I'm back!

Hi, I'm still alive! 

Decided to start blogging again not because I want to, but I just want to keep track of what I'm gonna do in the next 3 to 4 years of my life in NAFA. Gonna start school on the 25 of July! You see, I thought getting into NAFA was really difficult since it is a Art school not until I heard from some of my friends that it is quite easy. And true enough, it was really easy! I barely make it for the criteria you know. I failed English which is one of the most important subject! [Still don't understand why will I fail my English when English has always been my best subject since primary school!] So I sat for the tests and passed! Very happy when I received the letter stating that my admission was successful! But I need to take English lessons in NAFA. -.-

Oh ya, I applied for NAFA not because I very talented in drawing, playing instruments or what (although I think I am hehe). But because got the course I want! Arts Management! Actually NP also got but the points a bit hard for me lor.12 points leh, crazy not? O's really killed me -.- I mean the results! I really got a shock lor, my results really cannot make it type leh. But can't be bothered already since it's over. Why dwell on something that had already happened?! Somemore I can't change the grade. -.- 

When people ask me where I go, I said NAFA then they tell me the black building at Bugis is it? I was like [._.] Then when I tell them what course I taking they will like "what's that?" then need to explain. But I should get used to it since I will be having so many presentation! Cannot be shy anymore, must talk more! Need to make this clear: I'm shy infront of strangers. I also don't know why. But at least got some friends same school so still okay! I got a feeling that I'll be the shortest in class?! I'm only 1.53m! See so short! 

Before school starts already so many exciting things for me to do! Like, learning the guitar(I'm taking up lessons currently!), basic theory which is in June and surgery this coming Sunday -.- Surgery is nothing big(sorry to those who cursed me, sad to say I'm not dying any sooner) I won't die! LOL. I want to learn how to drive before my 19th birthday if possible! That is if I pass my basic and advanced theory! Eh, but below 21 can drive? -.- 

Like I said before,  I feel that I'm talented in playing instruments? Piano that is. I got reason why okay! So don't go around saying I anyhow say I talented okay! I didn't get to say this in detail or told anyone this maybe just briefly la. 

I got influenced by my sister [who was at that moment learning piano at Sembawang CC] to learn the piano when I was primary 5 or 6. Actually this is quite late for one to learn piano. Should have learnt from young! You know la, once you get very interested in doing or learning something you tend to do it everyday right? Same for me, I played the piano like everyday! No, actually is organ. So I played everyday and told my mum I want to learn to play the piano and then she enrolled me in. Before that, my sister was learning some songs called "One Song"[those in choir might be familiar with this] and "Marriage D'amour"[I think this is quite a famous song for marriage purposes?] and "Cannon In D"[who doesn't know this man -.- but I played the one that is from some movie. Hmm, no flats or sharps just playing using the white keys whereas the original one have sharps.] So I copied her and learnt these songs and I played it everyday until I become so obsessed with the organ! Not bad for a beginner like me leh! I learnt those all by myself but got a little help from my sister!

My sight reading also quite good and I can play the rhythm on the piano after listening to the song. Right hand only la. Then after sometime, the teacher told me to take ABRSM exams. Then I really took the exams! Grade 1, 2 and 4. I skipped grade 3 cos I feel that at that time I wasn't that young anymore! Those were practical. For theory I only took Grade 1 and scored full marks! I'm not kidding, I'm serious! My theory had always been the strongest so I decided to skipped till grade 4 or 5 for theory. I did learn the theory but in the end I quit piano due to O's. Then after O's I was too bored and I only liked playing the piano for leisure purposes so I decided to learn guitar since I'm free for like 9 months?! But I only started learning in April. Just nice when 12 lessons end in June, I will know a bit of guitar before school starts. Then I know how to play 2 instruments! Not boasting but that's the fact!

Can't believe I typed so much. But anyway, that's all for now.
