The gals from The Burtonesque Dolls , Simply Betty Stamps and Simply Betty Challenges blogs figured it was a good time to put together a blog hop of our very own: SIMPLY BETTY. This hop is ALLLLLLLLLLLLL about Betty and since October is Betty's favorite month (as it should be!) and there are sooooo many exciting things happening, why not do it just before?!!  This way we can get things warmed up for the whole October and Halloween theme.  Kinda like an appie!!  And since Halloween is her favorite time of year you will be seeing mostly, if not all Halloween cards and we have used only Betty Emo's images.   For my tribute to Betty, of course I HAD to use the Witchy Betty stamp!  After all, Betty just happens to be my Halloweenie Soul Sistah :)  I am sooooooo glad we found each other via the WWW.  She is just one of the sweetest gals around... pairing that with the fact that she has some sah-weet stamps & digis... and then throw the whole love-for-Halloween into the mi

Yeay... the new calendar is out for The Scrapbook Page , and sign-ups can begin for my classes! First up, Eerie & Elegant Cards on October 11th, 6:30pm-8:30pm.  Click on the link and it will take you to the store's website where you can see all four cards. This is my favorite of the four, but the others are pretty cool, too :) And this one I am REALLY excited about... a Halloween Waterfall Mini-Album on October 19th, 6:30pm-8:30pm.  It is a wine bag album :)  Plenty of pockets & pull-outs...  all in Halloweenie glory! There is no way to do this album justice in a photograph.  Tons of heat embossing, Tim Holtz stamps, May Arts ribbons, flocked paper, and so much more.  LOVE it. If I was rich and I had a Victorian "Painted Lady" mansion, this is how I would furnish it. These couches do not look very comfortable, but that's the price you have to pay to be stylish and unique.  There is a movie called, "Devil Chair", about an evil chair from hell that curses all who obtain it. Save your time, it's not worth the rental. And lastly, the Piece De Resistance....   Ewe know ewe want one!!! Again, not much in the comfort department, but uber creepy and yet alluring at the same time.

How did you like yesterday's preview?  Well, on to Day Two: This is Rio the Devil ... doesn't she look like she is up to no good?!  Love her... even though I had to use red... you know I don't do red very well :)  But Rio was totally worth stepping out of my comfort zone! Like the sentiment?  Is it not PERFECT for Rio?!  {and perfect for me in general :)}  Well, I got it from Paulette at TLC ... thanks, Paulette!
