Our friends, the Churches, have a pony that Briley and Shallon got to ride during a preschool field trip. Avalyn was feeling a little left out so we went over there today. Annabelle, the pony, was a good sport and all the girls got to ride her.  Thanks Crystal for letting us come over!

trampoline sleeping

Ever since we got the trampoline for Christmas we have been wanting to sleep on it.  Well it's finally summer and tonight is the night!  We will see how it goes...

Update:  Greg came in as soon as the girls were asleep.  Shallon followed shortly after that.  Then Avalyn and Briley woke up some time around 1 am, by some coyotes howling and decided to continue the night in their own bed.  Oh well, maybe next summer will be more successful.

no more training wheels

Avalyn finally decided that it was time to learn to ride her bike without training wheels!!!!  It was a pretty emotional experience, but she got through it and now she's riding like a big girl!  Check out the video.

pool party...

Our first pool party of the summer! Greg and I were pleasantly surprised to see how comfortable the girls are getting in the water.  They usually just cling to the sides with every floatation-device on that we own!  This time though they shed a few floaties, ventured away from the edges, jumped off the sides of the pool and some even braved the diving board! Thanks Brian and Janci for the summer fun!!
