plEasAnt sUrprIsEs...
gOsh.. went out to help my neighbour collect her clothes at the basement... took in the letters from the mailbox..
there was letter for me and i knew who the sender was.. gOsh.. but nv ever did i expect the content! i guess its not just the VCD but also, the sweet.. eEwWw.. the sweet is, god, y just one..? haha *oPps, im so greedy!*

yummie... went to gao feng's hse and there they were cOoking.. i cld only watch and see cos they know each other since their 高中 times..
but the dinner was nice! wow.. was amazed that they cook actually cook everything and anything from what they have.. not like me.. i dont even noe how.. *=(*anw, the funny thing is, the chinese thot we very westernized and was surprised that the chinese in singapore celebrates those trad chinese festivals... i dont know for others but for me, at least my mum will.. cos must 祭拜祖先 mah.. they also wonder if we eat chinese food..
well, on the other hand, the angmohs are surprised that we eat pasta/western foOd.. my gOodnEss.. y didnt nus send one more non-chinese to dtu, at least pple will know that singapore is not a all chinese country neither will there be confusion...
anw, back to the dinner.. we had fun, we learnt from each other.. the info abt 2 different countries.. then mOoncAke mAkiNg sEssiOn..
we made the mooncakes.. then engraved our names on those we made.. kekez...
then 豆沙 one, i put the smiley face and an "A" on it.. but my "A" was eaten by others cos there wasnt enough..
the 2nd round, making the 莲蓉 with eggyolks *but i didnt put the egg yolk cos i dont have the habit of eating egg yolks in mooncakes* then i made 3.. one with the letter "C", the other with "07" and last but not least.. my surname in chinese ：“蔡”。。。
its yummie and delicious!
well.. i left shortly after the group of us visiEd my TA's rOomiE.. with his wife and i always got the feeling that the wife isnt tOo comfy with mE.. i tink she is always on her guard when im ard.. perhaps im oversensitive.. i dont know..

trip to LEGOLanD!
just got home... *cph time ard 5pm*
woOhoO.. feel so energised.. after 2 days of overnight stay at hotel Propellen (4Star hotel)!
well.. i considered myself lucky... got the train tixs at cheaper price than the previous purchase *dont know why* & my neighbour was able to get the entrance tixs at a lower price and cheaper accomodation *with complimentary breakie* which is also nearer to legoland *ard 500m away, walking distance* than the one we booked online earlier on.. lucky we were able to cancel both our online booking and refund the train tixs bought earlier on..
tOok the s-tog from lyngby to k�benhavn, then transfer the interregional train to Jutland, Vejle... then waited for the bus which wld pass by our hotel..
all in all this took abt 3hrs or so...
they say the weather is colder on jutland, indeed its true.. lucky i brought along my yellow jacket..
checked in at ard 9.15pm then settled ourselves comfortably in the bed... how i wish my room at my host's house is like this.. gosh, the place is clean and bright!
woke up for the breakie *buffet style* but i was kinda in rush cos my neighbour was full after a while.. didnt want to keep her waiting so i missed out the cereal.. thot i can come back for it tml.. had bacon, scramble egg, croissants, ham, egg, orange juice & coffee *yUmmY yUmmiE* but all this comes with a hefty price.. 300krs per night! *the usual price is 1000+ for double bedrm ~anw, cos my neighbour working with a travel agency... she got a complimentary stay while i pay for the 600krs*
lEgOlAnd here i cOmE! thot i will hafta pay a discounted price for the tixs but who knows.. entrance free as wEll... wOohOoOooO..
eEwWw, the lego bricks are awesome.. they bricked up sculptures of the various places.. the in-di-Ans, the pirate, the statue of liberty, white house, castle in germany *look alike the walt disney castle* then streets of amsterdam, windmill in netherlands, copenhagen christianhavn, billund airport, hollywood's mann street.. and alot more.. there is just toO much..
tOok the ridEs.. the park is divided into 5sections, the first 2 being the pro-family and disabled *you will be amazed, i saw alot of disabled children or those special children in the park on sat* so its not so much of excitedness... we tOok train rides *this is one in every section* and ferriswheel...
there is one particular game, i wanted to play so much but i cant.. cos im overheight! its meant for children less than 120cm... oh... its the traffic school.. you get to drive in the lego-cars and get a legoland license!
so we went on and on to njoy the rides and the 3rd & 4th section is more for teens & family or teens that simply loves the thrill.. the roller coaster..wOw. you could feel the andrenaline rush man! simply lOvE it but the queue is tOo lOnG tO trY agAin!
the last section is a new added section, only has got 2 stations.. one is pro-family and the other for pple who loves the thrill..
we went to the latter and it was exciting.. we get to program our own moves.. determine how the machine shld move, turn & rotate.. and of cos, we chose the most exciting moves and level5! we sat on it, tighten the safety gadget, its started turning.. 360degs, left to right, up to down.. hang in the mid-air upside dwn.. cOol!
went jalan jalan in the shops.. its not so cheap here... but there is a promotion there.. its says, you can take all you want for 299krs if you can manage to squeeze them into a box and close the lid.. i tink is worthy, provided you know what you need for the building of your modEl...
so i just bought a few stuff for.. *ehEm* myself! cos its simply not so affordable if i were to buy for everyone...
had pizza at the restuarant inside the legoland before we took more pics *before our batts run low*.. unfortunately, my batt went flat.. and we tOok a few more shots before we left..
back at the hotel, after a warm shower, i lied on my bEd and watchEd a comedy *which i have no idea the name & its a lame* & followed by a 杀人恐怖片 "chErry fAlls"...
then me and my neighbour chatted awhile before we went to bed..
morning brEakIE agAin.. hopE to eAt my cEreAl.. who noEs, my neighbour again want to go back to the rOomiE faSt.. act i thot of asking her to go back 1st but i tink its kinda bad.. so i forgone my cereal again!!
decided to go back earlier than planned cos the weather wasnt toO good this morning, was drizzling and so we took the bus from billund back to vejle, centrum and changed our sits reservation tixs, just in time for the train coming at 12.48pm *it was 12.35pm when we were in the Q to change tixs*
unfortunately 2 guys were sitting on our seats have to leave.. *feel so bad*..
the system is like this.. you can buy the tixs and board the train.. take any empty seats but you can also reserve a seat just in case the train is toO crOwdEd *usu is on fridays & sundays* so you will be guaranteed a seat!
on the way back.. i was pondering if there was any regrets.. hm.. i have played enough in the park, and bought want i want... tOok picturEs.. see the brickEd legOs... 我想我唯一的遗憾就是没能找到对的人和我一块儿来。。。 cos i felt that my neighbour just wana try a few of the bigger, interesting rides or those of her interest..
then when comes to seeing the brickEd lEgOs.. she's like in a rush to gO homE.. cos the weather is getting cOld at night... *but of cos, bcos of her i get to have free entry* and the way we like our pics to be taken are different.. so i felt kinda upset towards the end.. i didnt meet her expectations most of the time *felt so bad* and all along it was okie for those pics she taken for me till the end of it.. i tink she didnt do it tOo gOod.. the parting pics with legoland at the entrancE.. haiz..
well, to sum up, i tink overall the trip was gOod, most of the time we had fun and of cos, 有机会，当然会在来。。 but must also go other places to look see look see.. next time sure must bring my kids to legoland..kekez...
shall go vacuum & clean the kitchen n toilet before i go for my mid-autumn get-to-gather session... will be making mooncakes tonight after dinnEr! =)

lEtter bUt nO parcEl..
expected my parcel to be here either today or tml cos its exactly 15days and i hope to get it before i go to legoland.. but seems like the chances of getting it tml is low..
i dont know.. haiz..
recvd the letter from the kommune regarding the danish course *at last* but seems that there is sthg wrong with it.. cos i tink im suppose to attend lessons at dtu instead of hellerup the HQ.. hafta make a call to the kommune tml to find out.. if thats the case, i tink i rather not take danish course cos its just too 'mafan' to travel to and fro and its after my classes somemore..
bought the train tixs to billund today.. i guess it was much more expensive than reflected on the internet so we are gg back to DSB tml to check it out..
i hope its their mistake then we can get the 90krs refund...
anw, will be upload the pics i got from hanson later on..
wanted to upload it yest night but before i cld do it, i tink my host switched off the net connection.. guess he was quite early yest night.. hope i he wont be so early today...

cEllar bAr & yUmmiE diNnEr..
well.. dong xin said he wanted to make me dinner today cos after dinner we cld go to the cellar bar *aka S-Hus* together..
wanted to go last tuesday *its a weekly gathering for int'l students at the bar* but backed out last min cos i didnt want to go home alone at night..so today after the applied mechantronics class i went to his container@campus village then i watched him cook... *haiz, seems so easy yet i cant...*
anw, saw his kitchen and 我只能感叹为什么我的厨房不像 campus village 的那么好。。
萌起了想要在学校附近找个较好的学生宿舍的念头但。。*嗨*我只待四个月，又何必这么讲究呢？凑合凑合就行了。。
yah... earlier on, had the group discussion with the lecturer.. i guess it was better than gg for lecture.. was more comfortable.. but i didnt really prepare.. kekez.. *just in case you are wondering why we have this class discussion... its bcos there were only 5 int'l students so for the coming 4 lectures, the lecturer decided to switch to danish lang for instruction... so we hafta arrange a time to meet up with him*
went to the cellarbar, saw sandra *sie kommt aus deutschland*, steve & paul *Sie kommen aus USA*, martin *er kommt aus slovakia*, geuihlliem *cant rem the exact spelling..its some french name*, jeff *er kommt aus belgium* & federico *er kommt aus italy* and met some new friends as well.. wasnt that fun as expected cos we didnt have much to talk abt after a few exchanges... while the rest moved on to talk to others.. i tink its time to go..
the weather is getting cooler and cooler.. esp at nite... *wooOoh* cant stand it sometimes.. and the morning.. just feel like slping & slping.. snoozing & snoozing my handphone alarm.. god, y does it have to be morning so sOOn..?

friEd chiX... rEmindEd me of our orAngE chiX..
well.. today was supposed to meet up with my neigbour after class at lyngby to buy some stuff for tonight's dinner but last min she cldnt make it due to work and i was at lyngby already... but lucky i was there... else i wld have gone home straight away and ate biscuits for dinner.. kekez
so i went to netto *one of the supermarkets in dk* and got myself the chocs i craved for.. *dont know why, i tink the rocher tastes nice and i hope this choc i got is going to taste as nice tOo* and chicken fillets.. i have no idea how i wana cook them cos i wana buy veg but hor, dont know how to cook.. kekez
came home.. marinated the chixs.. just as i was marinating, it reminded me of the orange chicken i tried to make with haojie & at home.. *i totally forgot how except making the orange juice... haha*
but the fried chixs i did turn out better than i expected...*yum yum* then had dinner and coincidentally, saw haojie online...kekez.. chatted for awhile and realise alot of stuff..
then transferred some songs and the pics from hanson's harddisk to my lappie..
took me the whole night.. as i was selecting the songs *oh gosh, i was supposed to be preparing for tml's class discussion and oppS*

oPps, im lAggIng bEhinD...
well.. school has started for 2 weeks... but i haven started any revision or serious work yet..
for the 1st week i didnt have the text & it was all introductory lessons so there's nthg i cld do but for the 2nd week, i got the texts but was busy gg here and there shopping for basic necessities and walking ard..
went out yesterday to tour part of copenhagen... went to revisit some places in the copenhagen city... i guess if i were to do it alone it wont be that exciting or fun..
thanks to my 'buddy'...
well, he wasnt exactly my buddy to start with.. i was assigned to another chinese lady but so happened that he was the buddy of another student.. then the 4 of met on the day i went to apply my CPR card.. so now we all noe each other..
and he sorta became my buddy as well.. kekez..
he brought me to the castle where the royalties stay after their hunting session in the forest... on the way there we saw some horses, & he said that if we are lucky we can see deers in the grasslands also..
as we entered hunting ground and then to the grasslands.. i was hoping we can see the deers, wOoHoo.. we saw it!
its like in the zoo.. but now its in the wild.. and im so near to them.. abt 10metres.. wow!
then wanted to go into the castle but its out of bound.. so we proceeded to the beach..
on the way, got pple riding horses.. then got this 2 danish lads.. so friendly.. waved at us... hehez
also saw 花鹿.. we are once again so near... this time less than 1m away..
we went into the funland.. some sort like the mega version of funfair *those in openspace ones* in singapore...
woohoo.. here we are at the beach! quite vacanted cos its a friday *schooling day* and that its near the summerend.. only saw a few old ladies gg to the beach..
but i guess we were lucky once again.. there was a group of kindergarden kids.. their teacher brought them to the beach, arrived at the same time as us.. they were there to catch crabs..
so after we fly the kite.. *haven done that for a long time* then we packed and went to catch crabs.. but this time, it wasnt that fruitful..

then went on to taking pics with the eskimo (Knud Rasmussen) @ Klampenborg.. you can learn more abt this guy Knud Rasmussen.

went to take the s-tog *tog = train in english* together with my bike to �sterport..
this time my buddy showed me ard lil mermaid.. we went really upclose to take pics with here but i tink it cld be closer but today dont know why alot of tourists... so next time..
went to try their 糖炒杏仁.. for 20kr, very nice..
i tink there is alot of stuff gg on in the city today, naval ships on display or perhaps opened to public but i guess we were in a rush.. so we parked out bikes outside the metro station and took the metro to Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
CBS is more modern than DTU... i tink the lecture hall is like LT7a's size and the orientation is like yj's LT4 layout..
was there for a talk for ACSSD (assoc of chinese students and scholars in dk).. well, though im not a chinese chinese but i was there to listen and maybe can get some useful info.. both my buddies belong to this 学联 so they were 2 of the speakers for the day...
one lady impressed me alot.. she is one of the 市议员 of cph.. and she speaks very fluent english, mandarin & danish... she was from china then to taiwan then to america n to dk.. wow!
after the talk we went to retrieve our bikes and then to 走街 at the cph city..
i tink my buddy is quite a well-known figure in school.. met a few friends here and there when walkin thru the streets...
he brought me to a shop called Tiger, similar to 2dollar shops in singapore... its sell things at either 10 or 20krs..
kinda regretted not askin him to bring me ard earlier... then certain things i wld have bought it here instead of asking mum to send over.. but well, its been sent so next time i wld check out this place 1st..
anw, this place got alot of interesting stuff to see... but they are all available in singapore... haha

went to take the s-tog *tog = train in english* together with my bike to �sterport..
this time my buddy showed me ard lil mermaid.. we went really upclose to take pics with here but i tink it cld be closer but today dont know why alot of tourists... so next time..
went to try their 糖炒杏仁.. for 20kr, very nice..
i tink there is alot of stuff gg on in the city today, naval ships on display or perhaps opened to public but i guess we were in a rush.. so we parked out bikes outside the metro station and took the metro to Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
CBS is more modern than DTU... i tink the lecture hall is like LT7a's size and the orientation is like yj's LT4 layout..
was there for a talk for ACSSD (assoc of chinese students and scholars in dk).. well, though im not a chinese chinese but i was there to listen and maybe can get some useful info.. both my buddies belong to this 学联 so they were 2 of the speakers for the day...
one lady impressed me alot.. she is one of the 市议员 of cph.. and she speaks very fluent english, mandarin & danish... she was from china then to taiwan then to america n to dk.. wow!
after the talk we went to retrieve our bikes and then to 走街 at the cph city..
i tink my buddy is quite a well-known figure in school.. met a few friends here and there when walkin thru the streets...
he brought me to a shop called Tiger, similar to 2dollar shops in singapore... its sell things at either 10 or 20krs..
kinda regretted not askin him to bring me ard earlier... then certain things i wld have bought it here instead of asking mum to send over.. but well, its been sent so next time i wld check out this place 1st..
anw, this place got alot of interesting stuff to see... but they are all available in singapore... haha

the wireless in school not too good... or rather not as good as NUS's...
finally install matlab on my laptop.. i hope everything goes well, no more hiccups for me.. =)

bAd piTs..
well.. things hasnt been going too well lately for me here..
1st is the landlady thingy, yah, she is still talking abt it.. so sianz.. yahyah, its my fault but...nvm
then the lights and the locks.. got the batteries but the light isnt working as it shld.. gotta go to the bicycle shop to fix it.. as well as to tighten my bike's lock screw... dont know how much it will cost..
anw, i went to bilka on sunday but was overcharged for the shampoo i bought.. the tag says 3 for 40 but when i paid for it, i was charged for the individual, original price.. so with the company of my neighbour, we went back to bilka on monday to get a refund.. and i got it. it wasnt really difficult though... cos in dk, they have a 30days refund policy in most shops.. as long as you are unsatisfied with the product and is still in good condition you can change/refund it..
then on tuesday, we went to ikea *again*... i bought the jug so i can have water readily inside my room.. then went into the electrical appliances store.. saw a coffee maker for 39krs, i bought it.. not that i drink coffee, but i have been looking for a boiler but its ex here... and a coffee maker can boil water as well.. then its not ex also, abt 12sgd.. anw, things are really ex in dk, but they can be really cheap when things are on sale.. up to 70% off..
i tink im buying just too many things.. wonder how im gg to get it back to singapore.. *well, shall stop buying things..*
then went to the post office yest.. was accompanying my neighbour to send a parcel back to her hometown.. then went shopping for a while.. bought a pair of palms *not sure if the spelling was correct* then yucks, think i shldnt have bought it but i dont really have many shoes for wearing here.. think the next time i shld get a pair of sandals/slippers instead.. wrong move but cant refund.. cos this item is a on sale item... *dismay*
got the hooks i want, but i dont have hangers at this time.. so i only put on 1 hook 1st, the other 2, i shall see how when my hangers arrive here..
after that, i spent half the day installing some stupid matlab but i tink dont know why, cannot work.. when the 1st time i finish installation, a dialogue box pop out, but i accidentally hit enter and then the next second, it disappeared. wanted to uninstall also cannot find the uninstall file, so i just deleted the folder from my c drive.. install again, uninstall, install with PLP uninstall, install, there goes my whole day. i decided to remove everything of matlab then monday go to school and seek help from the person that lent me this disc.. this matlab wasted and spoiled half of my day.
then think my lappie is running slower and slower after all the installation & uninstallation of the matlab... wonder isit my psychological thots or... *haiz*
i try to get everything going and settled by this week and maybe over the weekend i will go explore some places in cph *hopefully*
right now, i just feel like im cut off from my world.. isolated in dk.. isolated..
