New Year's Eve

Rounding out 2016 with a fun night!

We plundered in the woods and found the old car Daddy said was out there. The old beaut used to look something like this but is old and rusted out completely.

Don't let Georgia's party shot fool you; she cried most of the last few hours of the year and refused to go to sleep until the festivities were completely over.

Arts Afire

One of the requests I had this year was for folks to get the kids passes, gift certificates, etc. for experiences rather than for toys. Mama hooked us up and got us gift certificates for a paint-your-own pottery experience. We had a great time and the things we did turned out so cute!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day was so fun with both of the kids. I told Wyatt that our Elf on the Shelf Marshmallow sent me this picture of Santa laying out the toys for him and Georgia.

Wyatt got a lot of hunting gear including his first shotgun and a cowboy hat.

Justin was good to me and made me cry again (happy tears) this year. I got a windmill wall hanging for outside and a huge photo book with all of our family photos from the past five years. I am going to strongly request that we make that a family tradition and get a new one every half-decade!

Christmas Eve

We celebrated Christmas Eve at Mama and Daddy's house again this year.

December Miscellany

December was full of so many fun things. I rarely posted publicly about my breastfeeding journey but I found out about an app that made photos like this and I couldn't help myself. My goal is to nurse Georgia for one whole year. I am more than halfway there!
