woke up late gave me a good excuse to skip gg school... slpt til 12noon, had lunch then thot of gg back to do the past yr papers but ended up on the bed til 7 in the evening... just in time to watch tv til 10pm...haha... surf the net til 1+ then told myself i shld start revision... but went to bed again instead...

maybe i hadnt had enuff slp + had coffee in the morning *i always feel like puking if i had coffee without enuff slp + anxiety* i was trembling.. my legs felt weak, i was very nervous though i did study... my 'half' senior *he's a EE major but we are under ECE dept* tried to reduce my anxiety... he told me to bluff my way through but i told him my greatest fear was not knowing to do that...seems easy but its tough...
i had mental block in the hall... didnt complete the paper again n skipped a few parts here n there... though i heard from ppl the paper was tough but as i looked ard me during the exams... all of them are so busy writing...
one more paper to go...

i must say this paper was manageable actually but i flopped again... i missed 2 slides in the lecture notes on counters and there 25 marks gone... had no idea how to tackle the question cant even write a thing... i thot i cld at least secure 13 out of 25 if i read that 2 slides... *#%(`1*$4%^*
another 25 marks gone cos i dont noe how to realise that stupid thing using PLD...

again, having flunked my midterm test, i used most of my time to revise for this module but the outcome is not wat i have expected... i thot i shld be able to do most if not all...

used to laugh at ziyang for he seems like a part-time student now i tink i feel more like one...

cs disaster....

my worst nightmare... having failed the midterm badly... didnt do well for the labs n PE... i thot i cant afford to flop again for the finals... but it happened... cldnt finish... leaving lotsa blanks... n i simply flopped again... feeling so sianz at the thot of those elites in my class will surely do very well... *elites = federick n his cliques + more... *

the mno paper in the morning was a disaster... i really regretted not reading the text... i thot the text was really helpful... 1st paper already not completed... its really a sApP!!! for me....

met up with sharon, ying n peishan after the morning paper, sharon n us parted ways at clementi mrt station... me n ying was going to the alumni welcome tea @ yj... *haojie was meeting us for lunch before gg back to yj* had asked peishan to join 'us' *with some other motives* for lunch but she declined.

on our way back to yishun we tok about the 'talk of the town' => the singapore idol and peishan supported sylvester and i commented on his fanbase are all ah lians n bengs *thats what the judges said* so i gave peishan an english name:: lianlian loh... hehez... *actually there's more than being the supporter of sly*

the welcome tea for yjc alumni...
i thot the 'new' VP was trying too hard to be friendly.
i was toking to heng yeu when she approached us trying to start a conversation by telling us we both seems familiar though we haven been under her tutelage... so heng yeu tried to be polite, went on to 'entertain' her and i just cldnt help being rude n said sthg like "are you sure?" to her... i think she must have really felt embarassed... so ignoring me she continued her conversation with heng yeu...
went on to say 'halo' to mrs low... she's back! time flies...
and then to 'pan lao shi'... she still rem me as the 'vase' at the play staged in the beginning of this year... *so happy*

the speech... the 'new' VP *i " " the word new cos she was a teacher in yj before being promoted to become a VP* gave a not-so-friendly speech... *in my opinion lah* she sounded very coercive... and ying's fren said she was biased cos she only mentioned nus throughout her whole speech...*not mentioning ntu n smu at all* hehez...

at the refreshment, i saw my p5 chinese teacher... coincidentally she was an old-girl of yj toO... n is pan lao shi's fren... + she is jiawen's sister... the world is so small... n she rems mE toO! hehez....

walking/running my dog... took snoopy for a walk around the neighbourhood before bringing him across the road to the spacious hardcourt... i loosen his leash and let him chase after him... the people at the hardcourt was filled with envy... though some children thot snoopy wld chase after them if they ran too... the answer is no... i believe he will chase only after me...haha... *how conceited im*
thot snoopy wld be thirsty so brought him home... cleaned his paws and so tired... my time to 'nua' liao... starting 'nua-ing' after tat....

thot of using 2 days to revise for my mno paper but because of doing that stupid cheatsheet for EE2012 module and this mno modules itself, im left with about one day to read the mno textbk... i hope i'll pull through for mno... the paper seems hard....

exams in one weeks' time...

wow... today's mno lecture is awesome.... get to see the videoclips of other groups for various tutorial classes...
til now i haven get a copy of my own group's video... *have to wait til sch reopens when i see zheying again...so dont ask me for it for the time being...*
thinking of it, i even missed the chance to view the other groups' video in my tutorial class during the presentation *all thanks to the stupid programming lab...stay up til 6am on that monday morning* thot of taking a one hour power nap before going for the presentation but ended up slping til 10am *my tutorial class starts at 10am on that monday morning*
was meeting my groupmates at 9.30am but i didnt showed up and they didnt bother to call me til the tutorial class starts... *nobody but myself to blame...*
well, forget it, that was like 2-3weeks ago... on the 18th oct... that fateful day...
my exams starting on next sat... but im still not prepared.... sianz...

yilin's bElatEd bdAe trEat!

bcos of the stupid programming lab, yilin's (my 'bestEst' friend cum buddy buddy) bdae slipped my mind... luckily i was meeting her for dinner today... so i decided to give her a surprised treat at Swensen's...
i forgotten today is a saturday...dinner time, though its full house at Swensen JPT, there's a empty table for 2 outside. but i thot the table was too small for me so i turned down the offer and decided to wait... then comes another staff... asked us the same qn again... then another...yes again...he asked the same thing... finally the last one kinda threatened us saying "its full hse now u gotta wait for some time..." but before that we were just told tt the waiting time is ard 10mins... i thot to myself..."who are u trying to bluff, want to coerce us into taking up that 2 seater out of desperation?' so i replied "i dont mind we can wait!" right at that time, somebody left and a table of 4 was available to us... we sat for an hour and half...chatted..blah blah blah...
then after that went to jurong point to window-shop for a while... guess wat...i saw weiping and his girlfriend, i supposed... the surprised look on his face... like i caught him doing bad things...haha
had an enjoyable dinner...minus the dessert which made us both so fuLL...

what a day....

was lunching with christina at Engin today, saw a bird doing his business...
it reminded me of my parrot which was stolen on 7th sept 2004, tuesday...exactly 8 weeks ago...and i missed him... we talked about whom my parents had suspected to have stolen the bird and christina joked about how the parrot had asked the thief to bring him away instead...
after lunch was the signals tutorial where i have kinda been ridiculed by my classmates not once but twice in a less than 10 mins ...
*well, im the only girl in my class and mind you its nothing good at all...no company... nothing!*
the guys did apologise *cos they said i looked angry and was quiet...*
anw, i didnt feel angry about it, just a'lil upset and hurt...
the tutor came in at the right time, managed to hold back my tears *seems like im a crybaby huh but im not* and focused on the tutorial.
i really have to compliment my signals tutor... he's of chinese nationality and he's dedicated in teaching *though most of the time we dont understand his chim chim ideas* unlike those i have encountered in the past...
meeting my jc-mates later after class really made my day... we hardly see each other but just by seeing them provides me with enough warmth and comfort to pull through the day...

for the past few weeks rachel wld join me to study in school... friends who saw us commented tt we looked alike... *of cos there are others who dont find it so...okie acceptable*
some, on their 1st question will ask:"your sister?" *i presumed its asking 'ya elder sister' okie, acceptable too*
others: "your twin sister?" *not so bad*
my seniors: "your younger sister?" *sianz, not the 1st time!*
our speculations were... isit because she is skinnier n thats y... or really, i look more matured...? i have been mistaken to be the elder sister for more than once...
well... my 1st reponse was where or which part are we alike... they cldnt come up with the exact details of similarity but just said sth is so similar btn the 2 of us...the hair the backview... *but i thot if we look alike bcos of the hair then all the long hair girls will look alike and same applies for those short hair or those with moustache are my father, that kinda logic...agreE?*
are we really that alike *for those who have saw us before pls give comments*, personally i dont find it so... i rem when we lunched at Engin, there was this auntie she kept looking at me with her puzzled face...i bet she thot she saw doubles, rachel had just return to the table with a tray of food earlier on, she might have saw her and now she sees me with a tray on my way back too... or maybe i was wrong...perhaps i had sthg's on my face n tat explains the puzzled look on her face....
