Well it doesn't take long after the grandchildren start coming before you are already behind in current family portraits. Becky announced to all at this very session that she was pregnant! Since this photo Becky and Luis have had another little girl, Lydia, and Shelby and Scott have had our first grandson Adam. we will have to wait for Benjamin to get home from serving his mission to get a current photo that includes everyone. I am looking forward to that.

Watching Spectacular Sunsets
Welcome to My garden
A garden gate welcomes friends and family into a world that I love to live in in the summer time. Very little happens inside my home once the flowers begin to bloom. I designed our garden, beginning with nothing more than a third acre lot of pure sand! It has taken 20 years for a vision to become a reality. And it is every thing I dreamed of. Family footprints cemented into step stones welcome visitors and lead the way.

Still my favorite
I love the different seasons. But Spring is still my favorite season. It is the renewing of life that lifts my spirits and gets me through the long winter days. The hope of spring is just as inspiring as spring itself! To see the little blue woodland hyacinths push thier crowns up through the matted decay of winter, to reveal the truth that yes spring is really coming and will bring its long awaited sigh of relief. And then before you know it the garden is filled with springs orchestra of color, each playing one upon the other, changing from what seems like moment to moment as the days quickly pass.
