How Sweet it Is to be loved by you!

Happy Spring everyone and we cant let February slip away without sharing some of our special moments! Even though its a short month,  it is always full of celebrating with birthdays and Valentine's Day! How sweet it is to be loved.....

We brought back a "sweet treat" (what Nelson and I like to call dessert) from Austin for June Bug to try!

She wasnt too sure about the sticky on her hands...
please take note of the sticky now in her hair and all over her lips...gotta love the blue!

now take note of the candy broken on the ground as she banged it on the sidewalk..much more entertaining!
LOVE this one
Now we're starting to have fun! The ball is MUCH more exciting especially because she stole it straight away from the 8 year old boys at the park!
We are SO full of life and it shows in the most priceless facial expressions

So most of everyone knows that we are renovating our house and in the meantime living with my wonderful parents.  It has been such a fun season not only with designing and details of the new house but also having Kennedy get double doses of LOVE everyday with my parents.
A favorite activity of the day is watching Sugar leave for work in her red bug! Daddy and Papa are already gone by the time this little one gets up and so we stand in the garage and wave goodbye and occasionaly have the chance to beep her horn and help her drive.
The first of the February celebrations was Emmy's 8th birthday at the Magic Time machine!

We went to Smashing Times for some mosaic decorating!!

Three cakes...THREE birthdays to celebrate at Gran's house!
Happy Birthday me, Emmy and mom!
Always love grandaddy in his cute little apron...their kitchen and their home is so happy!
Nel-i-son (as Emmy calls him) helps with the new sticker machine! These girls have him wrapped around their finger!

Meanwhile endless games of knock out, football (tackle of course) and even some bb gun practice in the backyard
Kennedy is getting her first hair cut from the queen of beauty...GRAN!
You may be thinking "why does she need a hair cut, she is just starting to get hair?!?!" but let me assure you that the back was turning into a serious mullet! A few cheerios, some milk, my old high chair and were off!

Lor was in town all the way from North Carolina and we met up for her favorite Potbelly's with Erin...such a fun girl's day out!
Auntie Lor brought me the cutest Valentine..a sassy pink frog and some diet coke of course!

Emmy was the star in her school musical...a Dr. Seussical Musical!
Helping decorate for Sugar's birthday...her house is so full of fun decorations and eye candy! ..we thought we would add to it if thats possible!
A fancy birthday for Sugar with the way cool crowd in uptown at Victor Tango's!
Maxi was picking up all the girls

Valentine's day and my birthday! Some good friends made me lunch complete with fancy chocolate covered PINK marshmellows, yummy pasta and salad and thumbprints! SOO FUN!
Weve known each other since our babies were newborns..we missed Annie that day! Thanks girls for making me feel so loved!
Thank you Sugar for my Valentine's treats in my Sugar Sack..Im so excited about my first pair of galoshes and Smoothie the giraffe. I think this new bow is a perfect match!
While mommy and daddy went out for Valentine's somebody was busy dreaming about Daddy having double duty for mommy's birthday and valentine's day! I dont think she looks too worried!
and she shouldnt be..we had such a romantic night in the Bishop Arts District and enjoyed a delicious dinner together with hot chocolate to top it off!

A birthday lunch with some of our good friends Candace and Kennedy's little heart throb Miles..look at her flirting!

A nightly occurence with Papa..PIZZA and his LANCE armstrong shirt and of course" his" dog!
Let the real party begin...a fabulous fiesta with Sasssy/GiGi/Janigooger, Birdie, Holdie and Kirsten! We had so much fun!
wishes and kisses!
Grandmama and Grandaddy had us over for a birthday lunch with the girls in the family..it was such a good time being together with them.
What a special gift...Grandmama's baby doll that she grew up playing with.  It even has hand sewn clothes and someday I hope to pass it onto my grandkids.
We get so excited to see Olivia!

Asher is in town just in time to celebrate with us at the Woods home for a dinner party! A delicious dinner and beautiful cake and good time with the cousins!
Daddy I love you as much as my purse and more!

Bathtime splashes! I love this picture of my TWO !
This is what we do with ANY type of clothing or cloth..we put it on around our neck and give "the look" until we get the "aaaahhhh so pretty" response

Cousin Julia's baby shower was so much fun with all the girls

Fulton and Rubey came in town for the weekend. We enjoyed dinner and of course some memory making at the new house as they helped with some projects!
