ONE YEAR!!!

I can't believe a year has come and gone already!!! The girls have grown so much and have become so much fun!! We had a birthday party for them last weekend. It was a great time and I will have wonderful memories from that afternoon! I'm looking forward to what the next year has in store.

Growing like weeds!

I can't believe a year has almost passed! Everyone told me how fast it would go, but I could never have dreamed it would feel like the blink of an eye! The girls are so happy and have gotten to be so much fun. Bobby and I are really enjoying them and enjoy watching their personalities develop. Parker is already walking and Payton is not too far behind. They love to babble and laugh at each other! I know they will be so close and I am excited to see their friendship develop.
The girls have discovered how much they love to be outside. We are taking full advantage of the little spring that we will have before the heat becomes unbearable! Luckily we have a glass porch that we can let the girls play in. At least they think they're outside, hehe!

Rub a Dub

Happy Payton
Sneaky PaytonBest Friends
Parker being "sweet""I'm outta here"!
The girls loved their bath in the blow up ducky! They spent most of the time trying to get out rather than playing inside the duck! Funny how the girls can be so fussy until we put them in the bath! They turn into happy babies again! The girls are nine months, already! We can hardly believe it. Some of the things we are doing: Parker is waving bye-bye, trying to make sweet eyes, playing peek a boo, giving sweet kisses on demand, crawling, pulling up on everything, and standing up for small amounts of time! Payton is trying to wave bye-bye, clapping, giving kisses, crawling and finally mastered pulling up! Both of them love to eat and would rather have whatever we have than have baby food or a bottle. Won't be long and they'll get their wish! We are at such a fun age with them and loving every minute!

Fun with Uncle B!

The girls are moving all over the place these days! They have realized now that they can crawl out of the living room. They've discovered new favorite place to play in the hall. Brett was here for a little while on Sunday, and they all enjoyed some hallway play! If only these pictures had noise, you would hear Payton's sweet giggles everytime Uncle B pulled her by her feet! Such simple pleasures in life!!!

Christmas time!

This is the very first year I have had a desire to send out Christmas cards. It may just be that we have two new cuties to show off. Here are a few of the ones that we took. We are waiting for the rest of the pics from the photo shoot. We are looking forward to this Christmas with our favorite presents ever!!!

Halloween Tailgaiting!

The girls first Halloween happened to fall on a home Saints game. We took the girls out to the tailgaiting spot and spent the afternoon out there. Of course, I brought their costumes for them to wear, even though it was so hot outside. I think it is a mild form of child abuse to dress babies up in all of this gear, but they are so darn cute in it! They were in the animal costumes all of 5 minutes, but we had time to get some super cute pics. Payton was our little duck and Parker was the sweet piggy.

Fall Sweeties!

Don't take my hay!
Happy camper again This past weekend Aunt Sis came in for a visit! We had a great time with the girls. We packed them up on both Friday and Saturday for shopping trips. We are teaching them early about sister time. Saturday we dressed them in their pretty fall dresses and headed to the french market downtown. They had a few little pumpkin patches set up. It was an interesting site trying to get two wobbly, not yet sitting up, six month olds to stay up amongst the pumpkins. Parker started out as her serious self and all Payton wanted to do was play with the hay. With the help of a kind stranger we got a few of Parker smiling. It was a useless cause to try to get Payton to look at the camera as she was taken by the hay. By most standards they are not super pics, but by mine, they are perfect. These are the memories I'll have looking back years from now. What beautiful memories they will be!!!
