Cabin Nitty Gritty

I tried my hardest to come up with sleeping arrangements for the cabin this year, and this is the best I could do. If you would like a change, or can think of a better arrangement, please let me know. This is just a rough draft!

basement room with twin beds: Mom and Dad
big basement room: Mark, Angela, Tyler, Nate, Jessica
main floor room: Jamie, Tyler, Jackson
upstairs master bedroom: Marianne, Halle, Cameron, Spencer
upstairs room with twin beds: Maureen, Kent
upstairs loft: Brad, Lora, Josh, Aaron, Claire, Whitney, Greg
basement couches and floor: Scott, Pilar, Carli, Brooke
main floor couch or floor: Lindsay

I was prepared to give Scott and Pilar beds this year, since they are always so willing to sleep on the floor, but they will only be there one night, so hopefully they don't mind doing it for one more year.

Meals:
Friday dinner: Marianne
Saturday breakfast: Pilar
Saturday Dinner: Lora
Sunday Breakfast: Angela
Sunday Dinner: Maureen

Marianne's Side Business

By side business, I mean on the side of being a maid, chef, nanny, handyman, landscaper, nurse, psychologist, and chauffer.
Nobody seems to have anything they think is worth posting on this blog, so I will go first.
I spend a lot more time at home than I ever thought I would. Hauling 3 little kids around is not exactly the easiest task. I thought I would try to do something productive with the few hours of spare time I have while I am at home. I have been toying around with photoshop a lot lately, because I have wanted to transition my scrapbooking to digital. Along the way, I had a neighbor ask me to design a logo for her photography business. She like all of the different choices so much, she practically BEGGED me to create custom cards for her photography clients.

That's how I got to where I am now. The business is not set up yet, but it is coming along nicely. I thought I would share some of my designs, in case you would like me to create something for your family. Right now, I am just trying to build up my collection, so if you would like me to make you something, it would be free (you just pay for the printing, which is around 9 cents a piece from a website like Snapfish. In return for your free design, I would only ask that you let me use it for clients to see to give them ideas. Let me know what you think!
