Annual Dinner
NTUC Annual Dinner n Dance 2007
hi. i juz came back home from dnd.
overall, todae event was alright...host was damn funny lorx!
rushed hm after pract class todae, din attend the lecture at all.
have a good rest n at 5pm, took bus down tampines to mit them at 6pm.
cause the bus will be waiting for us at 6pm dere.
reached suntec b4 7pm, n we entered the event hall after scanning n collecting our door gift...a vacumn flask.
event started off with a Euro dance, prive-giving, table games, magic performance by JC Sum and of course the much-awaited lucky draw.
dinner was a 8course meal.
Took fotos too with the aunties n cl.
saW a few of young pretty gals dere lol, then cl was like saying "dere dere the gal very chio...haha"
Anyway, overall dinner was ok.
since it's my second yr attending le, everything including the venue was the same except the performances.

Busy
I'm aching now.
The intense long quenes during the late mornings did not let me have time to have a deep breath, not even a short break to the gents...
needed some rest to relieve myself now.
My new lime-green specs really attract much attention.
even my colleagues and some regular cust says, yr specs very noce lehx n trendy too...i was like tks for yr compliment...haha
currently, juz finish rev on db quiz n working on db proj.
have aldy research on system control proj, will work on wid my ideas n proposal tis week.

then a bunch of us head down to Chomp Chomp for dinner.
really have a feast dere lol, order so much...
still can linger wad if eat tad dae...
shld have satay, bbq wings, carrot cake, fried oyster,hokkien mee,prawn soup n Sugar cane juice to go along...haha
Indeed enjoy a good meal wid my kakis.
by then, reach hme bout 12am le.
DnD is coming up soon. I mus get myself some clothes frm boutique soon.

met up wid km n ivan in sch.
then we proceed down to compass for lunch at bk.
finally after lunch, catch a train down vivo.
all of us watch underdog. The film is damn humorous lor.
i was like laughing from the start till e end.
really a must watch!
b4 n after movie, we also went round vivo to shop for clothes.
here, sharing e photos at toy'us(dunno how to spell) in preparation for halloween.
so long din have so much fun in a toy shop, remind me of those childhood days.

it's been more than 1 week since i left uob.
the 3 weeks dere were worthwhile(Sep 13-oct 5).
so now, let me share u what i have at uob...

1st Day
woo! finally back to sch after 6 weeks of breaks.
time flies, aldy year 2 sem2 le.
but i'm happy for myself, i'm wid D5 for all e modules le, so tis is sumting to celebrate bout...haha
also time for me to buck up too.
so started to read e notes taught todae.
i really wan to do even better tis sem. I'm not jk either.
lastly
recently, has been playing true or dare quite often.
either in chalet or bbqs lol.
really dunno wad to say, or juz dunno wad to say out.
When i'm being forced to say bout my love life.
all did not blossom but to wither, so sad!!!
i juz hate tis type of game, when they dig out secrets.
i'm totally a sore loser, sumtink i agrees myself.
have the urge to find sumone whom i can share my sorrows wid, but times were blank.
have the courage, but do not have the courage to accept blows.
so, retracting is the best at the moment.

kkk...have to hand in my timesheet to re todae, in order to receive mid-month pay by next wk.
so rush down to raffles to submit b4 gg bbq.
went for EI0605 bbq on fri at pasir ris park in e evening.
again...visit downtown east for a few consecutive weeks this holidays.
enjoyed myself dere...have a great chat wid them...
though dere was not much night breeze to enjoy...weather was good after a rain in the afternoon.
took a grp foto, then all of us went off at bout 2plus in e morning.
luckily, chew wa drove me, yz, zd, hecky home...or else no public transport...haha
next day:
still have to wake up early for work.
really not enough slp lor, bout 4 hrs only.
then work as usual, keep on yawning~~~
sales $8200 on hari raya.
went vivo wid family in the nite.
shop for clothes, cause gg open sch le ma...nid some clothes for my wardrobe.
bought 2 tees n one bermuda.
then shop around e mall lor.
sun.
work morning as usual.
go compass alone for dinner n to buy some stuffs.
sad...sad...
6 wks of hols has finally come to an end.
but in a certain way, looking forward to a beginning in a new sem.

Everything
few days din get a chance to blog, cause was too busy to do so.
finally ended my stint @ uob on friday.
shall miss all those staff dere(including the teenagers), my sups n the cool environment.
of course, will have to say good-bye to my worktable, destop n the confortable chair which i was using for the past weeks.
though the hours were long, staff dere was good, was easy for me to adapt to a new change.
hope if possible, maybe will return back dere to work again in my next holiday.
although henry joined 1 1/2 wks ltr(but diff dept, both of us(including alvin n the guy) will go fer lunch tgr. so shall miss those times we have for lunch...haha
now back to current, met rus on fri for dinner n to collect money for chalet, then have chat wid him too...
currently, still coughing, hope can get better, so i can enjoy my chalet nxt wk.
