Oh man, it's just a mind game. Too bad, I can't seem to read your mind and I am already losing interest in trying to do so. haha it's the difference between the rose and the grass. How can the grass ever outshine the rose? The presence of the grass does not matter at all because it is simply too insignificant to be noticed. Grass is not made to live with the roses, for it cannot attain enough sunlight to grow healthily. Therefore, grass is never meant to compete with roses, as it is destined to lose the game.
It's time for me to leave at last. I am sure this is going to be painless and well, refreshing. Nothing to worried about, nothing to ponder over, I can just leave as I wish. I want to run away, I want to hide, I hate to be seen again. Don't come to find me, I don't need that kind of sympathy. 28 June 2007
Perhaps I'm really a scary person. One moment I'll be jumping with joy and hours later I can be so depressed that I don't feel like talking to anyone. It's not really mood swing I guess, for I don't feel pissed with anyone when I'm down. I just feel very low and bored, that's all. Now that I've known myself better, I'm prepared for whatever that's going to come. When I'm high, I will expect myself to feel depressed later so that's being mentally prepared. I'll get ready chocolates in case I need to munch on them too. I'm pretty dependent on chocolates. Best birthday gift? A bar of dark chocolate (preferably at least 50% coca) from Switzerland or Belgium.
University life is less of a mystery to me now. Fresh graduates from my company have been telling me quite a few tales and tips and I kind of already have a rough idea of what to expect when school starts. I've not regreted my choice thus far and I hope I will not in the next few years. It feels great when I find out that two of my friends are going to take the same course as I am. I still can't decide whether I should go for the falculty camp or the SU camp or perhaps, neither of the two. Well, think about the opportunity cost, compare the money earned for working 4 days with spending $45/$50 on a camp which lasts 6 days. HmMmm. I've a week left to decide still. A change in plan. I want a Kia Picanto instead! ![]() ![]() ![]() Preferably the green one.More updates on Switzerland will be coming up. Next country will be Austria. 26 June 2007
I find it really very difficult for me to come out with an itinerary for my trip to Europe in one shot. I've decided to do it country by country, bit by bit, and uploading everything, bit by bit on my blog. Guess that'll make my life much simpler. This is not going to be easy too, but at least it's the start (if not I'll never get started). I've about a year to research on every country I'm intending to visit afterall.

So I am being too demanding and that you can't give me what I want. Shouldn't we give and take? How can we ever expect others to give us non-stop while we sit there and do nothing for the entire life? Now that is not going to happen. The kindest and nicest person will get tired and sick of it someday too. Even the strongest magnet will lose all it's magnetism someday eventually. I chose to not to let go such a fragile and tiring relationship for a reason which I have yet to discover. Who knows how much longer this can last.
You've made a few empty promises and I have no idea if I can believe in the things you say anymore. Keeping quiet doesn't mean I don't know what you had done. However, I am greatful that you are the one who stayed by me during those days. When those whom I thought would stay by me abandoned me, you were there. That simple SMS stopped me from crying and helped me to sleep in peace that night. What if I couldn't wake up ever again? 有些友谊是如此的脆弱,如此得让人无可奈何。彼此之间的信任只是如此的浅薄,如此的经不起风吹雨打。 24 June 2007
It didn't take me long for me to discover that I haven't be blogging for 11 days. My life has been pretty much the same--go to work, come back and watch movies online, go to sleep, go to work again. I'm feeling much better at work nowadays. My feelings towards the last day of work are contradicting. On one hand I hope that Friday the 29th can arrive soon. On the other hand, I don't want to leave so soon because I will miss my dear colleagues. Even though I'd be going back to do part-time, it's a completely different feeling. With no strings attached, off days on both of the weekends and stuff. Oh well.
Perhaps I am getting very greedy and materialistic but I really do hope to own a car. This is all I want, a Honda Fit 2007.But sadly I've got no money. My calculations showed that I would be achieving my goal soon had CPF not existed. zzz. The highlight of the week would be giving Sharon a surprise at her house for her birthday just now. It's good to meet up with both old friends and new friends. Sharon's dog is so cute! Yuenling and I had applied for hostel living already. I'm really look forward to hall life. There are various camps coming up and I am not sure which one I should sign up for. I need to improve on my Chinese. 13 June 2007
