The truth is, no one ever understands- unless you're a tourism student that is.

No one ever understands the stress that this freaking course plants on us.
No one ever understands the crazy requirements that the projects ask for.
No one ever understands the competitiveness deep within.
No one ever believes us when we say we gotta do all those shit work.
No one ever understands those hectic project deadlines,

except us.

Try being a trm student even for a semester and you'll understand what we're going through. I'm serious!

Anyway, certain peeps should just learn how to shhh during impt times. No names mentioned yo. But hey, respect is the word. How will you feel if you're lecturing in front of a large grp of people and there goes the audience chit-chatting away? Seriously.. It's damn rude la.

And, certain people in the public should start reflecting about the way they judge/comment. Hello, have you heard about freedom of actions? Is what we do of concern to you.?

Oh get a life, pretty please!

Wave goodbye to those grey skies,

So today didn't turn out that bad afterall. In fact, it was fabulous cus I got to meet my dearest! Mom cancelled the trip to a relative cus Dad wasn't feeling very well, so I took the chance to pop to meet baby for a few good hours.

Slacked. Movied. Ate. Camwhored. Aracade-d (for the first time tog!). Enjoyed. Loved

And btw, The Bride Wars is one perfect movie that you should catch! Pretty hilarious and touching at the end, especially if you're searching for the definition of one who'll always be there for you the entire life, for good, for bad, for anything. I.e. It may not be your life partner, but many a time, it refers to you Best friend. (Ms Wang Shi Jiao- 是你哦！) Hehehe.

School's starting tmr, and we're gonna head to Tanglin golf course or smthg to PLAY GOLF in the afternoon! Spa module is really so so........ and I really wonder how all of us will look with the ugly attire:

Lose polo tee (tucked in!)
Shorts till the knees/3/4 pants
Sports shoe

Oh man. I was just complaining how sad it is that we have to turn toot/silly in order to be in the proper attire for Golf. Wish me luck yo! I'm wondering how I'm gonna carry the freaking heavy golf club..................................... Maybe they'll have kids ones (:

Its seriously damn pathetic and it sucks. But oh well, its not anyone's fault- its just how my life is structured I guess..

On a brighter note, I managed to wrap up most of our ECD project today. Fancy engaging yourself in school work on CNY, isn't it.

And sometimes I really wish that I can fly back to HK just to spend cny. If only.. I can spend the 'wonderful' festive season with my cousins and family, instead of just curling up at home like a mountain tortoise this year. I always envy others who have big families and numerous cousins- its a blessing I'd say, cus only then will cny be meaningful with all the gatherings.

As far as I know, this cny is gonna be super duper boring.. According to my mom, we're prolly not going visiting (it'll be the other way round).

I'm a happy girl, thanks to my girls & babylove who added so much COLOURS to my life for the past 2 days! Shan't speak much of the events since my eyelids are barely open now, but to summarize:

Fri 23Jan: Tlaw lect, followed by outing with gfs to commonwealth for mani + pedi package; headed to JP to shop for steamboat foodstuff; went to Dickson's house; prepared food ourselves (and I actually washed and cut the chicken bites. Omg right. hehe!); = They spell FUNN!

Today: Tanning with baby (AFTER 35825745months) like finally! Perfect weather for a nice tan and it was a day filled with joy, love and laughter- right from morning till night. (: We loved soaking ourselves up in the sun, and had more fun when we headed for the sea! And and and, I'm so gonna learn swimming from you my dear. :))

Our next goal: Swimming trips!

I managed to learn a lot from today's IS lesson, much about love & so much more about the real meaning of love. Set the boring 90% of the video aside; we were actually enlightened on the many kinds of love.

As much as some points may be disagreed, we learnt how to distinguish between love & infatuation. And oh boy, some points in infatuation did alarm me! But yeah yeah, love is confusing, and you know what? Falling in/out of love is deemed as normal. -.-

Well well, as the module name suggests: Understanding Relationships yeah? There's really a lot of insights to be discovered indeed, especially if it applies to you at times. Tsk =p And I realised that some of the class's guys are kinda zzz.. I wonder what will happen when we touch on sexuality next week. Lol..

Anyway, I promised to upload pics of the past in my next entry and here goes! They revolve mostly around secondary-jc life, but oh well, enjoy yeah.. (Pardon me for my unglam-ness and uglyness)

And I was actually pretty amazed by the differences (in appearance) in me that're present..

As much as I detested the one week trip back to HK, I still miss it at times..

Oh how I miss sceneries like this- wonder when'll be the next time I return home..
