Whew...all I can say about this whole week was real tiring...long tutorials, lectures and CCA......
Had Exco Selection yesterday...dunno which role I can get, depends on how well I can cope with two CCAs and studies...what a huge challenge ahead...

Right now, mind is rather tired from today...PE (had Frisbee, though my team lost, we still had our fun!) and extra exercise at the gym with Jasper and Yew Cheng...thanks Hui Jie for helping us!

Stayed until 8pm with Jasper asking Mr Ching about our PW, Ling Rong and Qian Mei also stayed, did Chinese before seeing him I guess, both went off at around 6 plus. Samantha came back at around 6:45 to ask Mr Ching as well...left at around 7:15 or so. We had some laughs here and there...and I think I have a much clearer than before idea on improving it...Jasper got special catering as he may have to re-do a new topic, so Mr Ching allowed him to submit a soft copy to him...well, Short-Term Gain, Long-Term Loss as he said...

Took bus 190 with Jasper to CCK Interchange and we went our separate ways as I had to rush home while he went to CCK Library to borrow some books on Pandemics. He also told me why the world just had a sudden Swine Flu Outbreak, which somehow affected his PI stuff......oh well, you can do it man!

Tmr is basically doing homework, need to do up the PI ASAP properly...need to sleep soon to clear my mind of this week's hectic schedule and some thoughts...need a good night's rest...zzzzz...

Happy 17th Birthday Li Liang! Hahas, the enthusiasm in the class especially the singing of her birthday song was really strong...some of the nicest things in the class =)
Today for PE, we had 2.4km run...finally passed under the 12min 20sec mark, got 12:12, it's good enough. Had chest pain while running the 5th and last round, almost unbearable... Oh, and also made an agreement with Jasper to help him with his pull-ups...starting tmr, as the 5 stations are approaching next week fast...Will do my best to help!

Had Bio practical after a break, and sort of messed up my duty as Bio Rep. Seriously, such a simple task of collecting the TYS and money, ended up wasting time...man.....kudos to the last-minute so-called salvation, but that will never help in the future as it will never replace the mistakes I made :( ...dun want to disappoint Mr Wong, so...need to buck up as well as the mindset.

The rest of the day were as per normal..Chem Lecture, GP and PW...had China Desk CCA at about 4:30pm, was Elections Day...Jasper went up to persuade ppl to vote for him under Logistics, his speech was good...hopefully I can do that for my own AV Exco Interview tmr...

Now, really tired...doing up Chem and Bio, need to buck up once again...
And, for that thought that is still in my mind: It's not as simple as before (seems like it, probably thinking too much again), but stay focused on the more important agendas, as well as don't overreact almost everytime...sigh...

Life's hard, it never was easy, what an endless challenge given when we were born until now and counting...that's where the fun in it is, to challenge your own mind and make the best out of it...

Ok, back to work...and awaiting tmr...

只问当下做好事,莫问前程为如何...

Time is hardly or never on your side...

Yew Cheng, why you jaywalk??? lol...

Ok, back from Cantonment area, took pics to probably compare the past and present...

Today was quite okay...got back CSE test, an average score of 16/25, tutor said that he was marking leniently, so I guess that short essay really was impromptu...gonna have to read up even more...
Had a talk from someone from the University of Queensland, Australia...a really nice, grand place with courses that are real attractive too...choosing it?? still under consideration though, have to focus on so much work today...
And some things that happened behind me during the talk......lol, that's all I can describe...quite complicated too... =D

After school, went with Yew Cheng, An An and Joan to Cantonment Area where we took the pics as mentioned...whole bus ride took almost an hour due to bad traffic jams...the worst situation when you're in a bus...and when we reached the Police Cantonment Complex, the whole bus was empty! Didn't realise until I got off from my seat...wow...

We basically took the whole road with our cameras until it was almost dark, that was when we walked to People's Park Complex for dinner...ate till 8:30pm or so..then went home...

I'll let the pics do the talking lols...not in order though...

...Time...

Ok, I seriously need to find time to even post something, just that the homework pile is really pushing myself to that limit that may extend as time goes by...(need a religion to believe in, as my dad advised me)

This whole week was hectic, Chinese Test on Monday, CSE Test on Wednesday, and GP Test today...and PW was quite....heart-pounding from the way Mr Ching teaches, you just hope that you can answer his question correctly, or face standing. Was called twice (once on Tues and one on Wed), luckily came out two correct answers...

For PE this week, Tuesday was really hiong...fighting the tightness in the chest while running 3 rounds for warm-up, 3 rounds of interval training (really ran for my life to beat the 1min 45sec time limit, literally) and 3 rounds of circuit training (Exercise every 100m). Today, it was really fun! Training set by Ee Hong and Ling Rong, played Captain's Ball after that. The scorching sunlight was accompanied by the cool wind, good feeling... About Captain's Ball, managed to catch the balls thrown (usually failed to do that in Secondary School). To those who threw the ball to me(If I can recall, it's Ling Rong, Amanda and Christine) and everyone else, it was a good game =D (gg)! After that, we just took pics here and there...

Leadership training on Wednesday, had to stack cups without body contact...hahas, Christine was very enthu, helping out as much as possible...even though there was collapsing, it was still fun and you never gave up! Too bad Jasper, Cai Lin and I had to miss the last activity of sculpting...as we had the China Desk Middle Kingdom Race. Was working with Jun Jie (China Desk working partner) on the Obstacle Course, had to shift from the area outside the Geog Room to outside LT4 at one point in time...the spider web was the only messy one lol...other than that, carrying out the tasks given to the Sec Sch students went out appropriately (Daniel was laughing real hard when his team did the Twister, so did I lol, specific details? some other time perhaps =) ) Had refreshments when it ended around 6pm, ate too much that I couldn't finish dinner, dad had to take half of my portion...

Ok, for tmr, possibly going to Cantonment Area at Outram Park to do the NE research, bringing my camera just in case...also bringing my Class-T to pass to Cindy so she can help me correct my name(Thank you very much!)

Really need all the rest I can get...have a minor personal issue at home...not saying it anyways, a bit pissed about it (it has been there for a LONG time already, and I'm still trying to bear with it since Day One, if there was a day one in the first place, but it will be there possibly forever unless changes are made, which seem really hard to carry that out) Whatever. A part of everyday life? Been there, hardly done that, that's all I'm saying :|

Well, I'm looking foward to tmr, need to at least smile more lahs...brother says I look too serious, especially while doing work, he said I look so fierce like that...it would be funny yet weird if I go all smiles, man...I'm even shivering at that thought...will give it a shot though...especially to my classmates. hahas... =D

Ok, making this quick...

Did my Chinese Practice Paper this afternoon...I think I will do really badly for this...and with tmr's preparation for the real test, it's gonna be hard to even get a good grade at all...we'll see tmr

For GP, still cracking my head for the introduction...but leaving the last part of that for recess tmr if possible...

Now, I'm tagging along with my parents to send my brother off to the Air Force School at Paya Lebar...cyas ppl...until tmr...

Ok, all I can say for today: Hot (Walked home under hot sun from canal), refreshed (seems weird today, agreeing with Yew Cheng on that for sure), good laugh, and my own bed seems like the only comforting surface EVER lol...

REal sleepy already again...mind in a whirl and a little agitated for some unknown reason(???)...will be dreaming once again of some weird stuff as usual...(class?com games? probably a mixture lol, though a little strange)

Signing off! It's homework time tmr...

Thursday, April 16, 2009

Goodness, work is never ending...when you complete them, more start arriving and piling up...
That's JC Life and it's tough all right...nothing in this world is obviously easy...

Nothing much to type and blog so.......just.......typing.......to kill time and doing homework.......

Blog is really dead...a bit lazy to post new stuff too...

Sleepy already, so currently finishing up work and hitting the sack (can't wait lol)

Today was quite ok, lessons are as normal, PE was a little tough, 8 rounds around the track was seriously tiring, and finally broke the stick (2 pull-ups now)...oh yeah, on to 3 already but slowly...must reach 4 by May...

Also helped out at China Desk after school, we had to do the Twister game outside LTs 1 and 2 due to no space in MPR3 and the cleaner lady didn't allow us (said concourse as hongkour hahahaha) Discussed about the locations of the stations for the Middle Kingdom Race and went off at around 6:10pm.

Energy is totally drained and also, kudos to Gabriel who didn't sleep last night at all cause of PW (Not kidding here)! You were still able to survive through school and PE. Good thing you didn't run or you would literally knock out after that! Really can take my hat off, but I assume you are sleeping now(Dunno if u are seeing this lol).

Ok, that's about all for today I guess....there's always tmr...cyas!

Ok...back from Class outing 2 hours ago...struggling with bad stomach ache though on the way home...

We met at the HarbourFront MRT Station with the rest (Qian Mei, Ling Rong, Isabelle, Cindy, Jasper)...met Jasper at Clementi...

We first went to Candy Empire, and Cindy bought a Kinder Joy for Amanda who had to attend an urgent family matter some time earlier before the outing...(met Samantha, AnAn before her)

Then, went to Golden Village to book 13 tickets...after that Xiu Hui came along...
Hunted places for Lunch (met Gina, Grace, Joan, An Na at that time), and we decided to go to the Japanese Gourmet....

The whole day was long but totally fun sia...the movie was okay (Knowing), but with a weird ending though.
Before dinner, we went around taking pictures here and there. Dinner for me cost a bomb ($7.30 for vegetable rice, think it's due to the fried rice added instead)
We played some games before we left for the MRT at 9:30pm. At that time, my stomach was acting up again...must be the Spicy Ramen, Nachos, Ice-Cream, Orange Juice that were taken throughout the day...bad combination...

To top it all up, this whole outing rocks! Wish there was another one coming up soon, well Cindy already suggested one on Labour Day, we'll just look foward to it then lol...

Thursday, April 9, 2009

Finally, it is Thursday. This whole week seems to have past so fast, that even my bro is back from the Air Force School...

Received back the Chem test, did quite all right...for bio, don't even mention it...it was quite a killer. The Bio tutors had marked our MCQ while we were tackling the Structured Qns..not good, as heard from Mr Wong.

Oh well, what's done's done, cannot be helped at all...

PE was quite hiong, today we did weight training, which is carrying the dumbbells and doing some exercise...the worst part was running with it for 2 rounds, not consecutive which was the good part lol...Haiz, still can't do more than 1 pull-up, they said breaking the 'egg' is good, now I have to break that long stick lol. And also, I finally managed to cross the monkey bars, only with a painful shoulder as a result (First time, so not much of an achievement)

PW was bad, got a terrible low AE, shan't go further, already know my mistakes, that will be up to Draft 2, which needs to be handed in by the 16th...

Ok...time to relax tmr, Good Friday, and there's a class outing, meeting at HarbourFront at 12:30pm...good chance to relieve some stress from school...we'll see tmr. =)

Ok, went back to my old school's Awards Day to see my ex-teachers and ex-classmates...Basically, it's the same as last year, only that I did not receive any award, oh well...it's still the same sia...
Had 3 helpings (plates) of the buffet that was put up lol, so hungry last night...lastly, took photos with Daryl, Bryan and Zi Hao...too bad Edwin wasn't here in the pictures (probably quite busy)...

Last week's lessons were all right, only that I slept at 3am on Tuesday due to the damn PI, was struggling to keep up with lessons on that particular day: Head pounding, slight headache, heavy eyelids
PE was quite hiong, doing conditioning, darn pull-ups are hard to do, need to get the minimum silver target grade of 4.
Ok, this whole week was real tiring, more are to come...continue to work hard people!

And Christine, thanks for the photocopy card, it really was all right :) even if I don't have it, and...Sorry.
