Peek-a-Boo

I can't seem to catch this girl smiling on film, she does all the time especially when I am trying to get her to sleep or something. The best I got this week. Here is is enjoying tummy time, she really likes it.
But always ends up doing this:

Can't blame her, I love a good nap on my tummy.

Work work

Aubrey's been working hard at growing. She had her 2 month check up and is weighing in at 11lbs. Got her shots and cried herself to sleep. I have hardly any new pictures of Aubrey, here she is trying to stay warm, hopefully the cold leaves soon.

I decided carving pumpkins was not in my plans this year so we colored them, I think they are so adorable.

Pretty in Purple

Look she is working on the smiling stuff

And here is a close up of the blanket and flower I made for her.

She is 6 weeks old now, what a relief to be here already. Aubrey seems to have hit a milestone and sleeps well eats well just seems more comfortable, I think we almost have each other figured out. She is growing so much and I think everyday is she really so big? Thankfully I feel like I have really had the chance to sit and enjoy her every step of the way.

I've read this story before

Ok so it wasn't a bad day but a crazy day.
Yesterday was a fun day for our family. We blessed little Aubrey. It was great to have family here with us to share our special day. I think this is as good as it gets for family pictures today.

So here is the not so lovely part of the day. First off Kamryn didn't sleep very much on Saturday night, so she was tired all day. She cut her finger on the lid of a mandarin orange can. We got her all patched up and off to church happy. Then when we got home she was running to go to the bathroom and ran right into the wall. You can see the bruises go almost in a line down her face.

A little while later she was playing and fell right off a stool. Then tripped over Henry's feet a few minutes later. I was literally afraid for her life since she was so accident prone. Logan must have been feeling left out because a while later he was running fell and gave himself a fat lip. He was screaming and howling about it but really lost it when he realized he was bleeding. Logan also was carrying Henry's work phone and somehow broke it when he fell. Tells you how hard he fell. We took the kids for a walk about 6pm and Kamryn fell asleep. (She slept 6:30pm- 8:30 am) Logan went to bed around 7:30 and we were feeling like the end of our very long day was over. Then Henry got called into work. Some days are just like that.

Today the kids are feeling rested and happy.

I want my weekend back!

And SNAP!

My kids loves that story 5 little monkeys swinging in a tree. In fact they got This Book for christmas and it is a favorite and must have in our house. Anyway I bought the kids the coolest thing last week and had to share.
Dapper Snappers These cute little belts are perfect for my little ones because they are so tall and skinny so pants never fit them. I buy them adjustable waist pants when I can but they are usually more expensive and harder to find for Logan now that he is older. We tried a real belt with Logan the other day and when he got home from preschool his pants were falling off. Here is a picture of Kamryn's on. Logan and Kamryn in their new fall jeans (that they don't really need because it is 80+ outside) You could easily make these but in case you haven't heard I have a new baby and I am quite lazy some days. (ok most)

I wasn't paid or anything to post this, just thought I should share with you all.
