-its an act of pushing the responsibility to someone else so u are so called less burdened by the job. since it is ur job to make something perfect, then yar, do it all the way...... dun start pushing duties around. u are the teacher/instuctor for a good reason. cuz u pro at this area wat.

"it is not my obligation....."
-the idea of making u feel this false perception of guilt, so that u will work haarder. but as far aas i'm concern, look t the end of year report.... u get a like status for doing the job......

all these under the assumption of the instuctorteacher takig full responsibility for everything.....

then yar. within a grp, got a few black sheeps, tackle the black sheeps, dun vent ur anger and make everyone unhappy and feel that they are wasting their time.....

in short.... NO BRAINERS.

standard observation is like ppl have either two focus. to fit in & for ur own good. i adopting the second one.

ppl nowadays are really superficial..... huge hoha on the outside, but nothing on the inside.

then got those in forever self-delusion type..... haiz...... to heaven with u lah. hear only the good stuff.... but where's the fun sia..... the "i can do it" idea is a huge delusion.
