Kailye spent the whole day today with her grandma Leeana. By the time I got over there to get her she had gone from crying, whining, sick Kailye to SUPERGIRL. Not figuratively she was actually dressed head to boots as supergirl. She was 'flying' everywhere and off of everything. It was hilarious. Kailye gets a LOT crazy any time she has anything with red dye in it and apparently she got a sucker from the bank. Poor grandma.
Kailye got to 'pick out' her Christmas dress today. She chose a cute green dress that looks beautiful on her. I'll have to put a picture on when I figure out how to use the camera. Well I think that's a boring enough post for now. Sorry I'm a little rusty and tired. Night.

Update.
I've been trying to catch up on every one's posts considering I haven't talked to pretty much anyone for weeks. Steph said the other day that we really could come up and visit sometime. and I'm hoping that we will now have more time to do that. My little turkey has definitely missed her mommy. She has been telling everyone for the past 2 weeks that she just wants to play with her mommy. Poor kid.
I was reading Bobbie's blog about when Kailye was trying to make her feel better and it made me cry. I know I'm a wuss, but you have to know my kid to know why. She has this 6Th sense to know when people need her. there have been several events that have made this clear but let just share a few. In the spring when Bobbie lost her baby I let Kailye know and this is what she said about it. she has such an uncanny way of making things "okay" or better. At Disneyland when Braxton had his scare with his seizure and everyone jumped up in the chaos to help Katy and Chad, Kailye noticed immediately that Grandma Gordon was crying and that is straight where she went. Not to ask what was going on and why everyone was running around but to tell grandma that Braxton was okay and she didn't need to cry. And then the other week when Bobbie was dealing with someone who was just down right rude and inconsiderate, she was crying and upset and Kailye handed her a carnation and told her it's okay. I think it is amazing to see something so unique in such a little girl. She always seems to see or know something the rest of us don't. I love that she is so in tune to others feelings and the spirit and hope she carries that trait with her through her whole life.
Alright sorry that post was so sappy. Must be my mood today. I'll try to post more often. Love you all bye.

It's been a while I know
This is the picture we took of Kailye the other night. She really loves her scriptures...REALLy! Cute kid.
These pictures are for Maren and Ben. Maren helped us out the other day and watched Kailye for the day. I am so grateful she could because I really didn't know what we were going to do with her after our baby sitter told us she was going to be gone for 2 weeks. Now we'll just have to figure something out for next week. Anyway she had so much fun playing with Maren all day. She let her borrow some Barbie's she has and she decided they needed to go to bed as well as her.
She's too cute. She told me all night about how much fun she had all day with Maren and Hannah. She still keeps telling me how cute Hannah is. Thank you Maren.
I went to training this morning and had to leave early to go to a doctor's appointment...thank goodness. After I went to that I went with mom, Bobbie, Art & Steph and the boys to go see Bee Movie. It was pretty cute. Kailye really liked it. By the end of the movie she was dancing around the theater. She's funny. I loved seeing my family. It has been a while. The boys seem so much bigger..it's crazy. We had a great time after the movie as well. We went to a really yummy ice cream and cookie place and then to Target. It was nice to be able to take the afternoon off.
We have a busy weekend ahead of us. Kari is having a C-section in the morning so we need to go visit her. We are also going over to help move some family this weekend. And we STILL need to get through the boxes in the garage so we can park our car in it. yay! At least I have a shower :)
I tried again to load the video and it won't give me the option to pull it off my computer so I'll have to try yet again later.
Well off to finish watching Thumbalina with Kk.
