Grandpa Jimbo helped Lexen find his eggs.
Zoie is almost 4 now. Just so you know, that's not a dress, it's a skirt also know as a tutu (she had to correct me).

11 Months
It’s crazy to think about how much has changed in just one month! I waited 11 months to hear mama – it was worth the wait. Most of the time he’s very demanding yelling MOM then signing food – I see how I rank. But the other day Shan and I were having lunch while Lexen was playing and he came up to my chair in the sweetest calm voice said mama. I jumped up and gave him a big kiss – my heart melted.
He is using a lot more signs and is picking up more each day. Now daddy has to start keeping up so he’ll know what Lexen is saying.
We are amazed at how many commands he can follow. You can ask him to go get this or that and off he goes. He is learn more body parts such as, hold your head, close your eyes, touch your toes, touch your ears, touch your nose, etc. Now if we can get him to stop grabbing our nose that would be great!
He has st
arted waving and getting into the kitchen cabinets. He is one busy guy. He loves to get nose to nose with Bella then yell as loud as possible. Bella looks at him like what is wrong with you?
Can’t wait to see what the next 30 days will bring.

Poor Baby Boy
Lexen is going on his 5th day of recovering from food poisoning. We had a crazy day last Thursday, so in the midst of running errands decided to stop for lunch. We ate following our gluten / dairy free diet and although the food wasn’t the best, it was alright. That evening I had a headache and a stomach ache, but poor baby Lexen started throwing up. I camped out on his bedroom floor as he was up every 30 minutes through the night. The next day he couldn’t eat anything without it coming up and only took in about 4 ounces all day. We cuddled most of the day and he slept in my arms. Each day he is getting better – it’s sure taking a long time for him to fully recover. Little man has sure been a trooper!
