This week, I entered my 30 weeks pregnancy. So far everything seems to be going smoothly except that I have some toes' swelling and sciatic nerve pain on my right leg. Went for my prenatal visit last Friday and I weigh 108lbs, making it a total of 15 lbs weight gain so far. Now, my visit to the OB office will be more frequent (every 2 weeks).
Still no name finalize for this little one. Just don't know when will this get done. My sister in law is always so busy and she has delayed the chinese name calculation for more than 3 months already! Until we get the chinese name, then we will match it with the English name. So for now, this little guy is known as "Di-di" :)
Finally, I've booked my parents' air tickets. They will be scheduled to arrive on March 29 evening and will be here for 5 months. At least this is the biggest thing I need to settle before the baby's arrival.

Gong Hei Fatt Choy!!!
Gong Hei Fatt Choy!!! I know, it is 元宵 today (or was it yesterday?)...I guess late post is better than NO post at all.
I just sent my girls to preschool this morning (will post about it later)and then I went to take a walk around the neighborhood. The weather is so good today and I needed some exercise so badly.
Okay, back to CNY. Didn't do much actually. We had a teleconference with WT's family in the morning of CNY eve and then I was busy cooking for our own reunion dinner. On the first day of CNY, it was a working day for WT...so nothing much to write about except that the girls received their ang pows from Mommy and Daddy!
On the 7th day, we went to have dim sum lunch with some Malaysian friends at the Golden Court restaurant. We were so surprised to see Lion Dance and firecrackers at the Asian Mall (where the restaurant is located). The girls weren't afraid of the lion or the loud firecrackers...in fact, they were enjoying it.
After lunch, a whole bunch of us went over to May's house to visit her and the baby (baby Ian was born on the 1st day of CNY i.e., Jan 26, 2009). The girls had fun playing with Jada, Jade and Nicole and of course their favorite friend, Nelson...the cat! On the second week of CNY, the girls fell sick....so we stayed home most of the time.....
Below are some pics of the girls taken during CNY period...

Snow day in Charlotte!
It was snowing in Charlotte yesterday!!!Yay!!! and to me it was the heaviest snow fall since I came to NC 5 years ago. I believe it was about 2-3 inches of snow yesterday.

I will try to put up the video soon!
After the girls had their breakfast, I bundled them up and brought them out to the deck to play with the snow. They were a little afraid at first and don't know what to do but before you know it, they were already playing and throwing the snow around!

Update on baby #3!
It is going to be a BOY this time!!! WT and I are so happy! Not because we prefer boy over girl but after having 2 girls, it feels so good to have a boy. At least WT will not be the only "male" in the family. Found out the sex of the baby as early as 14 weeks as I've been having so many ultrasound due to the bleeding. Finally, the bleeding stopped around 19 weeks and I've not seen any since then. Just hope it will stay that way! Baby's heart beats is doing great...around 140-150bpm each time I go for my prenatal check up.
As for myself, I've gained only 12 pounds at 26 weeks. Far from what the doc expect me to gain since I started the pregnancy underweight. I wasn't too worry about the weight issue as I've only gained 30 pounds when I was pregnant with the twins. However, I've been trying to add more calories into my diet. Again, I've been told to eat ice-cream every night!!
Other than that, my toes have been swelling almost every night now due to increase in blood and fluid volume in the body. So before I go to bed every night, I put my leg in warm-hot water. It helps to bring down the swelling as well as the itchiness.
Another bothering symptom that I've been experiencing on and off since a month ago is the Sciartica nerve pain (at the back of my leg from the butt down). Not as bad as the twin pregnancy, so I'm doing okay.

Christmas 2008!
Again, a late post!!! So sorry!

Didn't do much on Christmas Day but we went to the Tam's house for steamboat. The girls had got a few Christmas gifts from the Uncles and Aunties and they were so excited opening the presents! Hubby and I got them a baby doll each. It comes with some clothings, baby bottles, sippy cups and etc. I'm so glad that both of them knows how to play with dolls and soft toys now.
Below are some pics taken on X'mas day!
