In His Wings

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Psalm 91:1,4

Christmas Time!

It's Christmas time and we're all excited! Angela has finished her first clinical semester of Nursing school and is so greatful for a break! This past Sunday the kids had their program at church and last night was their program at school. They all did so well and we are definitely proud of them! I thought I would share a few photos to get everyone in the Christmas Spirit!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas Tree Hunting....

We went to Moose Creek near Big Sky to get our Christmas Tree this year. We hiked up and down the mountain in snow up past our knees but it was a great time! The kids had fun diving into the snow. We got a beautiful tree and it was a fun family outing.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Well, here in Churchill, Mt the weather is cold and snowy! Currently it is 11 degrees below zero. We had a beautiful fall and the cold/snow came suddenly! Reminds me of one of my favorite songs Tammy Trout sings, "Suddenly"!

Anyway the kids are having fun playing in the snow and as always coming in for hot cocoa by the fireplace! We plan to spend Thanksgiving day at Monga and Papa's house with Greg/Heather and the boys. Hope you all have a wonderful, warm Thanksgiving!

God has been so good to us- we are celebrating all his blessings now and the ones to come!

They are all anxious for Thanksgiving & Christmas Break. So is their Mom! :) The picture of Angela with her nursing classmates is from last semester and since then their uniforms have changed! yeah! We are now in all navy! Much better! I should have an updated picture soon.
Love to you all!

More Pictures

A few more pictures from the summer and Angela's nursing school.

Nursing Clinicals

Well, it has been so long since my last post and so much has happened since then! I'm sure you all have just about given up on me ever posting again! This semester has been a whirl wind for me since it is my first clinical semester in nursing school. So far I have learned a lot, and trying to juggle studying, tests, research papers, clinical write-ups, care plans and patient care while being a mother of 3 and wife has just about put me at my limit! :) God, is great and He is pulling me through so far. A few weeks until Thanksgiving and then a few more until Christmas Break- which I will be so thankful for!

The kids are doing great. Nathan is in 5th grade and Ashley & Kristen are in the 2nd grade. This year the girls are in different classes which has worked out well so far. They seem to fight less at home now! :) I will try to post an updated picture of them soon! These are from this past summer.

Back to School

Well, the kids and I were back to school on August 31st. Ashley and Kristen are in 1st grade and Nathaniel is in 4th. They are going to Amsterdam school this year- it is a public school; however it is a very small country school and most families and teachers consider themselves "Christians" so it has the feel of a small private school. So far everything is going well and the kids seem to be adjusting just fine. The entire school K-6 only has 130 kids- so you get the idea of how small it is. Ashley and Kristen only have 12 in their class!
Craig took them to school on their first day- since I had an 8 am class. He has been excellent at helping them get on the bus each day- since I leave for class about 7:15 - 3 or more mornings each week. After they eat breakfast He prays with them and sometimes even squeezes in a short devotion lesson. What a great Dad!

I am hard at work again at MSU- this semester I'm taking Anatomy & Physiology II, Biochemestry, and Nursing Ethics. I'm real excited for next semester since I will be starting patient care!

God is helping us with our crazy schedule again- and we are so thankful- we couldn't do any of it with out Him!!
