Changing My Diet!
Another unproductive day =.= Test is coming but I cant concentrate on studying! Been doing some reading on the internet, playing some games.... Anything, but not studying! =((
And I feel so sad whenever I look at my ORD photos! --> I looked so fit then! Now I couldnt even fit back into my jeans which I bought in poly... Heart breaking sia!
Hence I've been doing research on how to burn calories --> The relaxing way! lolz... Realized that starving myself is not gonna make me much thinner... Instead, I must eat fat burning food til I feel full! I'm so gonna put the list of 'food to eat' in my hp as a reminder! =)
Anyway I think the fat burning food part works... cos although I felt full just now, I'm feeling hungry now =.= Ate quite alot man... Rice + "healthier" side dishes... 1 x Kiwi, 1 x orange, 1 cup of milk... After cycling for 1 hour now I'm hungry again... I think... Its working? hehe... Maybe I should eat a banana... Haha... So healthy hor...
And I think I dont have to run le! (I kinda hate running actually) Cos I read that over the internet, swimming burns just about as much calories as running... I like swimming so much more :D Now just waiting for RT to start... RT = my access to rebuilding my Arm Strength! Meanwhile now I should concentrate on burning away as much fats as I can to reduce my weight =)
Ok I'm gonna take my shower and sleep le... Having enough rest is just as important as eating right! Wan an...! =)
