Busy Busy Summer

Blake is too cool by the pool.

We met up with Tamlynn Clyde and Bekah Dunkley and their kids, two of my college roommates who I hadn't seen in about 12 years, it was a lot of fun. Here are all the kids at the Paleontology museum on BYU campus. Hopefully I get all these names in the correct order: Left to right: Cader D., Calvin H., Matthew C., Topher D., Blake H., Phoebe D., Baby Maggie D., Elizabeth C., Abbey H.
Swim lessons were a big hit, I couldn't find a good one of Calvin to post here, but he almost always had his head under the water, so it was hard to get a good one of him. As usual, the lessons made a big difference in how confident the kids are in the water, especially true for Blake and Abbey. Blake is now as wild in the water as he is out of the water-he belly flops, dunks his head sideways and tries to walk in as deep as he can! Abbey now goes down the big slide alone and even went off the diving board!

At the Monte L. Bean Life Science museum on BYU campus with cousin Bailey, they got to hold a snake, too, which they thought was pretty awesome.
Camping with the Marlers and Davises, always a fun time. The kids built this "fort" and worked really hard on it, they were very pleased with themselves.
We were camping in the amazingly beautiful Olympic National Park, this is Hurricane Ridge, the views are spectacular.

At the beach in southern Oregon, we spent a week there visiting Larry's grandma with his parents, very fun.
