Hi all,
Can you believe we woke up to snow this morning! It does look pretty on the floor, but chaos on the roads!
I have recently been making a few things for an upcoming Christmas Pamper/Shopping Night so here's a Penguin Candy Cane Ornament/Holder below:
I originally saw these a few years ago when we didn't have various punches to Stampin' Up! UK. Anyway, now that we have these punches, I found that my templates are larger than the original punches, so I had to use my templates to draw round the shapes and cut by hand. Talk about labour of love!
Hope you like my little penguin.
Bye for now,
Alex

This message will stay at the top till 20 December.
Please scroll down for new posts.
Evening all,
Hope
you're having a nice weekend and are thinking ahead to Christmas. I think I heard on the radio this morning that a month today will be Christmas Eve - ahhh, where has the time flown to?
I haven't started my Christmas cards, despite me saying every year, I'll start in January and do a few each month so that by the time December comes, it's not so much to do! lol.
Anyway, this time next Saturday will be 1st December so I thought I'd better let you know that I'll be doing the Christmas Wish List and Gift Certificates again this year :)
All you have to do is fill in my Wish List Form and mail it back to me which I will safely store for you. Then give your family/friends my contact details when they ask you what you would like for Christmas. They can contact me and between us, we can select what Stampin' Up! goodies to purchase off your Wish List
according to their budget and can organise to have the goodies
delivered either direct to their door or have them sent here for
collection. How easy is that? What a happy bunny you'll be knowing
that you'll get some craft goodies you've been wishing for instead of
the usual slippers, cds and smellies!
For a copy of the Wish List Form or more information, please email me on alexhau@rocketmail.com.
Please Note:
All Wish List orders must reach me asap to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
Alternatively, if a Gift Voucher is more your thing, I can arrange to have these in any denomination for your family/friends to purchase from me. These have no expiry date and can be used at any time. For your Gift Voucher to be received in time for Christmas, please let me know asap so that it catches the last First Class Christmas posting - Thursday 20 December 2012.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Bye for now,

IT's here, the amazing new Paper Trimmer from Stampin' Up!
Paper Trimmer Video --- check out the video by clicking on the link!
Introducing the new and improved Stampin’ Trimmer! Although paper
trimmers are a common crafting tool, this trimmer was designed
exclusively by paper crafters for paper crafters - and because it was made
by Stampin’ Up!, you know it’s a cut above the rest!
Please note: the cutting and scoring blade refills will be available early in December.
Features of the All-New Stampin’ Trimmer
- An extra-wide 15.9 cm cutting base and an extended 39 cm ruler
- The extra-wide cutting base provides a large work area and is marked in 4 mm increments, allowing for small measurements.
- The right-side grid helps you measure and cut very thin strips.
- The extended cutting arm has a stabilizing leg to provide a sturdy and steady cutting surface for longer cuts.
- When fully extended, the extended cutting arm sits flush with the
trimmer base, providing more accurate and consistent measurements across
the entire surface.
- All rulers and measurements on the base are printed under a plastic cover so your measurements won’t wear off.
- The base has nonskid feet, which keeps the Stampin’ Trimmer securely in place on your work area.
- A full 30.5 cm cutting and scoring track
- The extra-long cutting track has space at the top and bottom so you
don’t have to take the cutting and scoring blades out when you’re not
using them.
- The track gives you enough space to cut or score a full 30.5 cm without having to remove or switch out handles.
- The cutting track locks in place for secure storage or transport.
- The track includes an insertion point for cutting and scoring blade
handles so you can easily insert handles into the cutting track.
- Specially designed handles and cutting track to ensure straight cuts
- The hook on the scoring and cutting blade handles keeps the handles stable so the cuts are as straight as possible.
- Handles come in two colors: dark for cutting, light for scoring.
- The precision tip on the cutting blade allows you to pinpoint precisely where you’re cutting.
- The point on the side of each handle shows you where the blade will
cut, making it easy to see exactly where your cuts and scores will
begin.
- Storage compartment under base
- The storage compartment holds scoring and cutting tools such as a
Bone Folder, Simply Scored Stylus, extra scoring and cutting blades and
even business cards.
- Separate compartments within the storage compartment keep your tools
organized, and the clear cover makes it easy to see what you’ve stored.
- Product details: item 129722; 33,95 €/£25.95
Put this on your Wish List TODAY!

What fantastic news - Stampin' Up! has created a card-making application, called "Simply Sent!" This iPhone app allows you to create an
e-card from a template or completely on your own and send it via e-mail
or post it on Facebook.
Check out the app available to download for FREE in the itunes store.
