FAST CARS...
which is actually the title of the song playing on my media player right now...
and incidentally, not what the car im driving is.
hehehe.
the other day, i kena honked at by a taxi-driver for driving at 30km/h on the roads.
bloody hell.
eh hello, i got L plate for a reason can??!!
L for lousy.
now now all you drivers out there, please don't honk if you see someone driving at a ridiculously slow pace on the expressway.
its probably me.
hehehe.
in other news, have slowly started integrating myself into the training programs for both canoe polo and canoeing.
though things are a tad messy still cos training times clash with my therapy. but it'll sort itself out i guess.
gotta play catch up now cos of all the trainings i've missed. aiyaiyaiyai. =)
hols are just gonna fly by.
You got a fast car
I want a ticket to anywhere
Maybe we make a deal
Maybe together we can get somewhere
Anyplace is better
Starting from zero got nothing to lose
Maybe we'll make something
But me myself I got nothing to prove

THE ONE WITH ALL THAT DRAMA...
ok so there was total chaos in my house last night.
put terrified females and a rat together and its about as chaotic as you can get.
hehehe.
and at past midnight no less.
got back pretty late from jb last night so was sitting in the hall trying to wind down.. and my grandma decided to keep me company for awhile.
out of nowhere, she screeched..
"eeeeee! kim aiyoh! got rat ah! wah damn big ah, the bugger! die ah, die ah!"
i went straight into panic mode.
according to her, she had just seen the rat scurry in through the open front door of the house and into (brace yourselves people - damn suay) MY ROOM!
wah lau bloody hell.
it had to be my door that was the only other one left wide open.
so my granny was like, ' quick kim! get the fleet! get the fleet! faster!!!'
all the time muttering, 'die ah!!' under her breath.
how reassuring.
fleet, by the way guys, is my granny's speak for insecticide.
looking back, i realised we were trying to kill the rat with insecticide.
wah brilliant we were la.
insecticide can kill what rat u tell me?? hahahah damn funny.
so anyways, in the process of panicking she began fumigating my entire room with insecticide whilst i started carrying stuff out of my room in our attempt to seek out the rat.
we succeeded.
bloody bugger was hiding behind my cupboard.
after that we were totally lost. and had to call my uncle.
thank god he lives like 5 minutes away, in the next block.
if not i swear the hysterics my grandma and i were in would have forced him to come rushing down in a cab even if he lived in boon lay or something.
heh. =)
wah but my uncle is damn cool la.
he came and caught the rat in like 5 minutes flat...
and came out to see my grandma with her feet up on a chair and me sitting on the table.
we were afraid the rat would come running out and scurry around our feet. hehehehe.
or that it might bite us and give us rabies.
lucky this story had a happy ending. hehehe.
we pondered for really long on how the rat could have got to the 5th floor.
there was a point when my grandma even asked me, 'eh do you think rats can climb up walls??? maybe it came in through the window.'
hahahaha.
but in the end we gave up and concluded it must be the construction work going on downstairs the block.
driving all the bloody rats out of their holes.
oh and according to my uncle, the rat wasn't as big as my grandma made it out to be.. the way she described it, he had to come equipped with industrial size gloves to catch it.
after that i spent like 2 hours pondering on whether the rat might have had any opportunity to procreate in my room.
the illogical thoughts i generate out of my fear!
my granny on the other hand, spent a considerable amount of time spraying insecticide into every little nook and cranny of the house.
she said it made her feel more assured just in case there was anything lurking around.
hahahaha.

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET??

RANDOM CRAP IN MY HEAD....
wah batman v. cool.
i've never particularly been a batman fan but i've seen batman forever twice in the past week since cable appears to be running out of stuff to show or something.
hence the repeat telecasts of the batman movie. heh.
val kilmer is sucha great batman.
and i wanna watch batman begins.
on a more disturbing note,
i just assessed my dietary habits and have realised they suck.
today i walked into the kitchen and decided my breakfast would be coke, chocolate and incredibly sticky candy.
i am the ultimate poster child for bad health.
hurray for me!! hehehehe.
wah arms pain from not doing gym for so long. i very suck. hahaha.
and i've also realised that i can sew leh!
apparently having an injury makes me more feminine and domesticated.
pretty soon i'll be ready to don a flowery apron and potter around the kitchen cooking or something.
hahahah see? i did warn that this post was all about my incoherent, no-link, random thoughts.
too early in the morning lah.
my thought process takes the course of an entire day to develop.
so everybody, take note: i am at my most brilliant at night.
ask me anything.
hahahahaha nah i kid i kid.
sadly, i have yet to see any hint of my brilliance. but i am convinced its lurking around somewhere. =)
ok and for some reason i am finding Rammstein v. cool.
thanks to my sneaky brother who downloaded a whole bunch of their songs and put them in my music library.
he did so without my knowledge i must add, in a last attempt to convince me that metal music is not that bad.
yes he was that desperate. hahaha.
i think he was ready to swear on his first born that i would like Rammstein.
and i can't believe i actually do.
now if only they'd sing in english. german i no understand. =)
hahaha i should put a stopper to my random thoughts and go back to sleep.
nirvana's been in my head these past few days. hehehe.
I wish I was like you
Easily amused
Find my nest of salt
Everything's my fault
I'll take all the blame
Aqua seafoam shame
Sunburn with freezerburn
Choking on the ashes of her enemy
Nirvana - all apologies
