CHRISTMAS EVE

This Pics for you Aunt Tar

CHRISTMAS SUNDAY

We got Ellie all ready in her Christmas dress and had her pose in front of our Christmas trees (we had to set up our little ones this year and put them on our end table so Ellie wouldn't pull on the ornaments). Once we placed her on the end table, she did what every little "puppy" would do, she put the ornaments in her mouth. She ate some of the glitter and had it everywhere. We couldn't help but laugh. Where did she come from?

LITTLE BANDIT

Ellie really wanted her bib off and wasnt going to let anything stop her... until it got caught on her nose. It was so cute. Now she thinks it funny and pulls this move often.

SANTA BABY...

Joel was practicing taking some picture with his Dads old camera and who better to pose for them than a naked girl. Ellie was being so funny and loved being naked in her scarf, beanie and mittens we got her. What a tease. I guess you could say were just lucky she didn't pee all over the place...

ROUGH MORNING

Ellie was so determined to wear moms slippers the other day. They were so soft she would rather wear them on her hands rather than on her feet were they should go, not that it would matter anyways. I don't think she realized the were a few sizes too big. Then she got stuck on our bar stool and mean mom let her cry and stay stuck until she got the camera and took a picture. How Rude!!! Not to mention we were missing a sock almost the whole morning. Still cant find it to this day. Funny how those things just disappear.

Presents, Presents Presents.....

YEE-HAW!

THANKSGIVING!

Joel, Ellie, and I were lucky enough to spend Thanksgiving with my Family in AZ. It's a nice break to get away from the much colder weather of Idaho. Its not going to be easy going back. We had quite the eventful week. We arrived in AZ Tuesday evening, just in time for a wonderful home cooked meal. Wednesday a few of us girls went to go see a matinée showing of Twilight. I know I'm just NOW seeing it, but lets be honest it was a little disappointing. The book was much better. But hey, what can you do? Then that night we had an early Christmas with the Wardrop side at my Uncle Dan and Aunt Tami's house. Its not every year that were all together, so it was fun having that memory with each other. Thursday was the BIG Day! The boys played football and basketball in the morning then we had our big feast around 2 at Grandma and Grandpa Wardrop's house. Family pictures were after that. I'll be honest, it was a little hard smiling for so many pictures with very full tummies. They turned out great though. Best of all we had some wounderful pies once we were done with pictures. My Aunt Kari and Tami make the best pies known to man. Thanks guys! Friday was the big shopping day, and boy did we shop. We found a few great deals but nothing to rave about. It was an exausting morning. That night we had a fun game night at Uncle Dan and Aunt Tami's house. We played a mad game of "apples to apples" with all the cousions. I'll have to admit-- I took the trophy on that one! Joel has some mad ping-pong skills and wii tennis has become our new favorite game. Saturday our Family was able to go visit Joel's oldest brother and his family in Joeseph City, AZ. It was a 3 hour drive, but definetly worth it. They have a few horses so we got to go riding. If your looking for a good laugh come watch Joel ride. He's a natural. Ellie loved it too. Im pretty sure she loves any animal no matter what size they are. She's our very own animal loving, outdoor playing little girl. She couldnt have been happier. We traveled back to the valley on Sunday and that night we got to celebrate Ellie's 1st Birthday a day eairly. It was so fun watching her dig into her own birthday cake and rip into her birthday presents. I can't believe she's already a year old. She's growing up too fast!
I just want to say how thankful I am for my Family. They are so very special to us. Heavenly Father has blessed us in so many ways. Its always a joy spending time with them. This time of Thanksgiving has really put that into perspective for us and we couldn't be more happy. We love you guys!!!

FALL FAMILY FOTOS

A few weeks ago our friend Brittany Schley took some fall family photos for us up in Pocatello. She picked a great location. We wanted to get pictures with the bright colored fall leaves, but Idaho's winter came a little too fast and our "fall" only lasted about a week! The pictures still turned out great, even without the leaves. Thanks Brittany!

COOKIES!

Joel and I were having cookies and milk the other night as we were watching a movie and someone thought they were so big and could have one too. Just don't try taking it away from her once shes had a taste, you wont hear the end of it.

COSTUME TIME

So Ellie had quite the night on the town. We got her all dressed up around 5, took a bunch of photos. Joel even got funny and took a picture of our cheetah in some tall grass. Gave her a bath and put her to bed. She was by far the cutestcheetah I have ever seen. She doesn't quite get the whole Trick-or-Treat thing, so we will do better next year. It was definetly worth all the work though.

HALLOWEEN!

Ellies getting so big now. She actually started taking her first steps on Halloween day. It was so exciting. She's growing up so fast!

WHO IS THAT?

So Ellie found my hand mirror and was acting so funny when she would see her self in it. It was as if she had no idea who that little girl on the other side was. It was very amusing.

SO WARM!!

Ellie had just got out of the bath and was freezing. I had also just taken some clothes out of the dryer, so we put them on her. She loved it and would have probably stayed there for hours if we hadn't had to get her dressed and put to bed.
