Love Christmas songs! But i'll flip if i hear the song Last Christmas again. I heard it up to a record of at least 10 times in ONE day at different places. MANN. There're so many Christmas songs to choose from and everyone has to play the same song??

However, most shops have now stopped playing Christmas songs but have instead to started play Chinese New Year Songs -_-"' BUT CHRISTMAS IS NOT OVER!!! There are 12 days of Christmas!! RAHS! And CNY is a month away! *whines*

Okie dokie enough ranting~~ Need to prepare to go out to meet one of my most favourite persons on earth!! WHEEEE!!

YEP! Second day of christmas. Technically i should be out but as i've mentioned in the previous post, i'm now suffering from the consequences of my greed. ROFL. Very, very inappropriate timing when all the delicacies are staring at me. Stupid dairy products -_-"' BUT the plus side is that i might actually be able to shed some excess kilos!! I only ate a bowl of cereals for the whole day.

Sorry Rachiee dearie~ Cancelled out on dinner date and then the whole meeting altogether =.= When you're back we'll arrange again k!! Take care darling!

This year's Christmas presents have been really nice and thoughtful and all sincerity is truly felt!! (including the "screws and bolts") Every year, the gifts get more and more interesting! ROFL! But one paticular year's gift was the ultimate ^_- I think it will be the first and the last time i would receive that. HAHAHA!

WAHAHAHA but i'm eyeing 2 of my sister's gifts. Mum's gifts to the both of us were the same this year and i was initially soo terribly pleased with my gift from my dad until i saw my sister's!!

It's a thumbdrive!! MANN. At first my sister and i thought it was an eraser but the sticker "8GB" gave the game away. My sister doesn't even like Hello Kitty! I think my dad got us mixed up or what... -_-"'

But still, thanks dad for the Christmas gift!! I like it alot! Can't wait to start using it! WHEE!!

Anyway, another gift that my sister received was the speaker for her Poddy!! SO COOL CAN! ROFL! I am soo amused by it. Shall blast my music on her speakers soon ^-^

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

My favourite time of the year!!! CHRISTMAS!!! Beyond the gifts, surprises, songs, lightings and food, there lies an important message.

“This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins” (1 John 4:9-10).

Speaking of food, i'm now suffering the consequences of greed. I feel so bloated from all the food lately and the total lack of excercise =X Ate 3 different types of log cakes this Christmas and i'm so put off by them now. ROFL. But the best one was the one from today's party!! (see picture below) It's different from the other log cakes because it isn't a cream cake! (i absolutely abhor cream) It's an ice-cream cake from Haagen Dazs bought by my sister which costed her a whooping S$90+++!!

Spent Christmas eve travelling around Singapore but kicked off the day before day break. How long has it been that i haven't left my house before the sun has risen? I think the last time was during JC days! HAHAH! Yes, i'm so used to seeing the sun already in the sky every morning i wake up. Heh..it was early enough to see all the army boys boarding and alighting from buses/trains.

Sustaining a whole day which required both physical and mental strength with only 4 hours of sleep was not an easy feat. However, the effects of fatigue was only felt early in the morning and at the end of the day. RAHS! When you're with people you enjoy being with, time flies by! [Waiting for pictures to be sent to me. You all know who you are!!!]

Fen and Zx missing from the picture because they were playing with the kids. WAHAHA! We're the 4 who provided the background music for the day!!

ROFL. I really want to learn beatboxing PROPERLY. WAHAHAHA! It's so terribly fun!! Anyone wants to volunteer to teach me? ^-^

Okie, shall blog more about Christmas eve when i've received the pictures..WAHAHA but in short, i just feel that playing with sparklers always leaves much to think about and reflect on life and decision*-*

To whom i was speaking on the phone when we sort of counted down to Christmas together, i just want to say: BE BRAVE. And pray. I really want you to find your own happiness okay?? :) I don't want you to regret. ANW, Love you lots!! HUGSS!

Hmmm. Christmas Day naturally started with church service which was absolutely T-E-R-R-I-F-I-C! It was soooo sooo good. I want to join the church choir! HAHAHA the drummer was sooo cool when he was drumming!! Full of concentration yet obviously enjoying himself and playing for God. OH MANN. EVERYTHING WAS JUST FANTASTIC. The presence. The mood. The songs. The scriptures. AWwww. I was actually quite upset when the service ended because i was enjoying myself so much. WAHAHA!

After service was the delivery of presents...short catch-ups and errands to be run to prepare for the family gathering at my place! WHEEEE!!! Was kind of like a potluck party but we, being the hosts, naturally had to prepare more stuff. But i must admit i was secretly glad that they enjoyed the food i prepared and the chocolate desserts that i made. It was heartening to see people scoop the dish you prepared for 2nd/3rd or even 4th helpings! *beams* Thanks to my mum who had to cook and prepare her dishes and yet help me wash up after i used all her beloved crockery. Wheehee! ^-^

Oooh mann...it's so late once again. Anyway, i just snapped a picture of Nat in his really cute romper which is really befitting of his reputation - Mummy's Little Monster. ROFL!

Wheeee! Finally went to snip of those unruly and untamable locks today! ^^; *beams*

Today, i happened to be near my church so i decided to just pop in and say my prayers and spend some time doing QT.

The church was surprisingly not as empty as i thought it would be. In fact, there were so many people sitting at the pews that it shocked me, considering that evening masses were already over then.

Some were sitting...some were kneeling...some were walking...But there was a blanket of silence in the church. Special care to walk slowly was taken so that the beautiful silence would not be broken. This silence was not oppressive(unlike those in examination halls). It was peaceful and somewhat calming.

It was a very nice place to be.

No words can explain the effect that this sort of silence brought. Such Peace. All worries were lifted. All sadness taken away. People who have caused hurt were forgiven. Left the place with a light heart and bounce in each step.

No wonder there were people just sitting there, seemingly staring into space.

The answer that was sought was not directly given but the answer to the wait was.

WHOOTS!!! Finally, we threw a surprise and very belated 21st party for our darling Pres, ZX!!! One word - HIGH! Okay.. make it 2 words - HIGH & FUN!

The birthday card that we made, each taking an alphabet of her name that has pictures that showed the walk of our friendship since J1. Strung it up and stuck it on the wall, singing (terribly offkey) while waiting for her to enter the room with cake in hand, and party poppers in the other, singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

It was fun and exciting while trying to keep the surprise a success!! We had to make multiple detours and phonecalls to track the location of the supposedly unsuspecting female lead of the day.

And we all got very high very, very quickly!

Thanks to Fen, we even have a group song now!! Nonono, no longer Pass It On... No more That's What Friends are For. But....ARASHI!!!! ( I was watching the video on the bus and was happily chuckling to myself that i almost missed my stop!! Hahaha! No worries! It was so late that there was only me and the bus driver on the bus. HEH :D )

Okay, Fen was also standing and joining in the screaming but she hid her face as soon as she saw the camera...

Zx can...ermm...really mess up songs when she can't reach the notes. She does it on purpose! WAHAHAH!

Okayyyy so while fen is happily singing, i'm posing for photos. ROFL! Ever-ready!

See those 2 chortling with laughter?! That's how much laughter we derive from screaming in to mikes or was it listening to Myr's touching rendition of Jay Chou's songs? Chuckles.

We are the 3 who don't really need mikes. WAHAHAHAH! For obvious reasons.

Wheeeee! Ml also made a very touching video for ZX! When i first watched it with the music, it was really very touching!! ARGH! ZX you must watch the video again!!

HAHAHA Okay, it's super duper late now and i should end up the post with the beautiful card!!

Slightly more than a week has passed since the i've rejoined civilisation and i seemed to have done so many things after the 4th. I've been soo busy lately but if you asked me what i've been busy with, i can't seem to remember exactly what i've done. Hahaha.. Just busy meeting up with people whom i've promised to meet..celebrating Merf's birthday (with a log cake for his birthday cake!!)...and shopping! I have been out every single day for the past week! So today, i've finally decided to stay home and recharge myself for another schedule-packed week ahead! Roars!!

Time seems to have whizzed by yet at times, it seems to crawl. Both emotions stemming from different reasons. Hahah, i'm so hard to please eh?! I want time to stop, yet at the same time i want time to pass faster ^^;

最近、毎日友達と遊びましたよ！食べたり、おしゃべりしたり、買い物したり。。。買い物するとき、一番うれしい人よ！ワハハハ！すごく楽しかったけど、お金が十分じゃない！それも、クリスマスのプレセントを買いなくちゃ！もうすぐ貧乏人になるみたいね。ハハ！でも、クリスマスが大好き！愛の期間から！

昨日は両親と朝ごはんを食べたから、一人で教会へ行った。後でシミンさんのうちへ行った。パーティの準備したから。まるいちにち私とメリングちゃん一緒に冗談に笑った 。私のいい友達！夜、五人一緒にフィシアンドコで夕食を食べた！おいしかったぜ！ジュロングポイントは今、超かっこいいじゃん！いろいろなことがある！もう一度あそこで行きたい！誰か私と一緒に行かない？！＾＾；


アァ。。。懐かしいなぁ。。どうしてもそれを考えてしまいます。あなたが私のそばいるに慣れているね。あなたがいなくて、時々一人のとき、あなたを考えた、ちょっとさびしいわよ。特に一人で通うとき、よく考えた (=_=) 答えが知りたいけど、怖いだよね。アラ、気持ちが悪いなぁ。。。ひどい！できるだけ早く戻ってくれるかな。。早ければ早いほどいいよ！

Whoots! I attended the first ever cookout session in my life and it was full of fun, laughter, and well..food. HAHAHA!

Headed down to BigEightShake (coined by YT) to meet them! But i was half an hour early!!! Didn't realised i will reach there so fast after i picked up some stuff from town.

Okay, this dish is called *Risotto (thanks Dan...). It's an Italian dish and it takes ages to prepare this seemingly easy dish!!

Our lunch cum dinner!! Wheeeee! The salmon was the best dish! Yums~

After hours of preparation, we start to tuck in!!

After which, we were looking through the yearbooks that brought back memories of the Geeky Grace. OH GROSS. I hate looking through yearbooks!! AARRGHHH!!!

Wheeeeee!!!! The wine makes them HIGH HIGH HIGH!!!
And i hereby conclude that the cookout was a huge success!! Whahaha!!
After the cookout session, i headed back to town because i thought i would be a shorter route home but lo and behold! In my short walk from the mrt station to the bus stop (okay, i admit i stopped by Borders to check out stuff) i actually met 3 friends on different occasions along the way and an additional one who spotted me from the bus! All of whom who spotted me first. Wahahaa! My sister always complains that when i'm walking alone, i seem to be oblivious of everything and everyone around me. Once, she was sitting at the bus stop when i alighted from a bus right infront of her but i totally ignored her and continued walking. HAHAHA! I honestly didn't see her! Wheehee! But i'm really shocked that a paticular secondary school friend could still recognise me though i haven't seen her in years!! She still looks very much the same though! ROFL!

Anyway! I finally bought Freakonomics! WAHAHA i think i'm such a freak to buy such a book but i figured i am one of the very few economics students who haven't read the book so...yep! I bought it! The first step towards a full-fledged (freaky) economics student who starts spouting economic terms at wimp! WAHAHAHA! Next step would be to actually open the book and read it! I can do it!!!!

Whoots! Today is the earliest i have reached home for over a month! Too tired to stay out any later. The late night conversations are really taking a toll on me. HAHAHA MANN >.<

Okay! Let this be another first today. I shall sleep before 12am. The first time in goodness knows how many years!

Finally. Finally a day out with Twinnie. Just the 2 of us :) How terribly long has it been that we had a proper chit chat session?! The last time that came the closest was when we chanced upon each other in the library and ended up trying to speak in hushed whispers for 45 minutes! Standing against the wall in the library, trying to catch up! HAHAHA!


Just before my last exam on Thursday, she smsed and said she missed me and wanted to meet up the next day! And I missed my darling twinnie sooo much! All the laughter! So we absolutely had to meet and yippeeeee~~~

Though we sms each other on a regular basis, it's still not the same as hanging out with each other, laughing, filling in on each other's lives and funny incidents. Now everytime i see toilet rolls...i can't help but recall...WAHAHAHAH! You are too cute for words, Twinnie!!!

In the small little fitting room, we managed to sound like we were tearing the place down. If the partitions were just a wee bit flimsier, we would have torn the place down. ROFL. The banging! Haha!

While Twinnie's busy smsing.... I help myself to the ice-cream! :)

AAHHHH!! The stupid things we do together!! HAHAHAHA! More, more!!! I miss our camping days!!!!! But i don't miss you kicking my head when you sleep!! I'll always remember how we started off sleeping in the center of the room and woke up next to the door! ROFL!
