Back the truck up!

Wowzers!  Long time no post.  So much to blog, I don't even know where to start.  Let's start with our trip to Grandma Lipstick and Papa's house.  Oh, how we love going up to ID for a visit.  Lots of fun we have.  Things to remember:  "Just kiss my LIPS", chickens/eggs, roller coaster ride to the dump, free ice cream at A&W's, strawberry picking, apricot picking, canning black berry jam, BBQ with Joel, Charlotte, Gabe, Nyssa doughnuts, Great Wall...no dad, that's not my van!  Lindsey barfing, soooo much more

Stoker Summer of Fun

I haven't been very good at keeping up with this blog.  Here's a quick look at our wonderful Saturday!  We hit the Waffle of Love truck and enjoyed a DELICIOUS strawberry banana waffle.  Yum!!  Then we spent the rest of day at our town beach.  This place is 5 min from our house!  Perfect day if you ask me....until Matt went in the lake with the truck keys still in his pocket....ummmm ya!  I won't describe the rest of the day :)

Jan and Feb 2013 Happenings

What a busy last couples months the Stokers have had! Little miss Linz is a SUNBEAM! She sure loves Primary. I love catching her sing Primary songs all around the house

We scored tickets to the BYU basketball game!  So fun!

Whitney got printed in her school newsletter.  Ha Ha

We took the kids to Dawnata Hot Springs in Idaho.  LOVED it there

My famous, but last Valentines Party :(  So much fun, but everyone's lives are getting so busy and kids are growing up and doing all their activities.  I'm sad, but its time.  Sure was a cute party with lots of cute friends

December Happenings

Boy, am I behind!! I've decided that blogging needs to take the back burner, but I will still do monthly highlights. I love looking back and remembering things I would have forgotten had I not updated on here. Plus I think the grandparents would be sad if they didn't have a way to keep up with the kids. So, here it is...DECEMBER 2012. The world didn't end :) 

My cute little Irish Dancer.  She really is good at this dance and I LOVE watching her!  Can't wait for Lindsey to join the fun

Had another Birthday...can't believe I'm 35...What the heck?! My in laws were in town visiting and they really took care of me!  I had just had surgery so Peggy cleaned my floors, stove, stove top, made me a cake and took us out to dinner!  AWESOME!!

Both the girls had their Christmas Dance Recital.  This will be the last one :(  As much as the girls love dancing, I made the decision to stop this activity.  As I watched the older girls dance, I didn't feel comfortable with the music, dance moves or how dramatic and emotional the dances can get.  Ugh!  Talk about uncomfortable.  Life is dramatic enough, let's keep it light and fun :)  Irish is the way for us!

Still weirds me out how old Miss Elle is getting!  It was strange shopping for a Pre Teen this year!  Where does the time go?

If you only knew the story behind this.....Whitney has a Hello Kitty doll that she HAS to sleep with.  The problem is, she loses it all the time and when bed time rolls around, its total drama because we can never find the dang thing.  PROBLEM SOLVED!  We won't be losing this Hello Kitty now will we?

My baby Brother is Hilarious!  He was deployed and sent us the worlds LARGEST gummy bear!  So funny

My sweet little Lindsey turned 3 this month.  What a beautiful little lady she is turning into.  She is about the funniest kid you'll meet.  Some of her favorite vocabulary words are "NASTY" and "STUPID"...we're working on that one!  She loves to play "Andra and Stephanie" (that's me and my sister!  Ha Ha) She told me she can't wait to be a mom so she can talk on the phone and drink diet coke!! Ha Ha Ha Ha

The Stoker family had a great 2012.  We worked hard and played hard!  Had a perfect IVF fail, but other than that, we had a great year.  We have lots of fun changes coming to our family in 2013.  No more working on Saturdays for Matt.  That means CRAZY STOKER ADVENTURES, HERE WE COME!!!
