training session

今天真的体会到什么叫真正的累了。。
从来没这么累过。。
been thru so much training session...
and THIS is th most tiring session i've ever been thru...
and 1st of all u noe wat?!
it's 7am in the morning!! tat is when i start my session!!
LOL
i still bluring and still rubbing my eyes!! man!!

done all the physical stuff and there's only a little time for us to rest...not even 5mins!!

half court,full court...2 hours straight!!

and in the end....everyone ends up "air ball-ing"...==
cant feels my leg either...and my hands too

after i came bak i cant even climb the stairs properly...
but..i felt lively, and quite enjoyed it btw

wed competition...tats y coach is being so strict bout us..
and one more thing.....i haven got my jersey kits yet!!!
how can i play on wed!! damm!!

Got those feeling back but jz for an hour

today...finally got my bad emotion and feeling abreacted!!
all let off by juz one hour basketball training session...
woohoo...returned back to those day when i was in middle school training emosphere!
found back those feeling...actually more high leveled, more tiring than middle school session, i was able to let off totally!! phew!
and i felt lucky that i participate the club...
those training makes me feels like more and more challenging!

i really likes the feeling, the emosphere when playing basketball, i dunno why but it juz feels like...the world is only me and the ball...tat's it! nth else! strange rite?
it able to make all my thought disappear suddenly, and those emotional feelings too!
but after the whistle blows, SNAP! ...juz like wake-ing up from a nice dream by an irritating alarm!
BACK TO REALITY!! DAMM!!

now i juz wish tat, the coach will have me in all the way...

sumtimes i really hope tat i could stay away from reality foreva...really stays inside the emosphere i was hoping 4..



but.....tat's impossible! life is juz such a complicated thing. JUZ FACE IT!

its been a long time

today...oops! i mean yesterday...cuz is bout 12:43 am ady...
finally...finally.....
i feel the feeling tat i've been looking for....for a long long time...
i felt it yesterday afternoon...
the feeling of passion and staidness....
真的好久好久。。。没有这么认真的打球了。。。
打了七八场都连胜。。。而且每一场都是拼了命去把每一粒球塞进篮框里。。。
可能是面对的对手不一样吧。。。每个人都那么认真的去打。可能就因为这样。。提高了今天打球的层次吧。。也有可能今天没有任何的包袱。。。因为我的脚今天莫名的突然好了起来。。。没有疼痛和害怕的压力吧。。才能让我发挥到彻底。。。
今天的每一场都感觉到。。好像在比赛一样。。。好久没好好的去比一场球赛了。。。
写着写着。。突然又好怀念。。当初一起练球比赛的日子。。。虽然被操到半死。。被骂到半死。。回想起来。。。还真的想回到当初的情景。。。难怪教练说珍惜打球的日子。。。
现在要找回。。。真的好难好难。。但是我还是没有放弃。。。还一直寻找着~~

today i watched Star Trek(2009)

my 1st thought was...er...bbbooooorriinngggg......

cuz many years ago there were star trek series ....and i watched those... it was damm boring...

and i even hate it!!

lol...

but after watching the movie...it was quite nice actually....nicer than the so-called "horror" movie i watched yesterday...=.=

like the story line...and the pointy ear kinda cool~ haha....and quite funny though.....

the ending.....erm..... was hoping someone died....haha.."evil"...but it's a happy ending...fine for me 2~

still got tons of movie i wanna watch~ im coming!!!

it was my idea to watch tat...cuz i saw the "interesting trailer" tat fascinated me..
but after watching the movie.............haiz.....sort of disapointment....it was actually a comedy!!!
LOL! they truelly did a good job in doing the funny part....haha....i tot it was a horror movie....but thr are still some scary part though....and the ending.......sux!

oh..juz to let u noe tat i have changed my music for my blog.....

Roast duck

hmm..

today..(oh sry..is yesterday..now ady 12:43 am)...i went to newcastle...for uhm.."secret" :P

after that i went to a new opened restaurant..forgot wat the name is...

quite satisfy though....cuz this is the 1st time i ate a roast duck since i come to UK!!!

i ordered 三拼烧味饭(means 3 different roasted meat wif rice) and a rebina lemon....

quite a big plate...juz lack of gravy...

oh...i bought an iphone today..

abit disappointed ...cuz after i insert my sim card..

wat a lame phone is tat.....
