I lost one of my ear rings today... :(
Well i'm not really sad but, i kinda liked it and spent $10 on it. Haha... well! What's gone's gone. I'm just sad because my mom's money is wasted. I mean, i bought it with my pocket money but the money is still my mom's... :( I'm considering to work during this hols to earn a bit for my family. But looking at my busy schedule... it really puts me off! Nonetheless, i thank God for this time. Went for kite-flying with Ai Lin, Barry, Justin and Gloria today, after which Joey came to join us! It was funnnn! :D
After which Glo and i went to Dhoby Ghaut to meet up with a few of our classmates Katerine, Yun qi and Melllvin Paul Singh! :) Hahaha, what a crazy and fun bunch of people. I totally enjoyed myself with them, having chicken rice for dinner and tau huey you tiao and playing the what Melvin calls the "HOURS AND HOURS OF FAMILY FUN!" game, which is basically Monopoly cards which he bought for $4 when he was in China! Hahahaha, then we played Uno. I really do love my classmates. I'm so blessed having them in class where we had all the fun times laughing and making fun of each other. Hahaha, i thank God for this semester, even though it isn't my best performance for my studies, but... it really is quite fulfilling in many aspects.
And THEN, Glo's dad came to pick us up from DG and we went to Bishan to meet Philip and Priscilla and their whole bunch of church friends! All 20 of them! Wow they totally swarmed the place. Hahahaha, but it was too crowded. And my siblings were there to meet us too. So we decided to leave the prawning place and Glo's dad (Uncle John) decided to bring my siblings and i to recce others parts in Singapore where we've never been to before. So he drove us to Farmart! And after having wonderful BBQ-ed chicken wings, we proceeded to walk around that area and gosh i didn't feel like i was in Singapore at all! It's so difficult to be in places like where we were in Singapore... where life is more rural. It was a great time spent with Glo and uncle John. :) After getting into the car, uncle John drove us around the rural areas... where my siblings and i have never really been to before. Somewhere in Lim Chu Kang...
The roads were calm and quiet. Our tour guide (Uncle John) was just showing us and telling us about the different farms around there. I hope Gloria is proud of her Dad. :) Well... i really enjoyed the whole touring experience. haha. Christian music playing in the background... And the roads so straight and endless. I just have no words to describe how i was feeling. It was serenity, it was excitement, it was...
Well, i really don't want all these. I guess.. i don't really want all these if they're gonna be stealing me away from Jesus. I'd rather go through my exams again if that would bring me closer to Jesus...
That's all i have to say. 4.05a.m. Goodnight my side of the world.. and good morning to the other side of the planet.
