Easter

Every year we have a big Easter Party at our house for all my siblings and their kids. Here's a few pictures of our wonderful day.

These are Art Kits I made all the grand kids for Easter. My cute friend Kasi posted this on her blog and I knew I had to make some. I think they turned out cute.

My Beautiful table! I was thrilled how it all turned out
All the kiddo's waiting for their chance to get some eggs!

New Moon

I know, go ahead and say it....Andra's a "TWI~MOM"

This is all Natalie's fault! I blame her for my love for vampires and werewolf's! This past weekend there was a huge New Moon release party at the Walmart by our house with non other than "Mike", "Eric" and Eric's girlfriend in the movie (don't know her name) signing autographs! If I was 15 I would have stayed all night for an autograph and picture with them, but since I'm not...this side snap was good enough for me! Thanks Elle for being such a fun side kick!

Family Day in Park City

We were NOT having a good picture day, so this is all I have to post of our wonderful trip up to Park City. It was so nice to spend the whole day as a family. We enjoyed lunch at the
Blue Iguana. Desert at Dolcetti Gelato and then a quick stop at the Sugar Buzz to load up on candy! I love days like this!

Dance

Elle had a dance performance last week and she did such a good job! I got so excited I started shopping around for dance classes for Whitney to start up this fall. I'm learning that most dance studios are seriously expensive and there is a waiting list because all the dace places are booked out for the rest of the year...WHAT???

What's for dinner at your house?

Creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup
*Recipe by Tamara Jensen aka: best cook ever*
2 pkgs Chicken Rice-a-Roni
10 c. water
2 - 8 oz. pkgs Cream Cheese (I use Neufchatel - 1/3 less fat)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz frozen or fresh broccoli (I add a little more)

Bring Water to a boil. Add Rice-a-Roni and flavor packages and boil for 20 minutes. Reduce heat and add cubed cream cheese and cream of chicken soup. Stir or whisk occasionally until cream cheese is completely melted. Add broccoli and simmer until it is warmed through (you can cook it until broccoli is the desired softness - I steam mine a little in the microwave while the Rice-a-Roni is Cooking). If soup gets too thick you can thin it with a little milk. Serve and enjoy! Yummy!!
