ok, I was once 49kg
then suddenly blast to 58kg in like a mth or so
then then dropped to 55kg
maintained at 55kg for quite sometime because I was working that period
everyday eat fast food lor.
eh, I everyday eat fastfood then can maintain my weight?
now seldom eat fastfood my weight drop until 50? =.="
zzz lor.
losing weight is so easy, gaining weight is real hard =.=
eh, when i hitted 58kg hor isnt easy ok.
I had like 4 ~ 5meals a day + regular exercises
now 50kg walau v sian loh.
went alot places today , quite tiring ;\
