Tiada Maaf Bagi Mu
Assalamualaikum,
entry kali ni mungkin betul dari dalam hati Mamaz sendiri...kejam je bunyi tajuk entry ni kan?
Bukan apa cuma Mamaz rasa tak puas hati bila sesuatu yang Mamaz tau ia berlaku sedangkan benda tu memang semua orang tau ia salah disisi undang2 negara apatah lagi agama Islam. Tapi orang2 ni still gak main langgar je n kadang2 boleh lak buat fatwa sendiri(sory takde kene mengene ngan politik k).

Monday Blues
What are Monday blues?
Answer: Sumber
its when your sick and you are always having a bad day on monday.
Assalamualaikum,
kul 7.00 kalau kuar umah sempat la smpi pejabat so dalam 6.50 Mamaz dah keluar rumah almaklum la duk apartment...smpi2 kat bawah rupenya Mamaz tersalah amik kunci kereta...aduyaiii nak naik atas takut lambat nasib terpk ade kunci spare dlm handbag, skali remote lak bateri dh kong...
kenalah jugak naik balik amik kunci kereta smpi2 kt bawah yang itu sekali tak boleh jugak so bukak pakai kunci berbunyi lak 'siren'nyer...pahtu tak tau lak tu mana secret button...dlm ulang alik tu...n duk mencari tu hubby pn turun tlg...pahtu anak lak nk g sekolah kang ade yg semua sangkut tak g sekolah n keje so hubby anta anak g sekolah...sementara tgu hubby dtg blik Mamaz pn gobek2 la remote tu buka semua tgk2 bateri tak kene kt besi remote tu so ape lagi jadi pomen la baru la remote boleh gune n siren pn terpadam tapi jam dah tunjuk kul lapan...mane sempat 15 minit nk smpi ofis?
so lewatla masuk ofis hari ni....org mesti ingat sebab dh cuti 2 hari susah la nk g ofis blik padahal sama je hari sabtu Mamaz dgn hari keje...kene bangun awal sebab semua yg berkaitan tu pn start kul 8 gak mcm waktu ofis so takde maknenye nak bgn lewat...huhu...

Osteoarthritis (OA)
Assalamualaikum,
hampir setengah hari Mamaz translate benda ni tapi kalau ada kesalahan tu minta ampun la sgt2 yer...klu boleh komenla ape yg salah atau kurang...so jika anda menghargai apa yang Mamaz lakukan ni bacalah sampai habis Post ni ye dan amalkan k...thanks.
Osteoarthritis (OA)
- Tembikai susu/cantaloupe/rock melon.
- Walnut sebagai snack.
- Minum Air Teh Hijau Halia Ais.
- Chicken Curry.

Finding Psoriasis Treatments at Home
Psoriasis is a complex, reoccurring autoimmune disorder characterized by red, flaky patches on the skin. Even though there is no cure, many treatments exist to ease the symptoms. Some aren't far away from your computer screen. Here are some pictures of psoriasis and seven simple treatments to help quiet its signs.
In the Medicine Cabinet
Dietary supplements can help ease psoriasis symptoms from the inside. Fish oil, vitamin D, milk thistle, and evening primrose oil have been successful for some. It's important to only take supplements that do not interfere with other pre-existing conditions or have harmful side effects. Fish oil applied directly to the skin has also been known to work well for some.Moisture Everywhere
Use a humidifier to keep the air in your home or office moist. It can prevent dry skin before it starts. Sensitive-skin moisturizers are also great at keeping your skin supple and from forming plaques. No Dyes or Perfumes
Most soaps and perfumes have dyes and fragrances in them. Sure, they can make you smell great but they also can inflame psoriasis. Choose products labeled as "sensitive skin" – these are made without the dyes and perfumes that can irritate skin. From the Kitchen, Part 1
Diet can play a pivotal role in managing psoriasis. Eliminating red meat and fatty foods have been effective for some. The National Psoriasis Foundation lists soy, nuts, chocolate, and cranberries as a few "functional foods" for treatment. From the Kitchen, Part 2
As healthy as olive oil is inside your body, it can have extra benefits for the skin. Applying olive or vegetable oil to scales and patches of psoriasis can lock moisture and nutrients in. Try massaging a few tablespoons on your scalp to help loosen troublesome plaques during your next shower. In the Bathtub
Your dermatologist will tell you hot water is your skin's enemy, but a lukewarm bath with Epsom salt, mineral oil, milk, or olive oil can soothe the itching and infiltrate scales and plaques. Moisturize immediately after your bath for double benefits. Learn more how water can help on the next page.Hard Water
Soft water is treated to only contain sodium, which isn't good for already dry skin. While hard water might leave more stains on your shower walls, it contains naturally-occurring minerals that some have found helps their psoriasis. Water pumped in from your local treatment plant is usually hard. If you're using a water softener in your home, turning it off could benefit your skin.No One Answer
Unfortunately, there is no one single answer to stop psoriasis. What's worse is not everything works for everyone. Using some of the tips shown here, as well as using other treatment options, you can custom-tailor your daily routine to keep problem itching and flaking to a minimum.Sumber: Yahoo!

Top 15 Places in the world for Scuba Diving
Posted by Kristen Colapinto on October 3rd, 2010
From the Caribbean Sea to the icy cold waters of the North, Scuba diving can be enjoyed in many ways. Swimming next to Giant Sea turtles, exploring coral reefs or visiting old ship wrecks, diving offers a way to enter into new and unknown territories.
With that in mind, here is a a list of 15 of the best places in the world (in no particular order) for diving:
15. Fernando de Noronha
This is off the beaten path in Brazil but here you will find lots of life among the blue waters. You’ll be able to swim with turtles, dolphins, and much more. With over 7000 kilometers of coastline, numerous islands and an untold number of shipwrecks in local waters, Brazil is, indeed, one of the South America’s best diving destinations. More and more areas of the Brazilian coastline are being turned into sanctuaries or aquatic parks, particularly for diving activities and preservation of marine life. There are official groups to protect the proliferation and habitats of sea turtles (TAMAR) and the Peixe Boi, or Sea Cow, a salt-water cousin of the Manatee. Numerous locations off Brazilian shores are favored by dolphins, and whales come to give birth to new calves in the warm, Brazilian waters between June and October.
14. Thailand
Thailand has a number of famous dive sites: Phuket, Ko Tao, Similan Islands, and the Surin Islands. UPSR 2009: 5A PMR 2012: ?
Ujian Bertulis | 9-11 Oktober 2012 (Selasa hingga Khamis) |
15 - 16 Oktober 2012 (Isnin hingga Selasa) |
Majlis Penyampaian Anugerah Cemerlang UPSR |

Thanks to The Owner of Miecyber's Blog sebab memberi inspirasi dan semangat untuk blog Mamaz ni berkembang.
Tulus dari hatimamaz yang ikhlas.

Cuti Tahun Baru Cina - Pulau Pinang
Assalamualaikum,
Malas nak cite banyak so kite tgk gambar2 je la yer...
