Spring Soccer for the Green Dragons

Houston has reached a new level in his playing and understanding the game of soccer and his skills on the field....Jackson and I were both amazed at his first game this season. He actually is understanding what is going on and reading the other players and anticipating what they are going to do!!! It was really neat!! He scored the first goal of the season for his team...what a special moment for him!!! (and for us!) We have moved over to ESC soccer club and are really enjoying it. It is more of a challenge for all of our boys and they are really enjoying themselves and growing to love the game together. Special, special days and memories!!

Go Muckdogs!!!

We are officially into t-ball season (burrrrr...our games have been insane cold!!!) Cole Bear LOVES it! And he is looking mighty cute in the uniform...so big!! It is so incredibly cute to watch them play and miss the ball and figure things out. Cole's favorite thing is to hit and before his first game, he told me he would hit me a home run! I was honored!!! By the third game, he realized you couldn't his a home run in t-ball and they will only let you run two bases at a time...come on people...you are crushing my baby's dreams!!! Before every game I ask him to hit me a home run and tonight he told me, "Mom, we don't hit home runs in t-ball." Sweet boy...it broke my heart! He smashes it though and runs his two bases with a smile!!

Our 1st Lake trip this year!

One of my best friends Katie and I decided we needed to get our boys (and the kids...and ourselves for that matter!) out of town for a weekend...so we took our first lake trip of the season on Valentines weekend! We had the BEST time and it was so sweet to watch all of our kids have a great time too! Many more great memories to come. My kids kept asking me when we were going to be at the lake and I kept saying we were at the lake but they decided they were officially not at the Lake because we were not ON the lake water...too funny! I love how their little minds work!! Oh, my boys got really accurate with their bb gun shooting skills...they were popping the cans right off of the logs as fast as we could get them set up! As soon as we got there...our boys were out there getting a fire started in the fire pit and literally we didn't put the fire out until we were about to drive off to come home!!

Our other babies!

We have two dogs whom we ADORE!!! The kids carry Reece (the little one) around like she is a baby and she just lets them...for as long as they want. If the house gets quiet and I can't hear Ava...I will find her in her closet with the door closed with Reece in her little baby bassinet!! It is hilarious! Shooter...well, he is my baby  to say the least...he follows me everywhere, "smiles" at me...it is so cute!...he will crawl up in my lap (as big as he is) and try and curl up in ball to fit in my lap...i guess you see that he is so special to me...to our whole family...we love our other babies!!

Happy Birthday to YOU...

Cole bear...we can't believe you are five!!! Look how much you have grown and changed...we are excited to see what the Lord has in store for your life!!
We had a little family birthday party for C Bear! We had grandparents come and cousins come to celebrate. We kept it low key because for Cole for his birthday we took him to Great Wolf Lodge...we had a BLAST!!! I think Jackson and I had a little more fun than the kids...maybe not...just depends on who you ask! We love you cole bear!

Princess Ballerina

My sweet baby girl has ventured in the BIG girl world...and it is so much fun!!  She is having a blast doing ballet with her cousin Ella...one of her very best friends. They are so sweet together! But if the truth be known...she ONLY agreed to do ballet because at the end of the semester you get this really cool trophy that has a pink ball in the middle that lights up (Ella told her she could use it as a night-light!) After she knew that...we were all in!!! We are still warming up to wearing the costume for the recital! She is my angel!

Cole Bear is 5!

I just can't even believe it! My BEAR is five and I enrolled him in Kindergarten today...a very emotional day! He is such a blessing and keeps us all laughing at the Greene house!  We love you so much C Bear!
