Bahan-bahan:    
  • 1 bungkus agar swallow plan
  • 1 bungkus nutrijel mangga 
  • 1 buah mangga
  • 5 sendok munjung
  • 1 liter air
  • 8 sendok Susu kental manis
  • secukupnya garam

Langkah:               
  • Blender mangga hasilnya -/+ 500 ml
  • Aduk nutrijell + air 200 ml sampai tidak gumpal, lalu tambahkan dengan jus mangga,gula 4 sendok saja sisanya untuk lapisan, masak dengan api kecil hingga mendidih
  • Saya tidak pernah menambahkan fruty acid karena jely akan asam
  • Lapisan: masukan susu kental manis,agar2  plain,air sampai 300 ml ,garam secukupnya. Aduk2 masak dengan api kecil sampai mendidih
  • Tuang lapisan kedua diatas lapisan pertama, tunggu sampai dingin.
  • Selesai lebih nikmat disajikan saat dingin ya ma

udang goreng tepung :

  1. 500 gr udang
  2. 150 gr terigu
  3. 2 butir telur
  4. 1 sdm bawang putih bubuk
  5. secukupnya garam,black pepper,penyedap
  6. minyak goreng

saus black pepper :

  1. 2 sdm black pepper
  2. 1 bawang bombay potong besar
  3. 2 butir bawang putih cincang
  4. 2 sdm saus tiram
  5. 7 sdm saus tomat
  6. paprika boleh skip
  7. secukupnya air,garam,penyedap boles skip


Langkah:
Udang Goreng : Masukan terigu.blackpepper,garam,penyedap,bawang putih ke wadah aduk2 hingga rata, sisihkan
Lumuru udang dengan telur kocok,gulingkan ke tepung dan ulangi sekali lagi, lalu goreng udang sampai kuning keemasan, sisihkan

Membuat saus : tumis bawang bombay,bawang putih dan paprika, masukkan sedikit air, lalu masukkan saos tomat, saos tiram, black pepper dan garam aduk,tunggu hingga air surut

Bahan-bahan:
  1. 2 buah Mangga sesuai selera
  2. 75 ml susu cair plain
  3. secukupnya gula
  4. whipped cream instant siap pakai secukupnya
  5. kacang almond untuk toping boleh skip
Langkah:
  1. Kupas dan potong mangga blender 1 1/2 mangga dengan susu dan gula secukupnya hingga halus
  2. Tuang dalam gelas beri whipped cream dan potongan mangga.
  3. Lalu simpan di kulkas kurang lebih 1 jam
  4. siap untuk dinikmati

Langkah:

  1. Blender semua bahan hingga halus.Kemudian bekukan di dalam frezer.
  2. Setelah beku,Bender lagi sampai halus.Kemudian bekukan lagi.
  3. Keluarkan dari frezer ambil menggunakan scoop yang telah dibasahi air
  4. Sorbet siap dinikmati

Bahan A :
  • 125 g terigu
  • 1 sachet susu bubuk vanilla
  • 1/2 sdt ragi instan
  • 4 sdm gula (selera)
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 175 ml air
Bahan B :
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder
  • 2 sdm margarin (lelehkan)
  • Topping sesuai selera
Langkah:
  1. Campur bahan A aduk hingga rata. Diamkan 40 menit, tutup degan plastik bening bersih
  2. Tambahkan bahan B kedalam adonan. aduk satu arah. Diamkan lagi adonan selama 40 menit 
  3. kocok adonan sebelum pangang.pastikan pan sudah cukup panas. tuangkan lalu ditutup. 
  4. panggang dengan api kecil selama -/+ 10 menit hingga matang
  5. Setelah matang olesi permukaan martabak degan mentega. Beri toping sesuai selera

  2. 1 sdm saos tomat

Langkah:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum masukan udang tumis sampai berubah warna, tambahkan air secukupnya.
  2. Masukan saos tomat, saos sambal, saos tiram, garam, gula pasir, penyedap aduk rata tes rasa biarkan hingga matang 
  3. Masukan daun bawang,masusukan larutan maizena aduk2 
  4. Udang saos padang siap disajikan

  3. 3 helai daun sawi

  5. 250 gram mie siap saji
  6. 100 gram daging ayam potong2
  7. 2 sdm minyak wijen
  8. 1/2 sdt maizena, larutkan dg air
  9. 1 sdm minyak ikan
  10. 1 sdm saus sambal
  11. 1 sdt kecap Jepang
  12. garam,gula secukupnya
  13. 1 sdt kecap manis
  14. 1/2 ruas jahe parut 
  15. 350 ml kaldu ayam
  16. 1 liter air
  17. ayam bumbu boleh skip
  18. telur rebus 
  19. rumput laut 
  20. potongan daun bawang
Langkah :


  1. Rebus air biarkan hingga mendidih.masukan mie dan rebus -/+ 3 Menit angkat dan tiriskan siram dengan air dingin agar tidak over cook (tambah lembek)
  2. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum,Masukan udang dan ayam yang sudah dipotong
  3. Tambahkan air kaldu ayam, bakso, semua bumbu, daun sawi atau caisim, lalu aduk hingga mendidih dan tambahkan larutan tepung maizena sedikit saja

Bahan:

  1. 1 kg ayam, potong-potong
  2. 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih
  3. 1 sdt lada halus
  4. 1/2 sdt garam halus
  5. Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan Pelapis Cair:

  • 300 ml air dingin /air es
  • 300 g tepung terigu tinggi protein (saran, cap cakra kembar)
  • 40 g tepung maizena
  • 1/2 sdm susu bubuk
  • 1 butir kuning telur
  • 1/2 sdt baking soda
  • 1/2 sdt garam halus
  • 1/2 sdt lada halus

Bahan Pelapis Kering:

  1. 400 g tepung terigu tinggi protein
  2. 100 g tepung maizena
  3. 1/2 sdt baking soda
  4. 1 sdt bubuk kaldu instan rasa ayam
  5. 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih
  6. 1/4 garam halus

Cara Membuat:

  1. Pelapis cair: Campur tepung terigu, tepung maizena, susu bubuk, baking powder, lada, garam dan penyedap. Masukkan kuning telur dan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk hingga tercampur rata. Simpan di dalam kulkas
  2. Pelapis Kering: Campur semua bahan pelapis kering. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
  3. Bumbui potongan ayam dengan lada, garam, bawang putih bubuk Aduk rata. Diamkan -/+ 20 menit agar bumbu meresap.
  4. Gulingkan ayam ke pelapis kering hingga ketutup semua. kemudian celupk ke pelapis cair dan gulingkan kembali ke dalam pelapis kering sambil diremasremas. Lakukan lagi sesuai ketebalan tepung yang didinginkan
  5. Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga ayam matang pastikan semua bagian ayam tercelup minyak panas 
  6. selamat mencoba semoga berhasil.

  5. Masukkan udang yg telah d goreng aduk sebentar sajikan

  1. Bersihkan cumi, cuci bersih, kerat  jangan sampai putus
  2. Haluskan bumbu, campur dengan madu, kecap manis
  3. Lumuri cumi dengan bumbu halus. diamkan +/- 30menit dalam kulkas
  4. Panaskan teflon, beri margarin, panggang cumi, bolak balik sampai matang
  5. lebih nikmat menggunkan bara api
