TWILIGHT, The Movie Event!

Yes, last night at midnight I went to a showing of Twilight. It was amazing how many women, girls, and yes a few men, were at the the theater. Every movie theater in Utah County was showing Twilight in every single theater they had... This movie has been the big buzz around. We went to the theater that my SIL's neighbor had rented out. They had a costume contest, balloons, picture taking, and after the movie we all got a Twilight scrapbook page!

Above is a picture of the T-shirts we wore to the Movie! I was actually amazed how many people have or made Twilight shirts, etc...

I am really not that critical of movies. Some people may say that the characters did not fit what they had visioned but after watching the movie I was hooked. I loved the whole thing! But, then it doesn't take very much for me to get excited about when I am not at home with the girlies. I thought the movie was great. Yes, it had a few scenes that were a little off, but for it was good.

Here are some pictures from our midnight showing!

My SIL Betsy's friend Jen, my niece Tiffany, me, and Betsy at the theater. My SIL Mindy was at the movie too with her sister but we couldn't get all of our tickets together.

My SIL Besty posing in the cutout of Bella with Edward.

Two of the contestants in the costume contest. The guy was glitter all over his body and his sign read "Edward in the sun". The girl was Alice in her porsche.

When we got to the theater last night they had a few models posing as the characters that we took pictures with. We had awesome t-shirts made too!

TWILIGHT!

I am wondering how many people out there are planning on going to see Twilight on Friday?? Or even better, going to a midnight showing. Me, my SIL's, and my niece are going to a midnight showing. My SIL Betsy's friend rented out a theater at Thanksgiving Point for the first midnight showing. It is going to be late and I will be dead tired on Friday, but I am super excited for the movie and just curious how many others are doing the same thing.. (Or we are just crazy!)

Lindsey came downstairs yesterday and said, "How do you like my elf costume?" I love 3 year old's and the fun things they can come up with. We spend a lot of our days in dress-ups!

She also loves to have pictures taken of her when she is cute and ready for school!
