I went to St. George for the month of June to give John some time to study for his Step 1 Boards test. I had a blast with my family. It's been years since I've been able to spend to much time with them. I'm glad Jonah could finally meet my parents and play with his cousins (which he really misses now that we're back home in WV)
Hiking in Snow Canyon with the fam. Oh, and did I mention that I'm pregnant? Well, carrying Jonah in the baby backpack and the scorching St. George sun made me want to pass out. We had fun, though! Just wished John was there to carry Jonah for me:)Mom and Dad were so cute with Jonah- they walked all over the place with him and let him play with their fun toys! Miss you guys!
Fun bonfire in the backyard.
Jonah finally saw his first cows and fell in love with them! I think it was his first attempt at saying a real word. He tried to say cow and mooed at them every time we would walk past the kitchen window. He'd always want to go outside and see them.
Loving the old horse we grew up with.
Fighting with Liza. . . I guess Misha and I were similar:)
Rocks are his favorite toys!
Our family reunion in Pine Valley. I broke the news that I'm pregnant right before taking this picture! Not everyone was surprised.
Sporting our cute family reunion T-Shirts.
John and Christian with their babies! John came out to Utah to watch Jonah while I ran Ragnar with my siblings, and he took his test in St. George (which he did good on!). I'm so proud of your dedication, John!
Jonah turned 1 while we were in Utah! I had fun making his whale cake and had a blast with so much family around.
We let him really feed himself his birthday cake- he didn't like the mess and cried until we cleaned him up.
Happy Birthday little boy! I can't believe you've already learned so much in just 1 year!
