好久没来这了... 不知为什么今天突然想起这... 也许因为今天心情不好吧... 想找个地方发一下唠叨吧...
最近不知为什么老是发脾气... 有些事情以前也发生过，都可以忍下来，可是最近就很容易生气。要不就快言快语就说了难听的话，不然就是生闷气，气到流眼泪... 是不是我的忍耐度已经到了极限了呢？还是我一直以来的忍耐，身旁的人都认为是OK的，没事？可是我有说过我的不满啊，难道我所说的话就不重要，没人在听，没人在意吗？

Kedaton Tropical Spa (Bintan) vs LifeSpa (Singapore)
It was a different experiance... if you asked me which was better? I would say I preferred the one @ Bintan... =p
Lemon Grass Drink vs Ginger Tea
Well... I'm not a fan of ginger, so Lemongrass wins here... keke... and it tastes good! =)
The Body Massage...
The package that I had in Bintan includes scrub and clay rub... it's a 2 hour massage and I only have one word to describe it... "Shiok!" =p The person did a good job during the massage, applying the well measured forces at the correct areas, feels good after it... =))
As compared to the package I tried @ LifeSpa, it's a simple 1 hour massage with aromatheraphy balm... it's good and I feel relaxed after the massage... well, it's expected that they will recommend you to sign up packages after the massage (which is one part i hate)... 10 sessions for $800++... =_=" I only go for massages when I feel like to so I don't care about the package... haha~! =p Maybe it's better to go for massages outside Singapore... so that you won't be pestered to sign for packages... lolx... =xXx

Great Badminton Game & PartyWorld~!
It's been a long while since I had an exercise... After the first badminton game 2 weeks ago, had a great workout this noon~!! woohoo~! haha... with great company too! this time we've got 8 ppl... heez... me, yan2, pearlyn, dave, chean chia, jt, winston & dorothy! one big group sia~
After that, it's KTV time... lolx... surprised that jt actually sings chinese songs... ahaha... n quite a singer too... yan2 say sounds like li sheng jie... keke... maybe next time can have more singing sessions... lalala~ =X
