Merry Christpaws from our Winter Kitty!

 Happy Wednesday HH fans!

I hope you are all having a great week so far!  I was under the weather yesterday and didn't feel up to getting on the computer to do anything.

For this week's card I'm sharing another image I coloured with my Prisma pencils while I was away in the Yukon in June.  When I posted this morning I actually called this image Winter Kitty BUT it is actually our Winter Pup.  I have paired it with Merry Christpaws.

I cut the sentiment in half so I could place it on the top & bottom of the stocking.  This card is pretty clean & simple.

I picked up the stocking die which is from Sizzix at a craft sale a couple of month's ago.  My friend and I had a blast looking through all the amazing stuff people had.

Sorry I didn't track the pencils I used....I was on holiday lol.

I ran the blue cardstock through with an older dot embossing folder I had & added a few sparkly enamel dots.  Oh and some Stickles to the hat & pom pom.

Thanks for poppin' by today & happy stampin'!

Merry Christpaws!

 Happy Tuesday!
I'm so happy you stopped by today to see this adorable card using the "Dog Trio Block" from High Hopes Stamps! I'm a dog lover and have 2 fur babies of my own. Christmas is fun for them as they get gifts too. My one dog Ally, will even unwrap the gift if you start the corner for her. Stella just waits until Ally unwraps it and then steals it away. Then the chase is on LOL!
I stamped my image onto Copic friendly paper and used my Copic Markers to colour it in. Next, using a Double Roped Square die from Gina Marie, I cut out the coloured image. I thought the "Merry Christpaws" sentiment went perfect with this image! My papers today are from the Photoplay Kringle & Co. 6x6 collection. Love the non traditional red and black theme of this collection. A bit of Crystal Stickles on the image finish off my card.
Copics Used:
Dog with hat: T0, T1, T6, T7, T8, T9
Dog with candy cane: C00, C1, C5, C7, C8, C9
Dog with bow: W2, W3, W4, W6, W8, white gel pen dots
Bird: R22, R24, R27, R29, YR04
Reds: R35, R37, R39
Green: G28, YG17

Today I'm sharing Christmas card using some products from Highhopesstamps.com

This is such a cute image called "Callie Christmas Kitty"
I used Copic markers to colored my image and added some crystal stickles on the ornaments and candy canes. The pattern paper is from my stash. To cut the ovals behind I glad my MFT scallop oval dies. For embellishments I adhesive a few gold sequins, bottom and tied a bow using gingham ribbon.

Merry Christpaws!

Happy Tuesday & welcome to today's blog post!  I promised last week that I would have more of the block images to share.  Well for the next several days I will be featuring the 4 I have finally completed.

Today's cutie is Christmas Cats Block which I have paired with the Merry Christpaws sentiment.  I was on a mission to get these all finished up and off my craft desk.  BUT my darling Miss Bella decided that even though I had lots of work to do she was putting a halt to all projects.  Apparently it was not craft time...it was Bella time.  If I do not give her loving then she will not only keep jumping up on my desk, she will actually start pushing things off onto the floor.  So of course I stopped and loved her all up...she was then happy & departed for a much needed nap lol.

I changed it up today & used a warm grey base for this card.  I added some twine, glitter & of course some enamel dots.  I did color around the Merry Christpaws sentiment with my N1 Copic marker.  The stark white cardstock was just too bright for the creamy background paper.

Copic combos
Background - C0
Orange Cat - YR18, YR16, YR15, YR14, W7, W5, W3
Warm Grey Cat - W10, W9, W8, W7, W6, W5, W3 & R01
Cool Grey Cat - C9, C7, C5, C3 & R01
Blue - B24, B23, B21
Red - R59, R56, R46
Green - G46, G43
Beaks - YR27

From Bella & I thanks for joining us today!

Merry Christpaws

Even puppies have a Christmas wish list for Santa and this new "Puppy Wishes" stamp from the new Christmas release at High Hopes is no different.
He has put on his favourite Christmas hat and bow and is ready to spread some Christmas cheer! He is hoping Santa will notice and bring him everything on his  list!

I coloured this cutie with alcohol markers and added some Stickles to his hat. He is hand fussy cut and I used a black marker around the edge to get any white I may have missed and popped him up with some 3D foam pop dots. I added a smidge of shading using Prismacolor Pencils.
The sentiment was stamped and added to some matching cardstock. Patterned paper from Echo Park and Kaisercraft helped my design come together.
Gold sequins, matching ribbon and a wood heart coloured with gold Wink of Stella finish off my card.
