whether out of fear or incompetence, the seat of the elite of elites has been left unoccupied again. 2nd year straight with no 11 A1s. ever since 99% of the top 3% (based on the most primary of selection tests) have been directly poached by the elites, there has been no one claiming the oh so coveted spot. honestly, i feel both thankful yet unworthy of being in the RP. true, i might have aced my PSLE, but that was just the first major exam i took. i really dont think i'd ace my "ordinary" levels if i was made to take it. then again, the pressure of not being able to make it to glory with 11 A1s would be my downfall. so my respect goes out to those who did well in this test. to those who didn't do as well as expected, don't feel sad ok? its not the end, life is full of opportunities! :)

what does it mean when a girl keeps looking at you, sometimes through the corner of her eyes? :)
went for bridge today, then got this girl keep "eyeing" me sia. like seriously, i was observing her. she kept looking. like she will pretend to look at cards, then eye me through the corner of her eyes. its not i see wrongly, coz i can see her eyeball move. hmmm.. then we keep locking eyes. coz i checking.. then always see her looking at me. next week i shall test my hypothesis :) quite chio also leh?? hehe. when i left early i was half expecting her to run out and ask me for my number. i think i watch too much teeveee liao. more updates next fri :P

i've been thinking. i'm pretty stubborn. when i asked God why is everything crumbling, He reminded me of a prayer i prayed in church. it was a fateful sunday and told Him something i dont remember. what i remember was that the pastor had told us that certain things in our lives that were not according to God's plan would be removed. yea, i got what i requested but i've been complaining. i've not been wronged. i asked for it. God has messed up my life so badly that i have to turn to Him and only Him. yet i've been so stubborn that i didn't. i keep telling myself that i need Him, but yet i never live what i think. i need to put down my pride and lay my life down again. wholly. during zone service, i prayed. leave every single baggage at His feet. i had this picture of me dumping a really small bag at the foot of the cross. i felt God ask "is that all?". and fast forward, there were many larger bags infront of me at the end. so yea, fresh start, start mugging! training on thurs! only thing i look forward to in sch...

someone drag me to AVP2? i think really need to watch on big screen. however lame the storyline may be. ok. 1st day of school. i realised i forgot everything about school. lol. like seriously. i can't believe how much i actually missed school. WHO MISSED ME ARH. OUT WITH IT. bleah. time really flies. the pressure is on man. no more slacking. looking forward to more icebreakers tmr with more new teachers. so far, only vadi and uncle chan followed us up to J2 and i'm quite thankful its vadi out of all of them. he's a really good teacher :) by "volunteering" to do the first data response, i have come to a better understanding of the first chapter of macroeconomics. yay! a long long way to go though. i'm quite shocked that i'm in math tutorial group one. shows that chan thinks highly of me. even though i have horrible grades :) i'm gonna prove myself. start working from tutorial 1. i think i'll join the j1s doing their tutorials. but anyway, this years j1s got the really outstanding ones and the takeonelookanddontwannalookagain ones. saw alot of juniors. only saw a few ppl from taiwan. on a random note, i still need to cut my hair.

ok lah. not that funny. SCHOOL IS STARTING IN 10 HOURS TIME!!! EVERYONE FREAK OUT LEH... i am so not looking forward to school. its a new year, i guess its time to leave the past behind and move on. its my last year in jc and i should just start studying. talked with joy last year. hehe. i still can't get over the fact its a new year already. but anyway, it was an hour long talk. really good. its still quite sad that she's transferring but yea, she shared with me her vision for the cell and stuff. shared with her some personal stuff also. so i've been thinking over the night, didn't sleep mah, that maybe she was not the right one for me. like the song Over You, "when you slammed the front door shut, alot of others opened up, so i could see, you really were not the best for me". love is blind. i guess i've been ignoring alot of sides of her that i finally see. the jealousy kinda freaks me out. so yea, she's not the best for me! woots. can't believe i'm saying this. but its time to move on. new year, new target :) haven't decided who yet though. watchnight service was good, though it was rather expected. but what could you expect anyway? its just a countdown. anyway, God put a burden in my heart for the cell. after talking with joy and hearing the short sermon. i guess if i don't want the cell to rot, i have to step in. with dajie and joy gone, its just up to me and another mature girl to rise up. lol. no really, gonna have some talk with kenneth on thurs, hopefully there's no training. gonna go settle my hair, haven't cut it since the last time she went with me. since i'm letting go, i should let go completely. :)
oh btw, moulin rouge is super duper sweeeeeett. go watch it! lol. land before time ftw!
