Hi bloggers. Hope you all had a wonderful christmas and are now ready to let your hair down and see the new year in. I have had a lovely one but seemed very busy. All my crafting stash was put away while I had visitors. Tomorrow is New Years Ever and new Years Day is my Son In laws birthday so there is always a bit of do for that. The next day we should get back to normal and I am so looking forward to doing some more crafting. I thought I would share with you this card which has just appeared on the Splodge Away Blog as I couldnt think of any other way to wish you all A very Happy New Year.

Hi bloggers this is my contribution to Splodge Away DT weekly project. The theme being make it Mini. This is to highlight the mini masks that Tom produces. To make the card I also used one of his smaller 6x6 masks that he now makes. While you are there check out the Monthly challenges and maybe join in. You could be a winner.

Hi everyone well I came on really to tell everyone who was looking forward to Tom from Splodgeaway being on Create and Craft on 17th December to get your tissues out as its been cancelled until the 4th January. Sob sob. good news for DT members though as this gives us a bit more time to get some samples done. Without giving too much away you get a LOT for your money on the next show so that is a LOT for DT members to do samples with.x  Had a nice day today at Suzicraft even though it was freezing cold and ice and fog on the way its always worth it to see all the lovely people. It was the Thursday morning coffee clubs xmas do today and they had a fun time with party hats, buffet and pass the parcel but still managed to craft. My visit was just fleeting for me ( A couple of hours. haha)
Couldnt blog without sharing a card with you. This was another one I made useing Sheena Douglass A little bit sketchy festive stamps and coloured with pro markers. Well of to do some crafting.
Thank you for takeing the time to pop to my blog

Good afternoon bloggers. Just thought I would get a quick blog in, inbetween cooking sunday lunch and share with you a card that I have made in batch that I will be sending to friends this year. Some may already have them as Cliff sends them as I make them. A great little production line. Very simple to make. I have used Sheena Douglas's a little bit sketchy feastive stamps for the Robin and Bow and a little worker stamp in holly from a Hobby Art Set.

I stamped the Robin ( and what great stamps they are very clean images, a pleasure to work with) and the bow then coloured with pro markers. (I cut pieces of card 4x4 for the robin) Then cut out the bows and edeged the white with red around the robins. before glueing onto my 6x6 cards I stamped the holly stamp around the edge of the card blank. Job done.
