2nd ATC Excahnge at EQG - Part 2
Too many pictures in the previous post , so the rest you'll see here:)
I was also working on my entries for the Quilling Exhibition when I signed up for this ATC Swap. I would have loved to do so much more but time restraint did not permit me to. I had already handed over the cards when we got a further extension on the dates...well, by then they were already sent ...anyways, I did enjoy making these. It is so amazing how much we can learn in these swaps. The different ATCs from different artists gives the chance to learn so many new ideas and techniques. It also open up totally new perspectives. I love these swaps and find them a truly fun and learning experience.

*** Picture Heavy Post ***
This is long , long overdue post about the Second ATC exchange we had at the Emirates Quilling Guild. Since this is a group of people from so many different nationalities and levels of talents , it was a great idea to have the theme : Nations of the world. We had to represent our home country in our tags. I made mine with the colours of the Indian flag in focus and some I just to make my versions of the peacock feathers, paisleys, and that amazing flower by Suganthi Mohan :) I just had to make it ....it's a very pretty flower.
more pictures to come .....in the following post :)

A post long overdue
This is a post long , long overdue ...about the the last ATC we had at the Emirates Quilling Guild. At the time blogger had some issues and uploading pictures was nearly impossible !
Anyhow, here are the pictures of my cards without any further delay.
And now for those of you who like to have a closer look ..:D
And some more .....
And more.......
These are just the cards I made . Wait till you see the ones i got - they are so beautiful ! They took my breath away. Mine are really simple in comparison , but then luckily there is be no such things ...it is strictly for the fun of it.
And in the next post, I'll show the gorgeous cards that I received from all the amazingly talented artists in the Guild. So much to learn ....such inspiration.
