Halloween

Halloween was fun this year :)  We went to a Church Carnival and ate hot dogs, pickles, popcorn, cotton candy & LOTS of candy!  Then after that we took the kids around the block really quick to do a little bit of trick or treating.  Here are some photos

 Trick or Treating

Baseball, Fright Fest at Six Flags & Halloween Festivities in October

Let's rewind back to October... I can barely remember what happened yesterday so trying to explain what happened back in October will be a little difficult for me. I will be posting mostly photos.

This wasn't included in the title, but this was something I wanted to blog about since I plan to print my blog into a book sometime really soon.  I was furious when Ricky came home from school with this goose egg above his eye.  Unfortunetly this photo doesn't do it justice, but in person it was awful.  It was black and blue for 2 weeks.

And Eevie and I went and made bracelets for apart of the 1912 challenge for the susan g korman race for the cure.  We had to make 1912 bracelets with little hand written notes of encouragment.  They were all packaged in little baggies to be passed out to the breast cancer survivors that were a part of the race for the cure.  I am so proud of all the great service projects that our girlscouts do!

Girl Power!!!

JC had his Preschool Fall Party, but when I got there to eat with him he thought it was time for me to pick him up and didn't want to finish his cookies & snacks.  He started to cry when I told him we weren't leaving.  But finally settled down once he realized I was staying for awhile.

Just a cute photo of JC in his Halloween shirt.

We got the kids a early Christmas gift of Season passes to Six flags theme parks.  Our kids LOVE amusment parks.  They love to ride everything!  Rollercoasters, spinning, fast, slow, dipping, twisting, turning, you name it they will ride if they haven't already.   Or they will ride it again if it wasn't "BORING"  (In their own words)

JC Starts Pre-School & Turns 2!!!

My baby boy is getting so big!  I just don't know where the time has went...
Well, he started preschool in September.  He goes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I get 2 days a week to go and run errands, go to the gym, clean the house and get stuff for business done kid free!  But it always seems like as soon as I get started doing what I need to do it is already time for all the kids to get home from school.

JC also had his birthday party this month in October!!!  He turned 2 on the 5th.  It just doesn't feel like he has been with us for 2 years already.  But anyway, my cake turned out awesome this year!  JC LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and EVERYTHING Mickey!!!  He had a great time at his birthday party!!!

Galveston Beach Trip

Well, once again I am playing catch up on my blog.  I can't say that I have been to incredibly busy but I just haven't found the time to blog.
A few months ago for Labor day weekend we drove out to Galveston and took the kiddos and Eevie's BFF to the gulf coast.  It was a nice trip to the beach.  As soon as we let the kids out of the van JC took off running.  It was hilarious!  All of the kids were just so happy to be at the beach.  We are already looking forward to our next trip down to the gulf coast.  Enjoy the photos.
