I never thought it'll end this way;
Shattered; is all i'd say.
Fading through the miles of desire,
So this is what you can aspire.

I never thought it'll end this way;
I once loved you, i cant deny.
You had loved me, oh so fine.
On the day that your heart swayed,
I can tell you, i felt betrayed.

I never thought it'll end this way;
Perhaps goodbye's the price to pay.

that was random. don't know what caused me to write such a poem out of the blue. gah-

watched 2oo pounds beauty with bestie today; waited for her till 4+ & off we went to cine. :D it was frustrating to know that the free tickets couldnt be used since today's the eve of a public
holiday. its friggin irritating & we had to pay $9 each. but i haveta say that the movie's worth
while paying. i'll give it a rating of 5stars. (: absolutely interesting storyline and there's a good combination of humour & sadness! being non-emo peeps in the movie field, we didnt tear. but there's this person who sniffed uber loudly throughout the movie. :x on our way back, i
coincidentally saw richie, jiajun & lacson. once again, jun & lacson reminded me of pj. yihan dear, i really want to sing the college anthem with you guys.. got
a lil emo while reminiscing the past & iwanagoback.! i know its a lil ridiculous cus i just visited like 1+ weeks ago and here i am complaining. i cant help it!

tmr's so gonna be a mugging day. but hey! dont mistaken me for a mugger. cos i am NOT.

so much for today.. nites; earthings.

while i live, i learn. :D

i took this personality test ystd and was shocked to discover that i'm actually an introvert. :x doesn't seem like eh? but the test says so. here's the results:

--Life as an ISFJ
(Introvert, Sensor, Feeler, Judger)

-People of this type tend to be: cautious, gentle, and thoughtful; hesitant until they know people well then affectionate and caring; very literal and aware of the physical world; uncompromising about personal standards and easily offended; diligent and conscientious, organized and decisive.
The most important thing to ISFJs is living a stable, predictable life and helping people in real ways.

Great careers for ISFJs

Here are just a few popular and often satisfying careers for people whose Personality Type is ISFJ.

1)Primary care physician
2)Dietician
3)Home health worker
4)Elementary school worker
5)Librarian/archivist
Interior decorator
6)Paralegal
7)Credit counselor
8)Customer service representative
9)Bookkeeper
10)Hospice worker
11)Guidance counselor
12)Special education teacher
13)Innkeeper
14)Genealogist

How to Love an ISFJ

-Appreciate the many things (large and small) that I do to make our home a warm and comfortable place to live.
-Appreciate my common sense, practical and steady approach to life.
-Listen attentively and respectfully. Give me time to think about things before expecting me to respond.
-Respect my need to spend time by myself, or to just be with you.
-Be sensitive to, and don't force me to defend, my feelings.
-Above all, notice and acknowledge my hard work and commitment to our family's needs.

This is just "the appetizer" - for as you know, there's SO much more about loving ISFJs! We encourage you to have your partner read about you, and to take the Discover Your Type quiz, so you can learn about him or her. But as helpful as this is, the real power of Personality Type is the insights it provides you and your partner as a couple - how your types combine to create predictable joys and frustrations.

In JUST YOUR TYPE you will learn much more about the joys and challenges of your relationship. But what's even more helpful, is the advice of people, with your same type combination, who've used Personality Type to help them understand, appreciate, and communicate with their partners, as never before.

Parenting ISFJs

The Joys and Challenges of Raising ISFJs:
They are affectionate and warm with people they trust, but can be skeptical or even fearful of new experiences. While they are usually quite responsible, reliable, and down to earth, they are also so literal that they may have trouble seeing the big picture.

What works with ISFJs:
respect their need to take time to acclimate to new surroundings and people; don't rush them
maintain a familiar routine; explain in advance about new experiences and include as much detail as possible
speak softly and patiently with them; give specific directions and instructions

Parents of ISFJs: they'll know you really love them when you...
do a quiet art or craft activity together, taking as long as they wish.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. To really understand your ISFJ child - from preschool through adolescence - and to learn the proven parenting strategies that work best for him or her, check out NURTURE BY NATURE.

SpeedReading ISFJs

The key to success lies in your ability to quickly size others up, and speak their language. Here are just a few clues for SpeedReading (understanding) and SpeedReaching (communicating with) ISFJs.

How to Spot ISFJs:
-quiet, private and modest
-hard working, conscientious and serious
-gentle, thoughtful and sensitive
-careful dressers with an eye for color and comfort

Tips for Communicating with ISFJs:
-Speak clearly and slowly; respect their privacy
-Be explicit and map out the steps and details of your ideas
-Honor your commitments and be prompt and thoughtful

never would i expect poly life to be so hectic & torturous. well, maybe torturous sounds over exaggerating but i have to say that tourism is a very demanding course. lecturers expect alot from us given our Olvl grades- imagine <=1o pointers being ur classmates and everyone seems
equally hardworking. its totally different from secsch where students are of different capabilities.. the
stress is there. on top of that, tutors bombard u with numerous tutorials whose questions arent easily answered. projects kill. i havent even started on any, and being in a class which is not-so-hyper isnt of any help. there're many cliques, & there's absolute silence when tutors ask qns. Each time, its the same old fewbies answering. the chemistry isn't there, nor is the spirit. i pray that these are just 'new class' symptoms which are normal, but my 6th sense tells me that something's wrong.

apart from
dancesports which officially starts on my birthday, there's absolutely nothing in life to look foward to, not even a nice class. i miss o7s27 & o7s13- they were so much better! sometimes, i keep asking myself if i belong anywhere.. i withdrew from pj and came to
np. unfortunately, life in poly doesnt seem as appealing as it should be. well, for me at least.
i detest the management for letting EB8 know each other and splitted us up in the allocation of classes. how nice would it be if all of us are together.. =/

i've withdrawn from korean classes today. full commitment to studies & dancesports! but when i looked at the tutorial qns a minute ago ( with mom's constant nagging fr the kitchen ), i
almost cried. i know im a weakling.. mrs sunil's words were the cause of my perseverance. no matter what, i'll set my priorities right and rmb WHY i came to poly- to pursue my dream of working in the tourism industry. it may seem like a wrong choice made now, but im positive that at the end of 3yrs, we'll see the beginning of an interesting pathway laid ahead..

GPA
4.0's almost unachievable. ( unless im a genius! ) but i'll put in my best. i promise.

i miss yhss no matter how bad it is.. i miss 4e5. i miss mrs sunil. i miss sec sch life.

if only..

i hate this.

is helping two students swap classes so difficult? its just a matter of names and student ids. shit school of interdisciplinary studies! ): now my life is made difficult because of two matters
which play important parts of my life- dance & korean. i can join dancesports next semester after
i've completed my korean classes, but that means missing out 12weeks of practice! NO THANKYOU. i can choose to join another cca instead, but there doesn't seem to be any other cca
which interest me.. ( besides the slackish korean club ) i can choose to withdraw from my korean classes and take next semester ( i think ), but that'll mean wasting $15o.. unless its possible to withdraw.

oh god. don't ask me which i prefer, for both are of high significance and importance in my life.

it sucks-

♥yours truly. 6:47 PM

)))))))))))))))))))))))):

i'm currently at canteen two rotting, or should i say killing time until ITR tutorial starts later on at 2pm. frankly speaking, i havent found much joy in np since my life as a poly student began. its just the mundane style of life- schooling; doing tutorials, atending lectures, doing projects and assignments. of course, i've since met some really nice peeps, especially my EB8 pals- joyce darl & pam sweetie in particular.. its really a pity that we aren't in the same class but nevertheless, i haveta look forward to the times that TR22 are gonna spend tog as a whole, and not forgetting my other TRM friends. they're nice but the fun is just not there. or should i say, the feeling is not there. perhaps time will make a difference.. but one thing that i clearly know is that no matter how much i miss pj, i've gotta carry on with life. this may seem rather cliche, especially for the past two weeks cus i just can't help comparing..

poly life is undeniably happening, with all the different things going on each day. but sometimes, i feel that the things we do are too practical in the sense that its really a step into the society. imagine doing projects which require you to set up a BUSINESS. how's that? oh well. God Bless Me & to yhss as well as PJ sweeties, I MISS YOU GUYS. bogisippeoso~

new look?! (:

this is what i did today-hangul :D

korean oh korean. how tough can you be? :)  sometimes, im really thankful that im chinese cus there's actually quite alot of advantages.. being a chinese, its easier for us to learn jap and of cus korean too since some jap and korean characters resemble chinese words. but picking up a new
language is undeniably tough. nevertheless, i'll persevere! like kwon seunsengnim had said, these two weeks will be slightly tougher cus we've got to get the basics of the korean language right- which is hangul. only then can we proceed to speaking, reading and writing korean characters. i can't wait! :D

i forgot to mention that during last week's lesson, i somehow thought that i was dreaming cus i couldn't believe that i was actually learning KOREAN- the language that i've wanted to master for ages! and hearing mr kwon speak korean in real life is really cool.. to jiahui and suhailah: im still anticipating to go to korea with you guys, hopefully after pushie's As and when jia and i finish poly. hees. (:

i'm gonna memorise the various consonants and vowels hopefully by tonight. sigh- my bag's
gonna weigh a bomb tmr cus we gotta bring the macroecons + cip books, & not forgetting my lappie.. you don't know how tiring it is to carry such a heavy bag & a lappie ard the campus almost every day. i guess i'm never gonna grow any taller with such a routine. :x i envy those who've got
12.1 inch, 1.5kg laptops cus they're super light! i know 1.8kg doesn't weigh a bomb but its hard to not grumble when you have to carry so many things with you all the time.. oh well.

i seem to be eating like a glutton these days. my friends will be my witnesses, right yihan? :p i just cant stand being hungry. don't be surprised if i become obese one of these days.
gah- what crap am i muttering?!

ps: my korean name, if translated directly from my chinese name, is
이정은 ( lee jeong eun). off to dinner!

labels: I LOVE PJC!

it was definitely nice to dance pj's mass and fun dance after so long, and its with you, my dance partner! and yeah. i haveta admit that my expressions weren't really pleasant when i danced.. that's because as we danced, memories kept flooding my mind. memories of o1, ogl camp, o2, SCAP. the times we spent together, the hardwork and effort we chipped in in order to make events a success just came rushing through.. and once again, i got a lil emotional. how nice would it be if i'm stil in pioneer, if i'm still part of pioneer, if i'm an elect for 8th. and then i started asking myself WHY i left. the reason then was for my future, and i hope that it'll still stand till god knows when.. i used to ponder WHERE my heart really was, especially after the release of Os results. i thought that it lay in pj, but then again, it might have been a false conception since i wanted to stay because of friends. only when i came to poly did i realise that my heart IS in pj. and it still is.

i cant say that i enjoy poly. well, till now at least.. i'm just doing what a student should do: sleep, go to school & attend lectures and tutorials, go for cca, travel home, tackle assignments and the cycle goes on.. happy? nah. i don't find the joy that was experienced back then. perhaps jc and poly are really SO different that one feels astoundingly different as well. i'm just hoping that my 3yrs in poly will be a fruitful and memorable one. i know that its too much to hope for, and that life'll never be the same again. the bond's already different. well. at least i'm looking forward to meeting nice classmates from next week onwards since tutorials are about to begin. today's IS LMS lesson was a good start. i love ms anne marie! :D she's one super nice lms teacher. (:

sometimes, i try my best to not look back and get life going. it works at times cus i simply force myself to reality. but sometimes, i miss the old times so much that i wanna escape. how i wish i was back in pj with my dearest friends, scapers and councilors. no matter how stressful life is, i'll still be happy cus afterall, it's where my heart lies. but i cant regret now cus its a dumb thinking. life goes on. time is a factor or a test to how deep our friendship is. if our bonds and friendships are true, we'll stay close no matter how long we part. it may be years till we meet again, but if we were meant to be, we'll still be pals-as ever! :D:D

although i'm no longer an official pioneer, i still recognise myself as one. at least deep inside my heart, i know that pioneer will ALWAYS be part of me. take my word: ALWAYS. years later, i may end up in some foreign country but 'once a pioneer, always a pioneer' will still stand. as ever.

I LOVE PJC! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
-pioneers: have fun movie marathon-ing yeahs. (: miss you guys alr! heh =D

WHILE I LIVE, I LEARN.

i drew this during my rest time just now. :)

i cant believe that I wrote this. lol- cursive~

this is what i call SATISFACTION.

shit blogger for deleting my post TWO times. blogger's really frigging irritating and sucky at times
and it can jollywell close down and open a brand new site. RAH ):

i spent
THREE hours on my ITR tutorial and my hand was aching like gmdoigismhg when i completed it. call me dumb for not typing my answers out. at least my efforts arent paid off, cus there's this indescribable sense of satisfaction. :) oh man. one's down but there's still a list of
assignments waiting to be completed.
-read macroecons tb chpt 1&2
-macroecons tutorial qn 7
-read MICE articles
-check mel for MICE tutorials
-CIP tutorial
-CIP project
-bmgt tutorial [do we haveta complete it?!]
-study korean :)
-revision
-is there any more?!

for your info, i'm not over-pressuring myself or whatsoever here.. i'm just trying to be on task. it
wouldn't be nice for history to repeat itself.. cus last minute work simply sucks. i wanna be a good student. =p heh. to all those who cared, thanks a billion cus ur concern is greatly appreciated! fret not cus i know my limits and i'll not push myself till i break..

oh god. 15 more hours till i return to pjpjpjpj and my one and ONLY beloved pjc with mr teo. i can't wait! seeing ama jorene at je today makes me :). i must say that the feeling of meeting someone close after such a long time is really great..
yihan & nat said that they missed me loads during ystd's sports day, esp during cheering, dancing and singing of pj college anthem. :( i miss those times.. i miss the times spent with my
dearest councilors and scappers. i miss o2! boo. emo-

juniors: CONSIDER thoroughly before deciding to come to poly cus come poly = bankrupt.! the cost of living in poly is HIGH; all thanks to those damn books.

that was random.

i didnt know that trm peeps haveta study CIP- not community involvement programme but computer information processing.. when i attended the lecture ystd, i was like omg; how on earth
can such a pointless module exist?! and i see no point in business peeps studying such stuff. nonetheless, we aren't in the position to say anything so i'll just keep mum for now, but i haveta
say that the project is dumb. check this out:

You are required to capture 8 photos regarding the use of IT in an organisation. You are required to consolidate and present the photos using Microsoft PowerPoint. You need to provide information about each photo:
• What is the name of the hardware/software
• Where it is found
• How it is being used in the organization

due by 2oth may in groups of 2. WHOA.

i'll just wait for next week's tutorial and see what my tutor says. but the reading kills. you'll read
all about hardware, software etc etc and it sucks.

so far, of all the lectures that i've attended, MACROecons seems to be the most interesting. perhaps its becus i've taken micro in pj, thats why things seem a little familiar. :D ah heng; i haveta agree that econs IS interesting, but it requires loads of thinking and understanding. stayed back to do the first macroe tutorial with a few friends just now and we cracked our brains
to the max before answering the qns.

intro to tourism & resort management is hella BORING. the lecturer's nice but the subject
itself was kinda dry. business management was fine, although i've practically forgotten everything which has been taught today. LOL. theres FMM lessons tmr and i hope
that it'll be interesting cus it's smthg related to trm too i suppose.

im gonna stay up late tonight. lecture starts at 123o so i'll be able to wake up later. ;D

and how can i ever forget to blog abt my dearest korean classes?! there were lessons ystd night and it rawked! kwon jae won seusengnim is oh so humorous. :) and we learnt hangul, the super
impt foundation of the korean language which one cannot do without. (: its a recap for me since
i learnt it last nov but i'll haveta memorise things once again. im determined to do well in korean as well as in my studies.. :D to everyone out there, give your best too!

to my dance juniors, dont be too upset with the results alright.. and yes i'm disappointed and sad, but everything has passed and i know that you guys did your best. blame the judges once AGAIN for their nonsensical comments. it happened 2yrs ago and it just did- again. i relly feel like smacking those dumbos.

im gg back to pj this friday. i cant wait. i cant wait to see my darls and dearest friends. I MISS YOU GUYS TRUCKLOADS. ):

If you ever have the mindset that life in poly is super relaxing, i'm sorry but i'll have to tell you that this conception is absolutely wrong. its mere assumption i suppose, that life in poly is much better than that of a college. well freedom wise, i can't deny. but the workload is comparable to any
other institutions. im not in any position to make any more judgements since this is only the first day but that's how i felt.

moving away, it seems like you haven't quarreled with me for ages and would very much like to start a cold war in the house. sorry but i've got no time to entertain you. you don't know how tired i was after i reached home; and asking you a mere question moments before you turn in was considered interupting your privacy. thanks for the compliment about my selfishness! i greatly appreciate it.! HA.

y'know, sometimes i really wish i could live alone.. far away from all this nonsense, this
distractions, this unhappiness.

lancelot omega! [we're incomplete]

LOL jeremy!

haha. that's last night's lancelot bbq at jif's house. quite a few peeps from lancelot omega went
& most of the time, we mingled among ourselves. antisocial? i guess its becus the other lancelots
were closer to the GLs who went while we weren't. sad that haikal and maggie couldn't
come and hongsheng wasn't as close to us. had fun thou. chatted a lot and even topics about LIFE were discussed. (: very meaningful indeed! thanks for all the fun!

for a bunch of us, school's starting tmr after months of slacking. the usual routine of mugging will again be repeated but i guess life's not gonna as tough, isnt it? there aint tutorials next week so school's gonna end pretty early everyday. i may wana return to pj on wed; shall see how things go! anticipates!* and i realised that dancesports' practice sessions are on tuesdays, 7-1opm. that'll crash with my korean classes which're from 6-8. what on earth am i gonna do?!

alright earthings.. im gonna whack my cupboard upside down for clothes.. but before i do that,
here's a meaningful poem which darren forwarded us.. would like to share it with everyone. (:

Around the corner i have
a friend,
In this great city
that has no end.
Yet the days go by
and weeks rush on,
and before i know
it, a year is gone.

And I never see my
old friends' face,
For life is a swift
and terrible race.

He knows I like him
just as well,
As in the days when
I rang his bell.
And he rang mine if,
we were younger then.
And now we're busy,
tired men.

Tired of playing a
foolish game.
Tired of trying to
make a name.

"Tomorrow" I say! "I
will call on Jim"
"Just to show that
I'm thinking of him."

But tomorrow comes,
and tomorrow goes,
And distance between us,
grows and grows.

Around the corner,
yet miles away,
"Here's a telegram
sir" "Jim died today."

And that's what we
get and deserve in the
end.
Around the corner, a
vanished friend.

*Remember to always say what you mean. If you love or like someone, tell them. Don't be afraid to express yourself. Reach out and tell someone what they mean to you. Because when you decide that it is the right time, it might be too late. Seize the day. Never have regrets. And most
importantly, stay close to your friends and family, for they have helped make you the person that you are today.

i'm sitting at np's canteen 1 right now. its cool that the entire campus has wireless and you can just dump your lappie somewhere and tada; you're connected! :) came to np with sj and lc to update more laptop stuffs and my previous user account has been changed to the current one, which means that all my pictures and songs that were in my lappie are gone.. boo. ):

there's bbq at serangoon tonight with my poly pepos; hopefully it'll be fun. and ohoh. i've heard that there wont be any tutorials next week; purely lectures and other classes. thats good news! (: but i'm still rather blur about the various kinds of lessons besides lectures and tutorials. gah-

to tell the truth, im having mixed feelings. im pretty excited that school's about to start but on the other hand, i wish that holidays are longer.. the start of poly also means that i'll have less time to meet up with my dearest pj darls. but guys, rest assure you that i'll not drift apart from everyone cus you've played a very significant role in my life, and those memories are already etched in my heart- forever. i love you guys to the max and lets hope that we'll meet soon alrites.. :) meanwhile, regardless of what you're involved in at the moment [ council or studies ], rmb to give your best shot and keep going! don't be discouraged if your hardwork isnt showing, for there'll definitely be a time when you'll see the fruits of labour. when that moment arrives, the sense of satisfaction is just..great. trust me; for i have absolute faith in each and everyone of you. smile!

to those who're facing problems in relationships, i dont really know what to advise but don't feel too depressed kae. love's definitely sweet, but there are times when you feel like letting go of the relationship.. what i can say is; forgive & forget. and follow your heart. you'll definitely find true love someday! ;D

im like being an advisor here. haha. thats all for now; gotta run! ttyl darls~

thumbsDOWN to sony ericsson for their satisfactory products. received my k8ooi ystd night and it was perfectly fine till this morning- the speakers were no longer working! brought my newbie to
SE service ctre at toh guan & the person took it away; which means that i'll be phone-less till monday.. ): thank goodness that mom's nice enuff to lend me her phone. i jus cant live without
a phone.

yesterday marked the closing of baOC `o7 and although the highlights were kinda interesting, [ eg beauty contest ], i wouldn't say that its a fantastic closure. camwhored quite a little with my
dearest friends, especially
grace! (: i love this girl to bits! sad that we wont be in the same class but let's pray that we will next year alrites. ;D seeya guys around in school!

my class timetable's finally out last night and we were octopuses after viewing it. i must say that poly's timetables are so so different from that of JCs. totally. i think i'm in TR22, & its not zhiqing and wanqing's class. ): boo. i'm in jer, damien & charmaine's class. hopefully i'll see more familiar faces on monday. prays* one thing to look forward to is that my classes start pretty late everyday.. and they range fr 9-11. ends at an average of 4pm. not too bad i guess ;D

was supposed to attend this telematch thingy in school today but many of us skipped out of laziness and boredom. went up with my dearest sj and we went last minute shopping at
BUGIS! glad to say that i bought 3tops, a skirt and a pair of shoes. i'm so broke. gah- i need to save up. poly's really robbing me. help!?

i wana to visit
pj asap, hopefully next week when campaigning's still on. (: dateme, teohuei, and we shall return to our dearest college tog! :D:D:D misses*

while i live i learn .

i practised the uber dumb act of wearing only ONE lenses again. i know its stupid i just couldn't help it. my right eye was a little pinkish since last night and i didn't wana wear glasses for games. i look super nerdy in glasses bcus of the thick lenses. felt really uncomfortable the whole day and was practically half blind, & i was shocked when grace said that she's also doing the same thing cus her eye was also red due to failed attemps to slot the lens in. LOL. we're really pals! ;)

i'm loving school of bA more & more each day. well, orientation wasn't really interesting today but i just feel that our school's very happening. my tourism friends rawks! ;D also considering to join np ambassadors cus that'll help earn cca points, but i'm not sure if i can handle that with dancesports, korean classes and studies. boo ):

the schedule for foreign language is finally out. korean classes are on every tuesday fr 6-8pm at block 56. where's that?! LOL. i cant wait for classes to resume next week :). and my teacher's mr kwon jae yon. [ kwon seu-seng-nim = mr kwon! ]

tonight's my last night with my k75oi, cus i'll be receiving my new k8ooi tmr. (: i can't wait! but then again, i've developed feelings for it aft a year. gah- i'm speaking as thou i'm talking abt a person. LOL. its my 6th phone; so bye k75o, hello k8oo! :D

results for council interview has been released.. congrats to those who got in and all the best for campaigning alrite; i'm sure you guys will make it! :) and to those who didn't, don't be too depressed.. there are always other alternatives. its certainly hard to leave, esp when so many bonds and friendships are forged in scap.. but life is never fair. many a time, we don't get what we desire for and as a result, feel miserable over the issue.. but if we think again, there isn't a point to feel as such. when i left pj, i felt equally miserable.. i felt that the God was being very unfair to give me a brain which isn't intelligent enough for me to ace Alvls. i then reflected upon things and realised that God must have a reason for everything, & i believe he has his reasons of letting me end up in np trm as well. Perhaps he sees me having great success if i take this path. Perhaps sacrificing will take me to greater heights. Econs; opportunity cost= the next best alternative. haha. :)

that's about all for the day. my cough's like shit and i'd better get some rest before dying off. HA. get well soon mel. :(

labels: 1st day of bA orientation- BORING! ):

well well. bA orientation sucked can; at least for today. thank goodness that the individual groups weren't as boring. we were grouped according to courses, which means i was tog with my future TRM classmates. quite a small grp i would say.. slightly less than 15 ppl with only 3 guys. girls rule! (: glad that the girls were super friendly and we made friends FAST. now we're hoping that we'll be in the same class, but chances are 25% since there'll be 4 classes. bad school- grp us tog then split us up. rahh ): i had initially thought that peeps in TRM would be very ang-moh kind who speaks standard english, but i was proven wrong.. everyone spoke chinese! :x i hope that my future classmates will be more westernised to speak english to me cus i prefer speaking english.

checked my timetable on npal just now and its yet to be out. only the IS lessons, which are on friday are scheduled. asked my other TRM friends about theirs and they all had different slots. i then came to a conclusion that we'll all be in diff classes but weixia said that IS will be conducted with peeps fr other courses, so we can't judge our classes fr IS lessons. prays* hopefully we'll know our timetables tmr or smthg.. i'm really eager to know what class i'm in.!

one thing to be glad about; school of bA seems rather happening with all the various events throughout the year.. and we watched a mini performance just now as well. magnum and dancesports put up a great show, esp dancesports! they made me want to join dancesports even more. ;D so cool~ we also got to know more about our modules through a lecture; as well as the fun in TRM through seniors. overall, its said to be a fun course and i really hope that i'll do well and at the same time, enjoy myself! :) this reminds me of smthg impt; commontests! school hasn't even begun and we were alr told that the CT period will be from 2-8june. thats so fast!! pj's mye is in mid june. how to have outings if things are as such? )))):

i cant wait for my korean classes to resume next week. wheeee! LOL this post is oh so random. nites earthings. gotta reach NP by 745 tmr. gah- hope it'll be fun. :D

i never knew that things can be so complicated.
爱情嘛 ..
真的不简单 ..
必须两人互相体谅,互相照顾,互相明白对方,才会有幸福 . (:

although i've never been in such situations, i'll like to advise friends who're facing problems in relationships..

take things as an experience, as part of your journey in life. do not dwell upon the past, for what's already over can't be made real again.. accept what God has arranged for you, cus He had a reason to do so. things don't happen without a reason; you'll see the outcome in future. dont take things too hard, for you're still in your blooming years. you've a whole life ahead of you. i'm sure you've learnt loads from the past, from your valuable experience, and will since grow to be a better person. one who's able to view life from different perspectives and can handle situations easily.

Forgetting is no doubt difficult, but you've gotta move on. there are still many things in life which're waiting to be discovered. so do not be blinded by love. love's not everything..

after TWOweeks, i finally had the chance to meet up with my dearest scapers and we dined at food culture(: although only 10 of us [ pam lewis teohuei wilfred yanbing pris pehgek j.low andy & me ]were there, i'm glad too.. like what yihan said,  if 2weeks seems super long, 2months would have been a life time. so to everyone whom i've met in pj, we've known each other for a lifetime! cool eh? ;D hah. took some pics but didn't really camwhore cos somehow or rather, the mood wasn't there, thou we took neos aft dinner. in fact, the atmosphere was kinda quiet. perhaps everyone was stressed out with school work. whatever is the matter,
jiayou & continue going alrites? thumbs up! and ohyes! pam darl gave teohuei & i this v.sweet SCAP newsletter. its ubernice can. loveya sweetie; thanks! :) heard that interview results will be out this wed; gdluck aites! i'm sure all of you will make it throught; and fret not about campaigning. cheers!

to: natalie, ciauer, seowhuan, joyce, sabrina, yihan, jorene, xuanhui, eve, weilin, fauz, + ...... [ neverending list ], i miss you guys eh. booo. ):

whatever happens, pj will still rawk my life. and of cos, council too. and my beloved scap. the.memories.will.stay.close.in.my.heart. treasured-

my voice is still as sexy as ever; and i really hope that i'll recover asap. the sore throat's really unbearable and all that bitter medicine & yucky lozengers doesn't seem to be working. perhaps its the chinese style of healing which is slower in speed?! boo. sore throat shooo.!

lunch-ed with parents and ryan's family today. to my diligent bedtime story reader, although we often chat thru msn, its our first time communicating in person eh. and your cantonese is as hk as
ever la. unlike mine. mixed with singaporean accent. chatted about certain topics and you must be honoured to see your name appear in my entry again, musn't you?! LOL. couldn't eat loads of stuff thou, esp the fried ones. walked to popular and searched for the laptop holder which
costed me 17bucks. hopefully i'll make good use of it in poly instead of carrying that big fujitsu carrier around.! gotta go to np tmrw morning for some laptop stuff..  sch of bA's slot is scheduled fr 9-11 and kailyn's coming over to borrow kdramas :). i cant wait for tmr to arrive cus i'll be meeting the scappers with teohuei for dinner at night! whoots!

to bifen darl; cheer up alrites! you look great when you :D, so dont :(. i'll always be here for you, so feel free to text/sms/msn/ring me up when you need a listening ear ya? fret not about the
future, cos some things are meant to be what they will turn out to.. take things which have passed as experiences and learn from them. someday, you'll find happiness. smile, cos life's beautiful! loveya sweetie!

i visited the chinese physician today cus the sore throat was unbearable, and she said that all this is caused by a lack of sleep. oh well. i guess i shan't ton anymore, nor will i have any sleepless nights. i've gotta stay strong and healthy!

i'm feeling rather satisfied cos after days of searching, i've finally found a skin which attracts my attention. its not very unique, but i like it. i was chatting with imelda just now and she enlightened
me about dance sports. ;D watched an episode of thedancefloor in which her instructors participated in.. impressive indeed! (: was also told that its a social skill, and ballroom dancing is
of class in the society.. and so, i've decided that i'll take that as my cca. further decision shall be made after the cca open house wen school reopens. :D chacha; rumba; jive; samba- here i come.!

that's about all for today; gonna continue uploading a new set of photos on friendster. (: ttyl!

If my heart has grown cold,
There Your love will unfold
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand.
When I’m blind to my way,
There Your Spirit will pray

As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand,
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand.

Oceans will part, nations come
At the whisper of Your call.
Hope will rise, glory shown.
In my life, Your will be done.

Present suffering may pass
Lord, Your mercy will last;
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand.

And my heart will find praise,
I’ll delight in Your way,

As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand,
As You open my eyes to the work of Your hand.

Amen.

argh. the flu & sore throat's killing me.. haven't been sick since the beginning of the yr and thefeeling's terrible. luckily the fever's gone.. i'm just praying to get well by monday.. all thanks to my sickness, im missing all the fun that S27 is having.. it has also caused me to be stranded at home since parents are out to expo.

to my dearest scappers: council interview has passed and regardless of how you faired, don't worry too much about ur performance alright.. sometimes, teachers are so straightforward to the extent that they aren't aware of how others are feeling. God will decide everything.. and take my words friends, for i have absolute faith and confidence in you cus you are all potential leaders. you are those whom the college are in search for. :] to those whose interview are on mon, good luck and have confidence! from past experiences, what matters most during interviews is one's confidence level. fret not and just be yourself. answer the questions truthfully and honestly. everything will turn out just right. (;

i've heard fr my pj pals that there's increasing stress level due to excessive assignments and the most hated pw.. i'd just like to say 'jiayou'! stress is part and parcel of life. you'll never escape from this annoying word so long as you're living. adults, too have their ownstress. stress is what makes one grow. try accepting stress positively & view it as something which helps you grow. at this point, i'd like to bring up mr dennis yeo's quote again. ' we cannot chooseto do what we like, but we can always choose to like what we do. ' a very meaningful quote indeed..

thought about many things just now and i've realised that poly starts in about a week's time. likewth?! time really flies. i cant belive that 4months of carefree life just passed like this. i justhope that tourism will be fun and that i'll make friends like those in pj.. i'm also hoping that i'lladapt to poly life asap cos the next 3yrs are gonna be spent at np. i've gotta like it no matter what. but no matter what happens, i'll be myself; the melody whom you know of. cheers! (:
once again, i looked through the never ending list of ccas at np at
www.np.edu.sg/sdar/CCA/Index_Clubs.html# this afternoon and i'm deciding between dance sports and dance club. NRA is eliminated cus i'd rather die if you ask me to do hip-hop. the decision should be made duringcca fiesta when school starts. :)

that's all for now. get well soon mel.

lancelot hugging our GLs.. we.love.you.!

?!?!?!

maggie! we LOVE ur hair! ;DD

the result of tonning all night..

 caught red-handed! =p

friends. (:

i can finally understand why one'll meet all kinds of people in poly- pretty, sexy, cute, bitchy or whatsoever.. well, npsu foc camp`o7 just ended today and although its only 4days, i had a rough
gauge of how poly life will be like.

note: the following are just observations made and there shouldn't be any intention to criticize.. there was this particular girl who dolled herself up as though she was ready to
go clubbing.. since day 1, her attire was so overly unique that she was the centre of attraction
throughout the camp. [ this is especially true when she danced in front of everyone=x ] i don't see why there's a need to dress up in such a way for an ordinary camp.. AA? :x
fortunately, peeps like that are mostly in mass com..

anyw, i shall give a brief summary of the whole camp..
day 1: except for the night walk which scared us out of our wits, the day was plain boring. some freshies even booked out fr camp.. i wanted to, but hesitated cus i didn't wana waste that 15 bucks.. we learnt a little of np`o7 mass
dance and WOW. only then did i realise that poly has mass dance too.. and this yr's
dance is uber wild & too intimate.. perhaps its more suitable to be taught in clubs?! and i would just die bcus its hip hop.. back then,
lancelot's energy level was close to zero and therefore, the GLs were extremely worried, especially when lancelot rawked trial camp..

day 2: we conquered numerous dirty and wet station games together. although we were weak
compared to other groups at first, we managed to empower our cheers and we eventually
improved! ;D

day 3: played mass games together, one of which is the 'war game' and the other was supposedly
the pool game.. however, it was cancelled due to bad weather. boooo. ): luckily, everyone got really high during campfire and lancelot simply rawked the night, especially omega! x) alas, our efforts weren't paid off cus we were told to be the best among
everyone! cheers~ the atmosphere got higher when there was hopnite; the lights in convention ctre were switched off and it was somewhat like a pub.. with disco lights and music being played as we danced to the music. and omg. y'know i'm a noob at these kinda party dances, so i moved
horridly. like yucks can?! most of us, including me, tonned cus they wouldn't switch off the light
in the sports hall [ our bunks ]. napped a while at the canteen as well as the grand stand in the
morning cus i was like a walking zombie by then.

day4: admin stuff~ mass photo taking session took place and we were given our foc shirts.. had prize-giving ceremony and farewell part.. as usual, many teared, especially when 'graduation' was
played. you must think that i'm a weirdo for not having felt any emotion( count the very least
sadness out) at all.. i didn't even feel like tearing.. under normal circumstances, my tears will
flow like tapwater, especially given my emotional character. but i guess the reason for not feeling utterly upset was that i wasn't totally engaged in this camp, especially today. my mind waswas all for returning to pj to visit and when the clock stroke 43o & we still weren't
released, i was frustrated.. but yes! GLs maggie, hong sheng and haikal; you guys have been great! without you, there wont be lancelot OMEGA.. and you're the best GLs too! smile ;D

i've also realised that poly life is too wild for me.. i need time to adapt to the carefree poly lifestyle, as well as to put down pj a little. it was my decision to stay, and it was again my decision to leave for poly, so i've gotta be
responsible. i was grooving to the music when derek played mass & fun dance songs this morning.. i miss those times. once again, i can't deny the fact that i miss pj uber much.

hopefully the school of bA's day orientation programmes will spice me up. at least not feel so sian
-ed that others will question me given my facial expression..

there's class outing tmr at idunnowhere and then ecp at night, but i'll be resting at home cus im
down with a stupid flu and sore throat! argh.. shall join u next time alrites? missya, 07s27!

Sunday, April 01, 2007

i received this relay that there'll be a dance session before assembly on tue. it makes me feel as though i'm still in pj.. the feeling of not being able to participate in it sucks, especially when i love dancing so much. ): sigh. i'm getting emo once again and its bad la. if not for the npsu foc camp, i may be able to crash pj in the morning for a while or so.

i was packing for the 4D3N camp and it reminded me of OGL camp. i began to reminisce the past; and all the fun and laughter that we shared started flooding my mind.. i really miss pj truckloads.. i even danced mass and fun dance on my own this morning can. mad eh? people may wonder why i'm such a weirdo who misses
a normal college so much when i've only spent 3 months there. you got it.
three months is a rather short period of time, but there's so much of memories. so much of laughter. so much of joy that never again in this life i'll experience them.. oh god. help me please. i feel so helpless. its certainly weird to camp in another compound, especially in a poly: a place which occupies so vast a land area. i doubt the camp will be as fun, and i doubt the friends will be as good too. at least many yhss peeps are attending the camp together,
and it somehow helps.  its hard to not compare, especially when both institutions are
destinations for teens of our age. oh well. life has to go on..

some contacts of mine kept sending messages regarding some photo albums. read bel's blog and thank goodness i didn't accept anything! to all friends out there: don't accept anything if the
latter prompts you to view some photo album or whatsoever. its a
virus. and btw, i've finally
completed the whole series of 'the greatest inheritance'. i'll give the drama 5stars cus it's really
v nicely filmed. interesting storyline. (: thats about all peeps.. tty in 4days time.

사랑해요
