My card and the sketch was inspired by a card that I saw during yesterday's blog hop. Unfortunately I forgot to bookmark it. Hopefully I can find it and give credit to that person.

Ink - PTI Raspberry fizz, PTI Dark Chocolate
Paper - PTI White, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Fizz and Kraft CS
Other - SU Scallop Border Punch, SU Large Oval Punch, Prima Flowers

Saturday Scrapbook Challenge #8

Hello Friends, Time is flying fast and it is already time for the next Saturday Scrapbook Challenge. This time I decided not to use a sketch. The Challenge this time is to use two things on your layout - A scalloped border of some kind and photo corner.

You can combine this challenge with any other like another sketch or color combination.

Here is my LO for this Challenge. I used the Pictures from our Jamaica Trip. I used the photo corners as embellishments on the page :)

Other - Print image from Silhouette, Caribbean stickers and Jamaica title from unknown source.

After I took the Picture, I see that my photos are slightly crooked :)..Oh well..Incentive to create another layout for this sketch :)

Christmas Card Challenge #2

Hello Everyone! I have created my first sketch EVER using. I wish I wasn't SO computer challenged...it took me over an hour...haha! Anyway, I'm very excited about how it turned out. I hope that it inspires you to create some Christmas cheer. If you're not in the Christmas mood then some other fabulous work of art. I can't wait to see what you all create! Saturday Scrapbook Challenge #6

Hello All,

Sorry for the late post. I was not well and did not have time to schedule this post for you all :) But I hope you will still play along with us :)

Today's is a dual Challenge :) Create a LO based on this sketch from Pagemaps and also use Brads in your LO :) One brad or more - does not matter :)



Here is my LO,


These are pictures to the Spice Souk (Market) during our Dubai Visit. I used this new journaling sticker from American Crafts..but it does not photograph well. Plus I guess I used the wrong color sharpie for my journaling as well :) I used a bunch of brads and buttons for the border idea. Patterned paper is from my stash...so I feel good about using up some of my scrap stash. And in retrospect, the color of the alpha stickers that I used are not standing out much :) but Oh well..that is just another reason to create another layout.
