well, it's been a while. and i'm living through the last few hours of 2009. so it's time to reflect on what has happened in the past 364 days. and then to look forward to what 2010 can be. then also it's time to make out some goals as to what i want to achieve in and by 2010. i'm sounding so boring all of a sudden. but then again, having this set of thinking, you know, makes you feel...makes you feel...something. i don't really know the word right now.

okay, 2010. get a new road bicycle. pass my driving. better my 10km run time. and of course, tell her. i can't wait. oh, maybe i'll put a wish list at the side next to the beach runner. that's my new year resolution!!!

gonna be counting down in my friend's house later. like finally a proper chilled out count down. unlike last year where i spent my countdown eating burnt bbq-ed chicken wings on some part of sentosa with drunk china national teenagers all around. and unlike the year before that where if i'm not wrong, i spent working. so today is probably gonna be slacking day. woo.

alright, time to ciao.

so what happened yesterday? okay...went running up that hill which i normally used to do. but i mean yeah, it's been a week since going there. and man, climbing the first hill was...well, i could feel my muscles just screaming as i got my way up the gradient. but hey i made it through, just bout a minute slower. gawd damn. i think i was a minute slower. i didn't bring my watch. great.

and you know what was even more great. okay, i was gonna take a crap. i entered the toilet. and lo and behold, i saw this guy in a white t-shirt with a hairstyle modeled after a bowl, checking out his pubes infront of the mirror, with his pants down lowered all the way pass his buttocks. and i was like...ergh. he quickly pulled it up and then tried to be socially-acceptable once again. i was just thankful that the shitting area was just at the entrance area. wouldn't like to pass by him with an awkward silence going on.

i didn't see her. ahhh man. but i maybe know why. oh, the gym instructor guy changed to a mor jovial looking dude. and all the dragon boaters who were there were like shocked and lost after finding out the instructor had changed, and found that the guy was dedicating his time to people who were learning more about gyming. awwww, poor dragon boaters. ANYONE WANNA RUN ADIDAS SUNDOWN WITH ME????

talking about runs, there's the safari zoo run going on. and i dunno if it's me or what, but for those who have seen the website, don't you find the guy in the middle at the banner abit too camp*?

taken this from men'shealth:
running helps build your bone mass and make it denser and stronger and it's stated to be more effective than resistance training and also helps to prevent osteoporosis. unfortunately cyclist has the lowest bone density. now kinda gets you thinking about those triatheletes or people who run and cycle.

*camp - slang for an effeminate style and mannerism affected mainly by gays

alright, so yesterday was quite bad on my part. well, went to gym, did other stuff and also did weighted squats and then decided to go running. my hamstrings were like hanging onto each fibers for dear life as i climbed those hills at NUS. and mind you, this was like one week after not running at all. so i was pretty much bummed out. the moment i reached the traffic junction i grabbed onto the traffic light pole and enjoyed two minutes of stationary pleasure. and then started off nicely again. downhill. well it was a slight descent. yeah, nus is a great place to run. my next running destination is southern ridge!!! anyone interested?

anyone interested in running adidas sundown for a distance of 10km? join a team with me. can catch me at my facebook. link is below. but unfortunately it seems everyone is interested in 21km, 42km and for some reason the 84km.

gonna go class bbq later on. meet up with the sec school buds and catch up after like a year? yeah, can't wait for that.

the very first entry. and i'm sick. how great is that. doubt i'll be running only on sunday. saturday got some family stuff, wonder what it could be. meeting some people tml for lunch before that as well. money keeps flying away. gotta save up for new stuff to buy. hm, or i could find a temp job. anyone got any connections or lobangs? arghhh.

alright, can i just take this time to commend Singapore Poly for actually finally hiring professional gym instructors to help us out in the gym. and plus the instructor is like, really good. he's not some guy with a ponytail and a weird accent who used to do videos on how to lift weights on youtube and while trying to act cool when doing it but he's jsut some dude who shares his expertise. damn, gonna make regular gym sessions from now on.

does this layout look nice? i've got second thoughts about it man. and should i have a tagboard? well, kinda stupid to ask those questions, considering that i don't even have a tagboard to gather all the feedback. but you could always catch me on messenger. yep, alright see ya guys.
