Basketball. Again.

Sitting at the pool, blogging. We are again back in Wenatchee at the hotel after a days worth of basketball games. (all wins!) I keep getting splashed occasionally. The boys are hanging with the boys fromTrevor's team, playing catch with the nerf football. It is really noisy in here. A lot of kids playing in the pool. We came the back way through ephrata, across the Columbia river, a lot of beautiful wineries and apple orchards everywhere by the river, to Wenatchee. So beautiful. Went shopping for some more clothes for Trent. He is still growing and needed some new stuff for the cold weather golf. The mororcross races are on the speed channel and we will be heading up to watch the races in our room, pop some popcorn, peanut m and m's and play some UNO. Make our way home tomorrow and relax before another crazy work week. Trent's bday is coming up and Trent is getting excited for his big day. I cannot believe he is turning 15. Ahhhhh. Almost time to start drivers Ed. Ugh. Have a great weekend. Oh. And i included a picture of the laundry detergent I got for 2.50. On clearance at Walmart and 1/2 off clearance price. I love when Steve tells me about these sales. Also, the high school where the boys played basketball - their mascot was a goat and here is a picture of said goat. Weird. And some adorable pictures of the girls and their super fun weekend in Moab with kelceys friend Marc and Jacy's roommate. They had a Blast! Fun times.

A new light.

Oh yup. Lovin my new shade over the kitchen table. The hue matches the grey walls perfect and it looks so good! Steve was a little bit reserved about it, but now I think he likes it! Yippee. I love when a room comes together! Makes my day! The office is officially rearranged and dusted and cleaned from top to bottom. The entry way table looks awesome and now I will fall into bed! Exhausted again. Just another day in my crazy life that I LOVE! Have a super great week! Toodles.

The mirrors are done!! Now onto painting all my big brown baskets teal and yellow. Also, got jacys care box ready to roll and showing you my most favorite decorating books ever - so chuck full of cute cute ideas it is ridiculous. Have a fantastic Presidents day!

Wenatchee. WA. Columbia River Valentines Date.

Oh so relaxing. An afternoon movie, Olive Garden bread sticks, soup, salad comfort food. Hotel, ice on my car sunroof, jacuzzi, shopping, more yummy food, a massage, pure heavenly date that lasted two days. Thank you Steve. It was a wonderful Valentines date! So so nice. Got home and stained the mirrors, vacuumed and cleaned the cars. More chipping and putting in the yard, super cross races on the Speed channel. Reading my book and magazines, got my church calling done, popcorn, ice cream and peanut m&ms. It really doesn't get better. Jacy and Kelcey are in Moab this week! Jacy is going to Colorado with her friend on her spring break, Kelcey is coming home for her spring break (I think?). And we are getting closer to our Spring break vacation. Getting excited! All the bookcases are put back together, the mirrors are turning Out fabulous, my Florida, Daytona Beach croc. is back in action on my entry table and the boys are loving their Hex Bugs and their Hex hotel. My sister is bribing my niece with Fun dip candy and I'm missing them all. We always have such a blast when we sisters get together. Big sigh! good luck in soccer Kayci and Jessa! Have a wonderful Presidents Day! Happy sale shopping! And while Trevor made reader of the month, he also made student of the month for January. Had no clue about student of the month until he showed me his picture today. I'm such a great mom! Also, a huge congrats to Courtney, my niece who made it into BYU Provo. A good day!

Ummm!

Such is life. This is my adorable niece Keelie and a foot of her hair that was cut off. Her hair is Gorgeous! I'm sure it was difficult cutting her hair. I love her hair. Keelie will soon be in the church news. They are writing an article about her. I don't blame them. She is cute and found in this blog. http://Fourmyfour.blogspot.com. I also miss my cute nieces that exhausted me and made me smile and laugh and I'll never forget my time spent with them. Good luck in st George soccer with all of the fun relatives. Jealous. Love them all and miss them all. And one more thing - :) steve painted my mirrors today! Awesome! Now, i just need to sand and stain! And go on an awesome surprise out of town date with my husband. That's all.

Happy Valentines Day

A crazy day at work with flowers, stuffed animals, sugar cookies everywhere. Goofball treats, 50 letters written to a twenty three year old Marine vet from our community who gave the ultimate sacrifice in Afghan. Both of his legs and an arm blown off in a training mission. Beautiful letters written filled with awe, pride and a humble reminder what truly is important in life A bunch of beautiful roses surprise, basketball practice, Steve working, a card with a surprise overnight date this weekend to make up for a missed Valentine's day date! 23 years ago today I was asked to be Mrs Jones by my best friend. Love my boyfriend so much. Happy valentines day to you! Love, Blessings, honor, pride. Cherished memories. Grateful.

Oh Saturday, how I love you.

Holy smoke. Saturday's go so fast. A snap and the day is over. Sitting here at the golf course watching the boys hit golf balls. Currently have rearranged the upstairs landing, the guest bedroom and rehung some pictures upstairs. Dusted, vacuumed and moved furniture around getting a good solid dusting and deep cleaning in while arranging. Steve got the paint bought for the mirror frames and the bookcases are all officially in the house. They look soooo good. Now just need to rearrange bookcases in the office and upstairs landing. Whew. Pooped. The aggies play at 1 today on espn and we will be taking the afternoon off to watch the game and relax. Hope your Saturday is productive but also relaxing and fun. Chow!
