Shenanigans this week

Ricky had his end of the season party, the kids had a ton of fun jumping on trampolines!   Their team was 2nd in their age division overall.  They did super good.
At the party Rick and Coach Pete got cupcakes smashed in their face!  It was pretty funny...they were such great coaches they definitely needed a cake smashed in the face!

The kids and I have been trying to stay busy as we get through this hot summer.  We have been swimming, and six flags, hurricane harbor, and little things around town like magic shows and music events.

That pretty much sums up our week!!!
Until the next time!!!

Summer is here and I am way behind on blogging.

It has been a LONG time since I've blogged!
The last several months have been a whirlwind!!!  We have had birthdays, Christmas has come and gone, The school year has ended, and more!  I will just update with some of the present activities that we have passed.

In May Rick and I went out to Portland Oregon to see Augi (Rick's son) get married to his super sweet wife Jenn.  It was absolutely beautiful out there.  It was dreary and rainy but so pretty.  We had a nice time getting to meet their friends and Jenn's family that are out that way.

One of the awesome Highlights of this last month was JC graduated Kindergarten!!!
I can't believe my littlest baby is now officially a 1st grader.  The time is flying by so fast I can't keep up!  He has had such a fun time in kinder it was a great first step for him in his learning journey!  I am so excited to see the growth and learning that he has been going through.  Eevie is officially a 9th grader (HIGHSCHOOL!!!)  And Ricky is officially a 6th grader.  He has one more year until Middle school.  It is CRAZY!

We have had lots of baseball and softball stuff going on.  JC finished his season and has had his end of the season party.  It was so fun to see him and his team mates learn so much this season!  His coach is pretty awesome!  We had the pleasure of being on his basketball team and seeing what a fantastic coach he was, it was great to be on his Baseball team too!

June 7th was Ricky's 11th birthday!  ALMOST A TEEN AHHHHH!!!!
Rick had to work on his birthday so we got to go up to the station and have cake & ice cream!  He felt like a superstar!  We have been super blessed to have great firefighters at Rick's station and able to spend time with them like family.

Rick had his last baseball game, no party yet...It is later.  They finished in 2nd place out of their division for their age level.  They played a great season!  So proud of these boys and their awesome coaches!!!  Of course I am a little biased since Rick was one of the coaches, but the other coach was amazing too!!!

Eevie's Softball team played one heck of a season too!!! They finished in 1st place overall for their age division.  It was fun watching her play this year.  She just had colorguard tryouts for highschool and made it!  So far this summer she has had a busy one with all of the band stuff and colorgaurd that she has to be at!

I think that pretty much wraps up the last month!  I am sure I am forgetting something but as always my brain is about fried.
