Yeah we found a place to live
I sign the lease tomorrow morning! We passed the background check (glad to know I haven't killed anyone) and they are willing to rent to my crazy family. It's been a pain trying to find a place but we found one. It's going to be about 10 minutes to Nathaniel work (save on gas) but we're going to keep the girls in the school by grandma's until Christmas break (so I'll be driving about 30 minutes each way to take/pick them up from school). Kinda crazy but I think it will help the girls with moving again if we do it a little slower then last time.

Congrats Nathaniel
YEAH we are no longer unemployed! It's been close to 8 months since we lost our job. A long time but yet I guess in the big picture not so long. Now what? Well we have been living with Nathaniel parents since Easter. It's been great but I would so love to have my own house!! So we have started looking for a place, would love to buy a house but.... hey I've got to have my dreams right? Anyway on step at a time.
So here's an up-date on the kiddos
Kendyl is in 2nd grade here at Ki-Be, both her and Ashley get to walk to school because it's just a few blocks away. (Mama loves that!!) Kendyl loves to read, read, read!!! She is getting excited to turn 8 next year and be baptized. She is turning into such a sweet little lady. (of course only when she wants to!)
Ashley just started Kindergarten and it's an all day kindergarten and she loves it!! Ashley is still my little mommy but she has a big stubbornness in her! (no idea where the came from!! hee hee)
Ethan is my little man around the house. He wants to "fix" everything, even if it means breaking it first so he can fix it.
Samantha is almost 2 and she is trying to be 2 already! NO!!! She is still very tiny but she makes up for it in her personality!
So as you can see we are all alive and happy. We are all very happy that out daddy has found a job! And life can go back to normal right? NOT! What is "normal" anyway? Because I sure don't know.

Ethan's 3rd Birthday!
Wednesday, February 11, 2009
over a year ago.....
The girls were asked to come on over to Uncle John's and Aunt September's (Dale's brother and sister-in-law) to play in their downstairs "playground" while pictures were taken for an article that was being written about this awesome basement! Anyway so it finally came out in Wondertime March 2009. So if you want to see Kendyl and Ashley in a magazine go find Wondertime March 2009 and look on page 63! It's been fun waiting for this and it's way fun to have them really in a magazine, but for goodness sakes!! I am so glad I don't do this everyday!!!
**********The Other Guy!!*********
**********Me**********
Daddy took all the kids to Costco to get Pizza for dinner while Mama was at YW's yesterday. Mama gets a call from Dad that Ethan fell out of the shopping cart but he's fine. 1 1/2 hours later Dad comes back to the church with the kids to show show Mama. Oh my gosh! Ethan's eye was so swollen!! I then ask Daddy was he goofing off? Where YOU goofing off? No and nope was the answers. Poor little guy. (but the worst is yet to come) We get home put some ice on it. He looked like he was hit with a base ball right above his eyebrow. He wants to stay up and watch movie with Mama and Dad. I fine with that because then I can keep an eye on him for a bit. Then this morning he wakes up and says "Mama my eye isn't better yet, when will it be all better?" aaahhh I feel for ya dude. Dad thinks it will be cool for him to have a pirate eye patch, so now Ethan thinks it will be cool too! Man where can I find an eye patch in February?? So off to school the girls go and onto the store to find an eye patch. Found one, bought it, and he thinks it's cool but doesn't want to wear! Oh well it doesn't really matter anyway it was just to make him feel better about his eye. So here is what his eye looks like now! I feel so bad for him. So when I get asked what happened to his eye I have to be careful not to say "his dad did it!" but I do say he fell out of a shopping cart. "If I've told you once I've told you a thousand times SIT DOWN IN THE SHOPPING CARTS!" Because accidents DO happen. Maybe we'll have to change his "truck" party into a "pirate" party!! It really does look bad but Ethan seems to be fine with all of it.
