music..

read fr a friend's blog on her muscial interest.. suddenly made me thinking of mine too.. :) used to take part in orchestra practise every sunday.. used to be part of my life.. so much tt it's placed top priority.. if i want to meet my friends, it has to be aft pract.. :P

but dunnoe since when, i started to feel disheartened with the orchestra.. many things happened during our stay as com members.. :P maybe we were not up to it.. so aft the concert in 2006, we decided tt it's time we take a break n step down.. tt was when i was preg with PH too...

tt concert was one of the most challenging concert i ever had... i was preg with PH tt time.. n i had to perform concerto.. the pregnancy was planned actually.. :P well, we started family planning but din expect PH to come so soon.. :P so i actually had to cope with morning sickness n training at the same time.. it was a tough period.. but was the most fulfilling.. :) i was so worried tt i may puke halfway thru my concerto.. luckily i din... hehehehe.... :P i hope i performed well.. but fr the recording, i think i was far fr gd.. hahaha... :P

last week, a friend of mine fr orchestra asked when i'm going back to the orchestra to play.. asked if i will be playing concerto again.. felt flattered as i thot i will be forgotten.. heheehhe... :P but dun think i'm ready yet... i dun hav much time with PH on weekdays and i dun wish to throw him to his grandparents on sun as well... guess orchestra will hav to be put on hold till my kids r old enough to play in the orchestra too... :P

bought the non toxic paint fr growing fun.. bought some mahjong paper for him to paint on it.. :)

prep him by wearing some of his old home clothes.. n a plastic bib over him.. kimi told me tt the paint can be washed off easily.. so i din bother to do much damage control.. heee~

started by letting him choose his paint colours.. there's orange, green, purple, blue, red, yellow... he chose orange n green...



starting to paint.. he onli use his finger tips.... okie lah.. at least he's willing to touch the paint.. i was so worried tt he will refuse to touch the paint.. :P



hmmm... how can a single finger be fun.. mama wants me to use my whole hand... we r going to do hand print... :D

PH cried really badly when he realised tt his hand was full of paint.. got to wash his hand den he stop crying... aiyo... i think he's really a cleaniness freak.... :P

Bad reaction to mamil gold milk powder...

Received a few milk samples for 1 year n above fr mamil gold.. thot of letting PH try it out.. if it's suitable, can get it for him since it's immunofortis enriched..

tried it on mon morning.. diarrhea in the afternoon.. it's so watery tt my mom told me it stained his pants.. aft tt, rashes with little pimples started appearing on his tummy n back on tuesday.. worsen on wed.. for a moment, i thot he got chicken pox... seems better this morning...

it's the first time i saw tt he got such a bad reaction to new milk powder.. maybe i shall stick to enfapro step 3 instead..

now i'm wondering if i shd let him try bb yoghurt.... :(

I'm on TV.. hahahahaha.. :P

due to the recent prima case, media came to my workplace for filming.. and i hav became the "moving background".. hahahaha.. :P

was quite fun to see myself on tv.. but my face so black... :P maybe i shd hav put on a little makeup.. smile abit more... hahahahahahahahaha... :P

PH is 1 year old today!!

as i'm pumping away.. i juz realised tt last year this time, i was oso sitting in front of the comp.. franatically typing away... i was going into labour.. n i still haven't handover my work.. hahahaha.. :P was typing away in between contractions to tell my boss wat to take note of... :P

time flies.. from juz a tinybb, PH has grown to become a tiny toddler.. :P brought him for his growth assessment the day before.. he's still at 25th percentile... PD seems fine abt it.. saying tt he's growing steadily.. but mommy here abit worried leh.. he couldn't even reach 10kg at his first year.. will he grow up as a tiny teenage?? van told me tt PH is small bcoz he's TBF.. hopefully he will grow bigger aft i start pumping him with FM.. :P

yes.. i'm stopping my moo-ing career... it has been 1 year.. :) from my original target of 3mths, i actually extended it for 9 more mths.. now, i feel ready to stop... :) time to start facing the hard reality tt milk cost money.. hahahaha... :P

quite sian today.. took leave to stay at home.. wanted to spend time with PH during his birthday.. but i got to cancel my leave liao.. got recalled back to work coz too bz liao.. PH, sorry.. shall sing happy birthday to you tonight... :)

PH's 1st birthday celebration

Celebrated PH's first birthday today.. held it at SIL's condo.. :) we didn't order buffet catering as it was a small event with only immediate family members invited.. :) had golden pillow and sakae delivery.. :) food is yummy.. hehehe.. most love the golden pillow.. ordered birthday cake n tiramisu fr van.. feedback tt the cake n tiramisu are yummy.!! :)

fever fever fever.....

poor PH.. down with fever since tue.. temp went up to 38.5 in the middle of the night.. we brought him to NUH A&E and the doc there told us tt he's suffering fr viral infection.. likely upper respiratory tract infection.. told us nothing to worry about.. fever continued for 2 more days.. brought him to see pd on thurs.. PD said could be fake measles.. ask us to expect spots to appear on sat.. gave him a suppository since his fever is 39.1.. tt night, his temp drop to 35!! gave us a shock.. quickly wrap him up in blanket.. hypothermia no joke oso leh...

today.. his spots appear.. mostly on his body.. but too bad pd close liao.. will hav to bring him for assessment tml morning.. aiyo.. fever onli n we spent almost $200 on his bills liao... hai~~

lately, PH is getting more n more interactive.. :) he's getting more n more yang ow too... :) he can look at u with his big big cheery eyes.. smile... den bury his face in ur arm.. i think this is enough to melt any mommy's heart... hehehe... n he onli did it to me... (for the time being).. his papa dun get this special treatment.. hahahaha... :P

and this boy of mine... dunnoe wat to say... loves his stuff toys lots.. :P he will bring his stuff toys to his face, gently kiss the stuff toys.. den start "eh-ing" to them.. smile at them.. hug them.. he even played "wrestling" with one of his bears which is slightly smaller than him.. play until so happy tt both can be rolling on the playmat.. hahahaha... :P

he can shake his head too... but when he shake his head, his body shake together.. hahaha... :P he can oso clap.. :) but he's so gentle.. u can't really hear clapping sound lor.. :P

PH is really cute nowadays.. :) when he wants to go out for a walk, he will start to "bye bye" happily... :P this morning, aft his morning nap, he kept waving bye bye to me when hubby carry him.. we really can't resist his "pleading".. so we brought his to the playground to hav some fun.. :) he tried the slide n springy chair n had a great time.. :)
