the pictures she took. Logan took some too.

Grandma also came to meet us at the park. These kids have a fun time playing. Logan was being a good helper to Elisa by keeping Anna and Ehtan in the netted area.

And for those days that I just don't feel like going anywhere.....I make our own water park in the front yard. The kids LOVE it!!

This was before Luke learned to walk. He didn't mind crawling on the grass to much though.

In the Car

This was on our way home from Salt Lake a couple weekends ago. I didn't get any pictures of the fun we had. It is hard to keep track of the kids and get pictures when I am being a single mom....Josh had to stay home because of work and homework. Luckily Dan and Chantelle came with us! Thanks to Mom and Dad for letting us borrow their van so we all could fit!

Don't let this cute, happy face fool you. He was only happy about one hour, sleeping one and then crying the next 1-2 hours.

I even gave him Raylie's doll to try and keep him happy. It only lasted for a little bit. I guess a hairdresser is NOT in his future.

Raylie didn't mind that Luke was playing with her doll because she did this about 2 hours of the drive. I hate it when the wrong one falls asleep!

We went to Salt Lake for a BBQ at Grandma and Grandpa Great's. It was fun to see my Uncle and his family who moved to TX and a cousin I haven't seen in about 5 years!

Memorial Day (Finally)

For Memorial Day weekend we went to Las Vegas. We started off by going to the Sushi Factory. Josh tried it, Jeannie tried it and I don't think they will be eating it again.Later that day went to The Bellagio to see the fountains and then over the The Paris. We were able to get a free ride to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Those casino/hotels are amazing! The kids had a good time, we just had to TRY and keep there eyes off of all the filth on the strip.

On Sunday we just stayed at Grandma Jeannie's house and Raylie got a hold of my camera. These are the pictures she took.

On Monday we went to a park and had lunch (I didn't get any pictures there). Then we headed to the cemetery to visit Grandpa Ray.

This is the WHOLE group of us. Were are missing only 2 from this picture. Gary was working (he is a fire fighter) and Lucas was asleep in the car.

We ended up at Melanie and Gary's house so the kids could play with their cousins before we came home. Melanie and Gary got a new puppy, we had a great time playing with Kitty!
